I have used Alternative Plumbing several times since 2000. They have always done excellent work. They are professional and friendly too. They give clear descriptions of the problems and make repairs quickly and efficiently. This time, I made the appointment for toilet repair, problems with the bathtub drain running slowly, and garbage disposal not working and not draining water. Brandon and Kyle arrived punctually at the scheduled time and completed repairs quickly and efficiently. They are used to working with homes in the Old West End and treat our pipes with love and respect. I highly recommend them!

We had Alternative Pumping Plus come out to run a new water line for us last Friday. They were excellent! My husband called them to schedule and they were out the next morning by 9am and had our water working by 4pm. Amazing since we are on a slab, had everything cleaned up even rolled up our hoses.

Mark was extremely professional! His crew immediately came out to fix and repair my water main break for my commercial apartment! 10/10 customer service! Highly recommend! Will definitely be using them again
