Andrew at Allegiance was awesome to work with. He was able to get out the same day we called and was extremely friendly and great to work with. He helped identify a leak in a pipe due to the cold in a home we were considering purchasing and was able to provide great insight on next steps, potential cost and issues it may cause down the line. Highly recommended this company.

Tech was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and explained things as he was going along. After he left I noticed our basement was having an issue with the sump pump and he came back right away and was able to adjust the pipe from spraying water out on the concrete floor and didn't charge us for it! Wonderful and will definitely be giving Allegiance my business for plumbing needs!

I have never dealt with a more responsive company like this in my life. Allegiance has been there for me through emergency electrical and plumbing work and just about any general contracting work. They are friendly, fairly-priced, and genuinely care for their customers. In a day and age when it is a relief just to get a call back from a service, Allegiance has always been there for me and genuinely cares for its customers. I was in critical condition in the hospital when my ejector pump failed, and they talked with my father and were here for us the very next day. I will not give my business to anyone else. I wish I could assign more than a five star rating. Do not pass them up.

Andrew called ahead to establish appointment time and arrived promptly and with shoe covers, which made my wife and our hardwood floors very happy. Ejector pump was replaced and tested within an hour. Andrew disposed of old pump and left his work area spotless. Efficient, effective and affordable.
