We had an issue with water pooling at the base of one of our toilets and decided it was finally time to replace both of our old toilets. From the very first call, Allen & Sons stood out. I spoke with a real person immediately, no automated system in sight. They offered same-day service, but worked around my schedule and came out the next morning. I got a text when Jojo was on his way, and he arrived on the early end of his two-hour window, always a win. Jojo installed both toilets efficiently and was polite, knowledgeable, and great at explaining things throughout the process. After finishing up, he caught an issue and took care of it right away without any fuss. That kind of attention to detail really stood out. Reasonable pricing, excellent service, and a team member who clearly takes pride in his work. We will absolutely be calling Allen & Sons again!

After years of dealing with multiple plumbers, recurring leaks, and a lot of patch jobs, I finally feel like we have a real, long-term solution thanks to Wayne at Allen & Sons. Wayne took the time to actually figure out what was going on instead of just fixing the next leak. He cleaned up a decade’s worth of prior work, quick fixes, and a pretty messy setup, and put in a well thought out solution from end to end. His focus was on reducing long-term stress on the system, improving water quality, and making sure everything is built to last. The work in the mechanical room is especially impressive. He replaced what had become a rats nest of PEX and fittings with a clean copper install that looks and functions way better. Wayne was also very patient throughout the process. I had a lot of questions given everything we’ve been through, and he took the time to walk me through it all. I’d definitely recommend Wayne at Allen & Sons if you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and actually fixes the problem the right way.

I got 4 bids for replacing 2 water heaters. Allen & Sons was not the cheapest, but I went with them because they were the most professional, communicated well, and were honest with me from the start. They did what they said they would do, were on time (and fast), and most importantly did a great job. I highly recommend them.
