Highly recommend! Robert contacted my husband to let him know he Would arrive within 30 minutes, He was timely, knowledgeable, and very professional! After that snaking he saw that we had tree branches growing into our sewer line. He jumped right in, got it taken care of and had the roots cleared out in no time! He double checked his work before he left to make sure there were no leaks after Removing and replacing back the toilet, Upon noticing a small amount of water, he redid the seal and double checked again to make sure there were no issues before he left. I truly appreciate how professional he was and how clean he kept the entire project. 10/10 recommend!

Very happy with this experience all the way around. Robert responded immediately to my early text message. And was out to my house within 4 hours on the beginning of Labor Day weekend!! I highly recommend this company.

Lets just say my house is really one of the worst things to work on (a frankestein house with old parts, tight conditions and access). Shane and his team went above and beyond with the project saving my sidewalk while trenching, cleaning up after, and more to get me to a good spot again. Would recommend to family and friends.

They said they were going to be here in ten minutes and never showed up. Really lousy communication and customer service Probably can find a better plumber.

With years of experience, you'd think a plumber can poke his head out the back door or in the crawl space to figure out what's going on with the mainline he's gonna snake before pulling a toilet. Maybe it was a bad day, maybe when I called him to call him out on pulling the toilet it was a bad day too, but I sure got a mouthful of anger from the plumber that serviced the rental house I own. The cleanouts could be seen from the back window in about 20 seconds, but this plumber didn't want to hear or be called out on this. If a plumber in his tirade says he's got years of service and he knows best and doesn't want to pull a toilet....but doesn't take a literal minute to understand the system he is working on....not a company i would work with again. If you're not doing new installs you're working on old stuff that you have to try and understand a tiny bit before you go running a snake or doing any other service on it.

Shane and Ozzy are excellent! I would recommend these two to anyone. I had an emergency with my shower, and after many calls to plumbers, and many expensive quotes, I called Alpha Omega. Shane answered promptly and came right away. And the price was very affordable. Shane and Ozzy even stopped at home depot to get the parts that were needed. Shane sent me pictures of the parts and prices so I could pick out what I wanted for my shower. They were honest about the cost and what needed repair and what was salvageable. Which most parts in my shower were salvageable. After the job was finished, Shane and Ozzy ran back to home depot for a screw that was needed to make everything complete. They were both very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Best plumbers I have ever used. And will be using these two from now on. These two go above and beyond. I already booked them to replace my hot water heater. I give these two 5 stars.

I have to say, whenever I am in need of any kind of plumbing service or advice, my first and only call is going to Shane at Alpha Omega. I am always a bit hesitant when it comes to any kind of home repair as there are just too many scams and lazy work that goes on these days. After one call to Alpha, I spoke with Shane who actually tried to talk me out of everything I was requesting but I told him I just wanted everything updated so it would be less for me to worry about with my busy lifestyle. He was at my door the next day and had everything installed, tested, and performing at the optimum level 48 after my initial call. Absolutely fantastic service and would recommend to anyone in the area that is needing help with ANY kind of plumbing issues. Thank you Shane. You know I now have you on my speed dial!

This company is definitely worth using for air conditioning needs. The equipment came the day before they were scheduled to work so there was waiting for parts the day they were scheduled to install the unit. They came on time and were ready to start working. They stayed until the work was done which ended up being later in the night. We appreciated this instead of coming back the next day as we couldn't take off work the next day. They were very nice and friendly. Any mess that was made was cleaned up before they left. They were very reasonably priced as well. I would use this company again for other HVAC and plumbing needs.

Shane took my call late on a Saturday night and arrived first thing on a Sunday morning to clean out a pipe clogged with roots. The team was very prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing and made suggestions for longer term repairs in the future. They didn't suggest or push for unnecessary services and made sure we were happy with the work before taking payment. The price was very reasonable even including some unforseen work. As a bonus they were great with young kids who were very interested in what was going on and asking them tons of questions.

Cannot say enough positive things about Shane. My shower got stuck in the 'on' position.He promptly came out and fixed the issue. At the time I had also discovered a puddle near my furnace. Yes, when it rains it pours and my anxiety was on overload. Shane fixed both without concern to his own time that he wasn't planning on fixing both. He is professional, responsive, competent, and reasonably priced. I will recommend him to friends and family without hesitation.

Shane, provided excellent service. He's an honorable man that stands by his work. My property's building requires scheduling for water shut off since the water valves are controlled by a master valve in a water closet, that residents cannot access. Shane was able to accomodate the brief scheduling window of the property and get the work i needed done in a timely and efficient manner. I called Shayne at the last minute on the weekend and he responded immediately and came within an hour. Shayne is by far the best plumber with the most integrity I have ever dealt with He had the problem repaired and in the least expensive way. I can’t recommend him enough. Shane was timely and professional in every part of the process from communication to installation. He explained all options we needed to know about replacing our water heater, and had a fair market price for the job. He also fixed our backyard hose which had been leaking for years. Everytime I go to water the flowers in the backyard this summer, I'll be sending my thanks to him for a job well done!

We called Shane at 5:30am and he was at our house by 7am. We had to have our sump pump replaced unexpectedly before leaving town and he was efficient (and informative) so we could hit the road. We couldn’t have called a better person for the job. And along the way, even consulted other stuff because Shane is full of knowledge. Thank you for helping us when we were in a panic!

Alpha omega plumbing is my to go to company for all my plumbing needs. Highly recommend, Shane has completed two services for my residence- replaced my water heater and fixed my plumbing to my washer.
