Great service! We had a really clogged pipe but he was persistent and finally got it solved, he knew exactly what he needed to do. He was fast and kind. I recommend it!

Almark did an awesome job fixing our electrical issue. Arko had to deal with our home warranty personnel and did so in a very professional manner. They originally denied the claim, but once he explained the issue they changed their minds and decided it was a covered repair. All this and he had to drive from Carrolton to Weatherford. They are on my “to call list”.

Got a couple things fixed by Arko and Almark Services and I must say, I am quite pleased with his work. Both issues were resolved and at fair pricing. On top of that, his communication was consistent and always respectful. I always felt like I was getting an honest answer and I definitely appreciate that. I will absolutely look to Almark Services for my plumbing needs in the future.

I wouldn't recommend this company. Tell you thay fixed dish washer worked 1 time .thay came back worked 1 time again now waiting for parts.over a month still don't know when .

Terrible! Kept scheduling and then would cancel! Terrible customer service! I’d rather have my house blow up than hire this place again! 2 weeks later and STILL NOTHING!!! His truck kept breaking down…. Yeah, right. TWICE?????? Thanks for NOTHING!

Our home warranty company sent Arko to repair a leak with our dishwasher and a constant drip in our washing machine. The dishwasher was leaking underneath and the washing machine was dripping inside and would have several inches of water in it by the time we did laundry each day. He assessed the problems quickly but wasn’t able to fix them right away because he needed parts. He lives two hours away from where we live in Oklahoma. He put the dishwasher back in place and hooked the washing machine back up. We couldn’t use the dishwasher but we were able to continue doing laundry which was fine. It took about a week and half to get the parts and have time to drive back and finish the repairs but he fixed both very quickly and that was over a month ago and everything has worked beautifully since then! Thank you, Arko!!!

After he was assigned to our tankless water heater problem, he arrived the next day and determined it would need to be replaced. A few days later during installation he realized a gas water heater was sent instead of a propane water heater. He requested a rush replacement and he installed the correct one 2 days later on a Saturday afternoon. Everything now works great. He was very efficient and professional and the area was clean when he left. He answered calls and texts promptly and was very honest with his answers. I highly recommend Almark Services to anyone having plumbing issues.

This Co. goes above and beyond what most service companies do. Ours was an electrical problem, so a lot of our household was disturbed. No electric, air, fans etc. A lot of sawing, but he kept thinking of us, and would turn the air back on every few minutes. He also, cleaned his mess up, stating that the house didn't look that way when he came, so it's not going to look that way when he leaves. Being conscientious especially in this day and age speaks volumes. Add in, well mannered, and considerate, it all definitely points to "One of the best Co. to do business with"

Update.... Showed up during the time promised. Did troubleshooting and found the problem. He installed a gfci outlet and a regular 20amp breaker. Now anytime something trips no more trips out to breaker panel. The one thing I was impressed with is that he made a 4 hour round trip to come out to fix it when no one else could be found through our home warranty. I would use him again but I'm not sure he would want to make that drive again. And the previous review was probably unwarranted because my understanding it wasn't his fault, it was the home warranty.

If you are looking for a thorough, professional and honest company for your repair needs, these guys are your choice! I’m so impressed with how they explained what was required, what they would be doing and why. It’s the old school way of conducting business in building trust and having integrity. Arko was fantastic to work with. When our water heater started leaking, he promptly assessed the situation and submitted the necessary information to our home warranty provider. Thanks to his efficiency, the claim was approved the very next day. He returned quickly to replace the water heater, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I’m really glad Arko was assigned to my claim, he made the whole process stress-free.

They are a wonderful company!! Nor, our technician and Arko the boss of the company really care and went above and beyond to help me and my daughter with getting a new hot water heater and installed quickly for us. They are awesome! They took care of my tankless water heater super quick. Home warranty took forever but the guys here got it done the moment parts were here. They did everything quality work cleaned up and timely manner! Definitely will use them if I ever have issues again!

Had given this company a good review. I’m Taking back what was said due to the fact found out from another company nothing was done right ! Called them not knowing and kept being put off! Glad I found out in time. I do not recommend this company!!

I got a slab leak in my house. I called Benjamin Franklin company they came and gave me high praise. My friend recommended me Almark services company. They came and gave me very good price and fixed very fast I highly recommend
