We had a "flood disaster" in our crawlspace. We spent 52 days in a motel. THANK YOU Alliance Service Pros! Here's my story...Started shopping around Wednesday morning for water heater install to replace a 14 year old one at my Mom's house. Got quotes from big box stores and a few more from other companies in the area. I selected Alliance Service Pros because I was impressed with conversation with Jake - Service Manager, no high pressure sales pitch or arrogant attitude instead I experienced a professional and friendly person. I was handed off to Office Manager Amy to schedule appointment and I knew I made the right choice because she was super friendly and a professional with outstanding communication skills. We scheduled work for Friday morning, remember I talked to Jake Wednesday evening. Technician Robert Lord arrived on time and immediately I got a sense that I was in good hands. He evaluated the work space and I asked him if everything is still in alignment with quote and he mentioned "Yes"...WOW that's refreshing no hidden charges or other surprises. Robert immediately proceeded to efficiently complete the work. Robert practiced safety because of Covid, he was respectful and professional. If you're looking for professionals, honesty, value, quality, you cannot go wrong with this company; I'm in the high tech industry and I deal with people and companies all day long, without hesitation or any reservation I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Alliance Service Pros.
Spigot broke after ~3 years of being installed, valve no longer functions properly and water was leaking outside in the freezing cold. Out of fear of the line freezing, I had to cut the copper pipe and cap it off with a temporary sharkbite until a real plumber and came and fix it. I was charged over $700 for this job on Oct 11th, 2022, which is absolutely absurd and ridiculous considering the amount of damage they did to my basement bar. The plumber (the one pointing in the photos) cut 2 MASSIVE holes into my wall because he couldn't find the line, and charged me $275 for a Professional Search. He failed to do the job correctly because the "new" spigot leaked only after 3 years, which is absolutely absurd given the amount of money I spent.
Had ane new central air and heater installed in August 2024. It ran well but was not completed properly. It took them over a year to return and correct some issues. I still do not have my humidifier connected and they do not return my calls and emails. It is now the end of November 2025. I would not do buisness with these people. P S. It still has not been inspected as per Jake. "Don't call for inspection until the work is finished". I have the email stating this.
