Our tech arrived during the scheduled time and did a quick job. He showed us what the problem was and told us how he’d fix it, then showed us the end result. He let us know that he was going for the least expensive fix first and luckily for us, that first plan worked and we didn’t have to replace much at all.

Jon Davis showed up ready to work. He was very friendly, very personable and very informative. While he was busy installing the disposal he was also telling me about the disposal and how it works. He sure knows his business! All in all I give him 5 stars for the great job. Thank you Jon and Alpha Plumbing

We called just after 8am, got a 10am appointment. Our plumber Logan was fantastic! Super knowledgable and helped us find the right solution for our frozen pipes. We will definitely be using them again! Logan deserves a raise for crawling around in our dreadful crawlspace and being a fantastic sport about it!!

All I can say is good luck with getting them out to your property. I moved my schedule twice to accommodate them but they announced they couldn't come less than an hour before our planned time. Respect your customers enough to give them a 24 hour notice at least. Very irresponsible

Kitchen Faucet Install... the Installer representing this company.. unacceptable behavior... installer initial energy upon entering my home was unprofessional.... walked out on job without any explanation... call the Company.. he had already misinformed them what took place.. made complaint with management.. interested to see how management will respond.. noticatied Lowe's Customer Service... I hope this is a misrepresentation of Alpha Plumming...

You guys we're absolutely AMAZING!! I really didn't think having a total sewer line replacement was going to be so easy!! You guys showed up within 24 hours of my call for an estimate and less then another 24 hours permits were pulled and my total sewer line was replaced!! Chuck did an excellent job of evaluating my problem, explaining our fix, and giving me a VERY FAIR estimate for my expensive job! You guys went above and beyond and didn't try to overcharge or rip us off. It's Very hard to find a good honest company that does excellent work and doesn't try to take advantage of you in an emergency situation!! I called 3 other common name plumbing companies for an estimate of my job. Two companies tried to charge me $1k-$1,500 more then Alpha Plumbing and the 3rd company said it cost $59 FOR AN ESTIMATE!! Since when does an estimate COST money?? I already knew what the problem was, I have had a large belly in my sewer line for years that along with all the rain created a HUGE sinkhole in my yard (or so I thought that was my only problem) that was trying to take my blacktop driveway down with it! When Chuck came out for the estimate he was very thorough and said he believes something else was going on, along with the belly in my line. The other 2 companies said NOTHING about an additional cause to my sinkhole! Chuck said when they dig to replace the line they will investigate Chuck's hunch on my additional problem. My husband was outside with them while they were doing the work, and Chuck was RIGHT we did have another problem A HUGE ONE! There was a dry well the previous owners blacktopped over in the driveway and it had collapsed. There was a huge 3ft wide X 3ft DEEP hollow space under the driveway and was a true miracle that the blacktop didn't collapse into the hollow space and take the car or one of my children with it! I can't say thank you enough to Chuck and Alpha Plumbing for there thoroughness, honesty, knowledge and quick response! I will definitely recommend Alpha Plumbing to all of my friends and family! (Already gave your number to the neighbor two doors down). Alpha Plumbing is the company you should call in your time of need! I'm so glad I did! Forgot to mention they installed an additional clean out in the front yard free of charge. And there is a 10 year warranty/guarantee on my new sewer line.

Bottom Line: Professional, friendly, transparent and reliable plumbing services. I was building a wet bar and I needed to route plumbing to the area for a bar sink and ice maker from an adjacent bathroom. I decided I was going to contract this work out and I found Alpha Plumbing on Yelp. Alpha was able to come out quickly and assess the work to be done and they subsequently provided me the quote. My job required a total of three trips to the house - the first for the assessment, the second for the rough-in and the third for the final plumbing hookup. All three appointments were easy to schedule and the plumber, Brian, was on time, professional, transparent and respectful of me and my home. Brian would notify me when he was on his way and wore a mask while in my house. He was very efficient with his efforts and effectively communicated what he was going to do and how long he expected it to take. The project tuned out terrific! Shout out to Bob too! Coincidentally, the day after my wet bar job was complete I had a non-related plumbing issue and Alpha Plumbing quickly dispatched a plumber to my house which had four gurgling, bubbling, spewing and "geysering" toilets making a mess of the bathroom. (Turns out the county failed to notify my community of their plans to violently flush the sewer lines.) Once again the plumber, Liam, was super friendly, respectful and knowledgeable and called me when he was on his way. My experience with Alpha Plumbing was wonderful! During the course of my project and fake-emergency I communicated with John, Lorraine, Liam, Brian and Bob and everyone was so incredibly awesome and exemplary in their execution. I am very glad to have such a wonderful plumbing company in my contact list.

