I am a very happy customer of AllTech. Sydney Janet addressed a minor plumbing issue for us today. He is personable, professional, honest and trustworthy. I enjoyed many conversations w/him during his service call. I highly recommend AllTech to all.
Again, I had a great experience with Ali from AllTech. While it was not the least expensive being that my AC was out, at least the issue was found and he was very knowledgeable and personable. Very respectful and experienced. He worked on all my concerns and we will see if they are all resolved but certainly he did a great job getting our unit back up and running. The noise issue I still have and will have to have him back out but I am sure at some point it can get resolved. At least I hope so for such an expensive unit.
I consistently have top experiences with AllTech including with reaching them my phone, getting quick scheduling, having punctual service visits, and getting competent and courteous service. My tech today, George Matthews, was particularly outstanding in his timeliness, efficiency, and expertise in addressing my water heater and toilet issues. He provided super fast service and fully addressed the problems, and he was also super professional, courteous, and considerate. Huge thanks to George and AllTech!
Nice folks, but sometimes when someone seems too friendly or only all smiles and the usual statements... maybe that says something. 900 for garbage disposal installation, for a 150 garbage disposal that I should have done myself. 4800 for a water softner installation that thankfully I've chosen to do myself for just 1300 for a (research done) great one that everyone recommends. Others charge half what these guys charge and I get it, they are excellent sales men... find everyway to defend these prices. Then a monthly fee?! On top?! Nothing excuses the price, especially when it doesnt work properly after installation and fixes of certain things. I made my mistake in a moment of desperation. I wont do it again.
Sidney was great, very friendly and informative! Very thorough with our annual inspection and the one repair that was needed for our hot water heater. We've used Home Service Doctors/AllTech Services for some time. Always satisfied with the work done.
