We have been in Prescott for nearly 20 years and own over 12 rental units in town. In that time frame, many new plumber providers have come to town which is positive. Unfortunately, some are corporate concerns that don't have the right expertise and over charge in some cases X 2! Alphabet Plumbing not only is knowledgeable, timely, always communicative but reasonable. We always call Alphabet Plumbing first. You should too!!

I have used Alphabet Plumbing at my work site a few times and have always received prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service. Both from the field (Yay Elijah!) and their office (Yay Michelle!). I can happily recommend their services and they are now my 'go to' for plumbing issues, both personal and professional.

Perry and Elijah are an incredible father-son plumbing team. They’re honest, fair, and truly care about doing things the right way. No pressure, no overcharging, just solid work and clear communication. You can trust them in your home and trust that they’ll treat you right. Highly recommend.

I would give zero stars if I could! Do your Homework!!! Elijah and KC came to do a full repiping to remove the old galvanized pipes and replace with PEX. Nice guys, horrible work and not sure KC is a licensed plumber but he works for Elijah & the work he and Elijah did failed inspection on many levels and we had to have the entire job redone. Unfortunately, based on a phone call that we asked another plumber to make to Elijah we would not have Alphabet back to correct the job. Elijah accused this plumber to be my brother, I do not have a brother, and however the call between plumbers went very south, we did not feel confident the job would be re-done correctly by Alphabet. First, they went directly into a 20 year old water heater without any shut off -yikes! Big code violation Number 1. Second, dandy way of running the water lines, up/down and all around the hvac- yikes! Code violation number 2. Third, lines laying on the dirt foundation- pretty huh? Fourth, used copper straps/clamps instead of plastic, big No No. fifth, garbage disposal (that was free because the job was much smaller than originally quoted) was installed incorrectly- good grief, really? There is too much to list but needless to say, the brown water which was the impetus in doing the repipe was still brown!!! over 8k and nothing done right! We have since replaced the water heater and had the entire job Alphabet did, Re-done. A lot of money down the drain!!!! And, not sure how one can stand behind this work as Elijah claimed in text. Get your jobs inspected before you pay. Good Luck

We had a toilet tank that was slow filling and noisy during filling. Also, we had some loose screws in the shower control plate, but not easy accessible because of a troublesome set screw. They replaced a washer in the fill tank and fixed the set screw. Very friendly guys to repair these minor issues. Unfortunately, they charged me $125 for this job. And my toilet tank still has the same problems.

Perry and Elijah are two amazing people. True professionals, kind and courteous and honest. I have a lot of respect for them. We've had them out several times for different issues, but recently we had our grinder pump alarm go off and Elijah came out to diagnose. I was really impressed by his thorough check of all possible causes, but unfortunately we needed a new pump. And it was an expensive item. But because of the history we've had with Alphabet, I didn't for a second doubt whether Elijah was just trying to make an extra buck of us. In fact, I found out later that he even did a bunch of internet looking around to see if he could find a better price on the pump for us. If you want a plumber that you can trust, that has good prices and does excellent work, then you should call Alphabet.

I have had a great experience with Alphabet Plumbing! Had a water heater installed some months ago (I live out of state, so handled by a third party, you know how that can go🙄) There was some miscommunication about what we wanted, and I didn't receive what I was expecting. When I reached out to Elijah to discuss, he was more than willing to help. He was able to get out to the home and assess (mind you, still handling this all long distance) Within the week he was able to come back and take care of what was needed and wanted to be changed, at a fair price. Thank you for your work, Elijah! I highly recommend Alphabet Plumbing & Rooter, Elijah took the time to make sure I was satisfied. I appreciate that!

Absolutely great work at a very reasonable price. The check valve in my drain line from the ejector pump tank to the street was failing. The valve was chattering, regardless of flow. Alphabet arrived as scheduled, fixed the check valve, added a shut-off valve to the drain line (bringing it up to code) and repaired an unrelated small leak in a supply line. All of the work was completed professionally in less than 2 hours. The technical was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I will definitely use Alphabet for some bathroom remodeling projects that I have planned. Alphabet was referred to me by another 5-star plumber that no longer does this type of work.

Chuck at Alphabet was recommeded to us by our realtor. We recently moved into our home in Prescott and we needed a general plumbing check out in addition to an annoying vibration after flushing our toilet. Chuck responded promptly to my voicemail, set up a covenient time with a two hour window. He called 15 minutes before showing up right on time. He quickly diagnosed the vibration problem, readjusted the pressure valve, checked our water filtering system, and our back flow valve. All this was done quickly and in a freindly manner....plus at a very reasonable basic service call cost. Chuck will definately be our family plumber from now on.

Let's just report the following: - They returned my phone call for non-emergency work I wanted done. - They were currently booked, said they'd get back to us in two weeks. - They called back in two weeks, made an appointment. - They arrived on time. - They were friendly and polite and did not use vulgar language. - They did the work quickly and competently. - They cleaned up after themselves. - They charged a reasonable fee. Anything else one could ask for in a plumber? Thank you, Chuck and Perry. You're the best by far that we've seen in this area.

They came the same day I called, calling to show up even earlier than originally scheduled. They fixed the problem (rotor-rooted the sewer line) and then without our asking and with no additional charge did some additional work to try to find out why they had to come so soon after the last clean-out -they let us know if additional work was going to be needed in the future. We have used them for several years now and are always happy with the result - they make every effort to insure we are happy with their work. Nice guys too!

I needed to replace toilets and faucets in my house. KC not only picked up the items, but brought them to my house to install. He was very polite and pleasant. Considering he had to haul things up and down some stairs he remained pleasant. The job he did was fabulous and my bathrooms and kitchen look brand new. He even went so far as to remove residue around the new faucet plates that didn't cover up those areas. I would highly recommend this company and KC to anyone who needs plumbing work done. Karen H

We needed a modification to our gas line in the kitchen (cooktop to range) and Casey did an excellent job. He was very friendly, quick and knew exactly what we needed to do. There was a small bit of additional demo work required get the access required to finish the job, and he gladly did it and kept the bill within the 1 hour minimum charge. They were also able to fit us in their schedule quickly - another big plus! We highly recommend them, and would not hesitate to have them out again for future work.

I had an annoying problem with the pressure in my pipes causing an intermittent whining noise that nearly drove me and my family insane. The men at Alphabet Plumbing did some real old fashioned trouble shooting and figured out that it was a simple inexpensive fix. I loved that they took the time to keep on the problem until it was finished and listened to my concerns with respect and patience. It has been almost two months and the problem has not occurred again. My family and I are eternally grateful!

BEST SERVICE EVER! I struggled with 3 other companies through a remodel (very different than a new build - slap it up). New on-demand water heater and issues with water pressure and other needs. Alphabet was reliable, came when they said, worked with me on scheduling (if urgent - then they came right over). They explained issues and outcomes to me - and gave me options. They are my go-to plumbing company, and while I hope I do not need them much, I am grateful I have them as a trusted resource.
