Steve was knowledgeable and informative regarding our plumbing needs. He saved us money by teaching us about the sink disposal system. He tightened the sink faucet and now it works like brand new. I highly recommend Alpha Omega plumbing and Steve for your plumbing needs.

I was so happy that they were to send a technician out the same day I called to get my hot water restored. One cold shower was more than enough! Neil was very helpful, efficient and professional. Very happy with the results.

I initially made contact for emergency service on Saturday; was told 2:30 PM. Then was called and told no one was available; then was called again and told maybe can make it; then was called and told can’t make it but how about Sunday. Couldn’t do Sunday. Then told Monday; couldn’t do Monday; then was told Wednesday at 9AM at same price. I agreed. Wednesday I show up at 8:50 AM. Open blinds on front of house and wait. I get call asking “where are you? Our plumber has been knocking on door.” I tell her I’ve been here 10 minutes early and no one has come. Go outside and he is in truck. After job done they jack up price $100. I had to remind them of their price quote. I’ll never use them again.

It does not matter which plumber you get from this company. Neil the owner makes sure everything professional and customer service oriented. For work I frequently use Alpha Omega Plumbing. Here is may opinion small jobs anyone can do that, now the big work ok most guys can handle that if scheduled properly. What separates this company from the many I've dealt with in the past 20 years in my line of work. Its the big emergency repairs late at night waste lines or water supply line. Show up with a mini excavator ( needed to fit in the area), this vacuum truck (don't know the name of it) to remove all the water and mud to access the repair. Everything I've thrown at Alpha Omega Plumbing (Neil) they have the equipment to do the job. Not "oh we gotta schedule that for later" (cause they have to rent it equipment). When you are trying to limit property damage or restore service as fast as humanely possible. Neil has always got be back up in running in hours (depending on the size of the job) not days / weeks. If you want it done fast, done right at a more than fair price this is the best place to go. From the office to the guys in the field, just great customer service and professionalism.

I’ve had Alpha Omega Plumbing out twice now, and both times the service was excellent—fast, straightforward, and honest. The work has been top-quality every time. Whenever I call during business hours, I get a helpful, friendly, knowledgeable person right away. If I call after hours, I get a prompt callback the next morning. Jonathan handled the work both times. On the first visit, he installed a shutoff valve for my water supply and replaced the valves for my washing machine. More recently, he installed valves and fixtures for my kitchen and bathroom sink. He was happy to answer my questions and help me make informed decisions. The pricing was fair and completely transparent—no surprises—just honest service. My house is getting older, so I know I’ll need a plumber again—and I have no doubt who I’ll be calling. Highly recommend!

Thank you Jon from Alpha Omega! After a desperate call to AO, Jon arrived quickly and got busy trying to find the source of my toilet overflow. He snaked and then ran a camera down the pipe and found roots from my palm on the other side of my house had grown into the pipe and they were creating a backup. This was something that should have been diagnosed about 8 mos ago when another plumber came for the same reason. We could have avoided a sewage flood and the expense involved in cleaning it up. But here we are... I'm just so grateful that Jon investigated further and find the source of the problem. He gave me recommendations and a temporary fix until we can do more extensive repair. Thank you Jon and Alpha Omega for really giving great service! Highly recommended!

I recently got a new washer and dryer and found out that the water box (that is connected to the washer) needed to be replaced. The job required cutting some of the drywall because I decided to go with a different brand— supposedly better. Austin was one of the technicians that the head of maintenance of the condo I live in recommended. I contacted 2 out of 5 technicians, Austin was available the same week. He was courteous and polite - too polite. lol It took a three and a half hours to cut the drywall and install the water box. Afterwards he cleaned up the debris and wiped off the dust from the bathroom floor. Great service! I recommend him. However, I think the company is somewhat expensive, but at the same time, we live in Hawaii.

After waiting for two well known plumbing companies for over five hours to come & replace my sump pump, I contacted Alpha Omega, spoke to Marcella, and soon got an appointment. Unfortunately, it was already Saturday afternoon, so Abraham showed up on Monday, exactly on time. He was very informative, neat, and efficient. I later learned that he was new to plumbing and was learning on the job. I was very impressed with his work, obviously a very quick learner. First, the office operation was great and communicated very well with me prior to the appointment so we didn’t have to waste our time. Jon did excellent job working on changing old faucet, calcified 2-way valves and also a quick evaluation of my other minor problems that I had and gave me great insights. He is professional, kind, and explained what’s going on every step of the procedure he did. Austin from Alpha Omega Plumbing came to fix a leak in one of my sinks. He walked in thinking that he was just going to do a quick leak fix…but no! I ended up having him remove the sink and capping the lines. He never complained that the job took longer than expected. He has awesome customer service. Super friendly and laid back. He took the time to answer all my questions. He even went the extra mile and cleaned the walls and floors around the area. Very pleased and happy with this company and their staff!!