alpha plumbing in pasadena, md charged me $140 yearly for backflo check up and alpha never did the backflo. My water heater was not accessible without three brackets attached. These brackets three of them were never installed without the brackets a plumbing company would not have been able to do the backflo. Alpha Plumber...... Water was suppose to flo out into a bucket to properly do backflo. I watched the Alpha plumber do the backflo and he never put water into a bucket as part of the backflo process. I had another plumber come and tell me that alpha plumbing could nothave ever done the backflo without the three brackets attached. The second plumber attached the brackets. I asked for the 5 years of $140 dollars back from alpha plumbing 410-255-5998 410-863-3346....8813 fort smallwood rd pasadena, md 21122. I have sent certified tracking mail to his address to get back a refund of $700 for work backflo not performed at all. I have received no response from alpha plumbing. Please do not use alpha plumbing for backflo or any other plumbing needs.

Recently had to have a sewer line replaced due to roots in old cast iron. Had estimates from 3 companies. Unbeknownst to the people who came out, I was once a plumber years ago. I could tell that some of the things I was being told by the other two companies weren't "quite right". Score one for Alpha Plumbing. They also focus on this type of work as opposed to "we do everything" even though they are a full service plumbing company. Score two. Just read the side of their trucks. They also provided best price. Score three although item 2 was what mostly influenced my decision. I just felt they knew more about what they were doing. I was really glad that I chose them once they did work. Sewer Lines were 9 feet deep so considerable backhoe work. The backhoe operator was superb. Naturally there will be some damage to your lawn, but I was pleasantly surprise how little damage there was. Of course, as a homeowner you will have to renovate where trench was dug as expected. Again reasonable price, excellent work, minimal collateral damage.

Nice people but they didn't get the job done and took my money. It was hard to get on schedule with them because they work only M-F business hours. They replaced shower handles but then 3 months later the handles became loose and water wasn't flowing out properly. It makes a loud vibrating noise and water doesn't come out at all unless you play around with it a few times. I finally got them to come back to check it out and they only told me that to correct the problem I simply needed to turn the handles in "a fluid motion." Imagine that? I was turning the handles incorrectly and that was the problem? I had fun telling people that story. Well the problem persists even after turning the handles fluidly. So now I need to find someone else who can actually fix it. Good luck if you go with them. I really wanted to like them because they seemed like nice people and they were reasonably priced, but ultimately it comes down to fixing the problem. And they unfortunately failed to deliver.

What an awesome company! I had an emergency sewer backup and flooding in my basement on Monday. Alpha Plumbing was able to have someone come to my house within only a few hours of my initial phone call. Brian and Billy diagnosed the problem immediately upon arrival. Really nice guys. A joy to talk with. Put my mind at ease. They also found a leaking toilet and fixed that as well. I also asked them to install a new toilet while they were here and they completed this additional task as well with unequalled speed, skill, cleanliness and professionalism. I had Alpha Plumbing come by for my annual backup inspection, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Billy Tyler was incredibly polite, professional, and thorough. He even asked right away if we preferred to have him take his shoes off or not, which I really appreciated. He made sure absolutely everything was working correctly before he left. The entire process was seamless. I was able to schedule the appointment online, which was super convenient. Plus, instead of playing the usual waiting game, they text you when the technician is on their way so you know exactly when to expect them. Their arrival time window is incredibly accurate. John from Alpha Plumbing did an excellent job for us. He replaced our garbage disposal and kitchen sink faucet quickly and professionally, and also fixed an ongoing issue we were having with our double sink not draining properly. Everything is working perfectly now. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. The work was clean, efficient, and reasonably priced. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about doing things the right way. We’ll definitely be calling Alpha Plumbing again for any future needs and would highly recommend John to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality plumbing service.

Jon Davis did Phenomenal job. He and his helper came to install a garbage disposal he explained that I don’t need to replace the garbage disposal on my kitchen sink He ended up replacing the vent stack , installing new drain pipe overflow , fixing my clogged up sink faucet, and snake into the drain pipe remove all food debris hard grease out from the drain pipe . He replaced the ice maker line tube. He also explain what to do to prevent from clogging the kitchen sink in the future . All around Jon Davis went above and beyond and were professional incredibly friendly in the process. Thank You Jon Davis . I highly recommend Alpha Plumbing .
