I really appreciated how he educated me on what was happening, what needed to be done, and why — no pressure, just honest and professional guidance. Jose was outstanding. He explained the process showed me the issues even cleaned the bathroom sink and put all the stuff back underneath the sink. What a great business outstanding customer service. I will always call them for my plumbing needs. You won’t be disappointed if you do also!!
I had a great experience with Always Plumbing & Drains. I first called to set up an appointment and Lance picked up the phone. He was very professional and knew what my problem was right away. Then I was able to have a same day service in a few hours. Jose was the technician who came by and he was also very professional. He looked at my kitchen sink, recommended a few tasks that was problematic, and resolve the issue. The problem I had was that my kitchen sink had low water pressure, and the problem was the aerator. However, I also had two leaks and a pipe connected to the tub that was leaking, that Jose also took care of. Overall the experience was great and I am a satisfied customer. The work Jose put in felt like the price I paid was justified and he also tidy and cleaned up after he was done with his work as well. Great Customer Service and Experience! The job took no longer than an hour.
