I didn't have work but I had the pleasure of dealing with one of their "friendly" workers. They parked in front of my house where they were not working and strung trash everywhere so I couldn't park. The plumber refused to move when asked than proceeded to park in the same spot. On top of that he looked extremely unkempt and could barley keep his pants up. As a service electrican I think thats extremely unprofessional and honestly gross. If this guy is the representation of there company I will never hire them and id advise people that they don't. This is not a professional company.

Probably should not advertise your business on your truck.... As you go 40 mph in a school zone, scaring little kids. It's not the first time either. Many parents have complained.

I phoned Amazing Plumbing Solutions on 9/8/25 @ 11: 15 AM because the pressure relief valve on our hot water heater had failed and the heater was leaking water at a rapid rate thru the failed valve. Dave Contreras made a house call within 2 hours. He diagnosed our problem as a failed pressure regulator on the incoming water line to our home. This allowed water at too high a pressure to be fed to the hot water tank and led to the failure of its pressure relief valve. Dave was able to replace the incoming pressure relief valve and install a small expansion tank in lieu of the pressure relief valve on the hot water tank. Repairs were completed less than 3 hours after Dave's arrival & that included a visit to a nearby hardware store to pick up a needed part. We were impressed with his diagnosis of the problem and with his workmanship & demeanor. We'd recommend him to anyone with a plumbing problem or emergency.

Emailed Amazing Plumbing last night after another company didn't show up for an appointment. I was pretty desperate because my shower leak required the water in my entire house to be turned off and had been like that for a few days. David text back immediately asked for some photos, gave me options and a quote and was at my home at 8am this morning ready to fix it for me. Not only was the fix fast and perfect. He was quiet and respectful while I worked from home ( and super nice to my dogs). He fixed the original leaking area, and installed the other fixtures for me and cleaned up the whole area. AND gave me a great recommendation for drywall repairs. The price was reasonable, the service was exceptional, and I'm so grateful for getting my water turned back on so quickly. Thank you David! I will never call anyone else!

We cannot say enough about Amazing Plumbing Solutions after they replaced the mainline in our home. David and his team were really great to work with. We were nervous as this was our first big project since buying our home and he was very assuring and walked us through everything. The team was very polite, they worked in our home for a week and I was able to work from home during this time as they worked quietly. Even our neighbor commented on how great the work crew was. They showed our home, family, and pet respect throughout the process. There were no surprises and we were kept up to date throughout the process. They ended each day by ensuring that they cleaned up after themselves and at the end of the project did their best to make our home look like it did when they first began working.

My property management company attempted to contract with this company. Dave from Amazing Plumbing was supposed to call me at a specific time to set up an appointment, he didn't call until 3.5 hours later. When he called, he got angry with me after I corrected him when he misheard or misunderstood what I said about my availability the next day. Dave wouldn't drop the subject until I insisted and I tried to move forward and was hostile and unprofessional throughout the call. I would feel very unsafe with him coming to my house and am mildly afraid that my property management company provided him with my address.

I called so many plumbers from 6-8pm on a Sunday night when our basement bath flooded from the washer and dishwasher running. Every single plumber that was advertised as 24/7 was not available to come till the Monday between 8am-12pm. New were unable to use any water and everything we did just seemed to make the problem worse. I came across Amazing Plumbing Solutions and gave them a call they showed up within 45minutes! Unclogged our pipes with and hour and was reasonably priced for the service. Well priced and friendly services and most importantly able to help right away!

AMAZING COMPANY!!! I called this company right off Google. Best choice I’ve made in a long time. Especially after trying to call other plumbing companies. David answered his phone on the 3rd ring. Was incredibly professional and kind. Gave me his availability. Wasn’t too prideful to do a quick toilet clog. Came right over that same day. Didn’t charge me a whole lot. Called with a clogged main line on a Sunday morning, and got a very quick response. Ours was a known problem, and they listened to what I mentioned that has worked in the past. Walter came out super quickly, and had everything cleared, and cleaned within an hour. Very reasonable price for emergency service too. Super impressed by their professionalism, courtesy, and promptness. I've worked as a general contractor, and in Highrise Building Engineering. I've used a lot of different contract services, and these guys truly stand out. Highly recommend.

Our toilet bowl was cracked and David from Amazing Plumbing Solutions was able to come out the day after we called. He replaced our throne swiftly and left no mess behind. The price was super fair for how Amazing they operate. The previous owners of our home did a lot of diy repairs so no plumbing repair job here is easy but as a true master of his craft, David didn't skip a beat and was in and out in about 2 hours. He was friendly to our kids and pets too, which is always a plus when having home repairs done. Will recommend 10/10!

David was recommended to me by a friend who'd had a good experience with him and I'm glad she did! I had a repair that my home warranty couldn't find a contractor for, so they gave me a limited timeline to find my own. David was able to be there and diagnosed and completed the repairs within a DAY. He graciously wrote out his invoices in the format that we needed to get reimbursed by our warranty and was overall very helpful for us. Definitely keeping his contact info for future work!

I had an appointment on Monday February 1st 2021. My time slot was 12-2 no one ever showed up or called. I called 3 times and no one ever answered. So I called on February 2 2021 at 9:15am and talked to David. He confirmed I had an appointment on the 1st and was going to call the technician and see what happened and then call me back. Well he never called me back so I called again and he wont pick up. Really bad customer service. Would not recommend them to anyone
