My experience with AllTech Services has been great. Scheduling an appointment was easy. Got a call within minutes of requesting contact on their website. AllTech communicated at each step of the process - confirmation of appointment, pre-alert from Dispatch + tracking enroute. JP was terrific. Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions about process & necessary steps to get hooked up to County water.
Had a great experience with this team. Sidney was our tech (Carter helped), he installed 4 new toilets and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Super professional and friendly, and very respectful of our home. I especially appreciated his honesty and thoughtful recommendations. Everything looks and works great. Would absolutely use them again and highly recommend!

It was a very good experience working with Sid and AllTech. He arrived on time and explained everything that he was going to be doing and what the outcome would be. He worked fast but it didn't seem like he was rushing the job. He finished all the repairs and cleaned up very well after he finished. He took lots of pictures and explained some other task that we could consider for later. We will use AllTech again and request Sid again. Thanks Sid!
