Tyler came to give me a second opinion on my furnace wheel needing cleaning. He recommended I could wait a year or 2 on it (not terribly dirty) but said the coil needed cleaning more than the wheel. He showed me the actual wheel after taking it out and where the coil is. Also photos of both. I chose to get the coil cleaned today and he took Before & After photos of it. He was very thorough and very professional. I will switch to his company from here on.

Matt came to our house to give us a quote on re plumbing our polybutylene lines and fixing existing problems to make our plumbing to code. He was very cordial and explained everything to our understanding. We appreciated his professional opinion.

Justin, from Allstar Plumbing, was aMAZing! he came out to assess my gas pipe leak and gave me a reasonable, fair estimate. as an older woman, I really appreciated that he explained the issues clearly in layman’s terms—never patronizing. he answered all my questions with patience and respect. when he returned to do the work, that same treatment continued. he was quick, kind, and professional throughout.
