From the time I called, through the follow up conversatio and there service technician John, we were very pleased.

We had a natural gas leak at our house last night, and the utility company shut off our gas. I called All Star Plumbers, and they came out today and took care of everything quickly. Great customer service, and our technician, Carey, was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. I really appreciate how smooth they made the whole process.highly recommend All Star Plumbers!

I’ve been extremely impressed with the service provided by AllStar Plumbing during my recent home remodel. Jack completed all of the plumbing work and passed the city inspection in just three days. He was meticulous with every detail and delivered work that went above and beyond expectations. The pricing was fair, and his professionalism and skill were evident throughout the project. I would highly recommend Jack to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality plumbing services.

Driver in truck 102 tailgated me and when he went to pass me he forced me on to the shoulder to avoid hitting him. He and his passenger also was flipping me off the whole time then when I got back on the highway he brake checked a loaded semi these guys shouldn’t be driving a company vehicle. Will tell all my friends in the area to avoid this company if this is how their drivers drive. VERY UNSAFE EMPLOYEES

I do not recommend this company At All!! Hired them to install my sewer pipe and connect it to the main sewer line on a new construction. Sewer backed up after a few days’ Called them back out to fix for three different days and they couldn’t fix. Turned out They connected to a piece of conduit that was used for the main water lines to come under the road!! Had to hire another company to correct it. No refund and horrible customer service!!!

Our Rinai RL94e water heater started making a very loud grinding/whistling sound this morning while Madison utilities was cycling our water pressure from zero to overpressure. I assumed it was the pump bearings. I called All Star and they dispatched Zach to fix the problem. He arrived within 30 minutes. It was not the pump bearings, it was simply a matter of powering the unit on and off in the outside box to reset the overpressure sensor. All Star did not charged for the service as it was considered an estimate. I am getting a quote from All Star for a new unit when this unit bites the dust since this particular model is no longer made and parts are not available. I was delighted that All Star and Zack we're so prompt and treated us so fairly. I'll definitely use All Star to replace this unit when it dies.

We've used All-Star since we moved to Huntsville 5 years ago. They have done SEVERAL jobs here including working on our old home and plumbing a significant expansion. Let me just say that they've had to fix so many different issues, he knows my whole family and even my dog's name. (you just can't make that stuff up) They are always professional, experienced, CLEAN and get this... the last bill I got made my wife and I go WOW in a good way. They must have discounted our bill due to a series of events beyond their control, which is why I took the moment to write this review. I totally trust these guys to diagnose and repair any plumbing problem with the customer's interests in mind. Way to go guys and Thanks Again Zach!

This is kudos for Allstar Pros. The other company Blake Brothers quoted a price right at $6000 for an installation. Common practice for me no matter the project is to get 2 or 3 estimates and thank God I did!!! I was able to get my installation completed by "Allstar Pros (Plumbing)" for $1,956!!! Jack (Allstar Pros) did the initial assessment and Jessie and his partner performed the installation and I'm extremely satisfied!! So, you do the math. Please put the word out to "STEER CLEAR" of Blake Brother's unless you like getting ripped off!!! FYI, if you need HVAC or Plumbing systems you can purchase them from the Athens Gas Company at a significant discount!!!

Had a leak behind the shower, unable to access the plumbing unless the tub and shower was removed. Said they would install new shower for me for 3K, I had to buy the shower and the plumbing would get fixed. I decided to cut the front wall of shower off to get access to plumbing. Was told by guy that come out he would fix my plumbing for me and get me a quote for that. Called two times and he said yes they would do the work and get me a quote. Never got a quote, they just wanted to take advantage of my situation and up sell me. I fixed the issue myself. Thanks for nothing! Chris Ruppart

All Star did my plumbing for my new construction house. The builder chose them as the company but they have always been timely and my house build was not delayed due to plumbing like some neighbors experienced with other plumbers. Due to Covid my bronze fixtures were backordered, so they installed what they had so I could close. Today, they came back out and changed out all the incorrect fixtures to bronze. They have been an absolutely pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them. Big shout out to Nicole and Colby for always being professional and prompt!

I would like to thank the 2 Employees here that stopped and helped me and my Mother this morning when we had a flat. Not only did they change the tire but bought a new one for us we'll. I never got their names but remember their shirts. It has been very difficult for us both lately so if not for these 2 gentleman we would have had no way to get it fixed. You'll never know what a blessing you guys were. We have plumbing issues and with the character of this companies employee's we certainly know where we will go.

All Star Plumbing needs to change their name to One Star Plumbing. I wouldn't hire this company to unclog a toilette that's how incompetent they are. This company does the new construction plumbing for all DR Horton homes in the Athens Limestone area. I've seen so many new construction homes that have leaks all because they are to incompetent and don't know what the hell they are doing. If your looking for a good reputable plumber this company isn't it.

I had service at my home today from your service technician. He also serviced my home in December. I do not remember his name. Every time he comes to my home he is professional and courteous. Also both times based on the service required All Star had provided same day service. I wanted to say - Thank you and thank you to Nicole as well.

We had a leak in our wall and called Allstar who responded the next day. The plumber was professional, courteous and repaired our issue quickly. He additionally explained what had caused the issue and cleaned up the area when he was complete. Outstanding service and will use again if we ever require plumbing work!

I had the best technician come out to service my water heater. John Glushko went above and beyond when it came to customer service. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his craft making sure that I was satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend this company based on John customer service.
