It’s wonderful to have a company that you can rely on and All Suburban is that for our family. We’ve been using them for almost 10 years and they have always been fair, reliable, responsive, and done great work! I noticed a one star review and I believe they must have the wrong company because they reference an office woman and there is no office woman with this company. When you call you get directly connected to the plumber (a male).

I was trying to change all the powder outlets, switches and a light fixture on my new condo by myself. When I faced a difficulty I gave up and I called these guys. The guy on the phone was super friendly and helpful. He told me instead of coming here and charge me he could help me on the phone and tell me what to do since it was an easy fix… and he did it!!! I really appreciate that! Honest, helpful and kind person, what’s why in any future project I’ll call them and also recommend to everybody.

When I needed help with an important plumbing issue, I called All Suburban for the first time. The person on the phone was professional and within 1 hr, two pro's showed up and did the job quickly and at a fair price. The guys that did the work were outstanding and explained things perfectly to me. I would definitely recommend them.

There should be a 5 star option as that is what All Suburban Plumbing deserves. A leaky water heater required a visit from them. It needed to be replaced. All Suburban determined it was still under warranty and took care of getting a new one and installing it in less than a day. The only finger I lifted was to dial their number and you should too if you are in need of their services. Prompt, kind, solid, trustworthy people. Thank you All Suburban!

I had used this company for 2 small jobs previously and everything was fine. Had them come back out to rod a bathtub drain and this was absolutely the worst service experience. After the team left, I was cleaning up (they don't cover their boots), and when I went rinse out the tub, water started flowing through the ceiling in the bathroom below as a hole had been poked through my pipe. I immediately called the company but as it was 5pm, they couldn't send anyone until the next day. When the office called the next morning, I asked would their insurance cover the work given what had occurred, the office woman tells me "don't start with me, we don't have to send anyone out." This cost me an insurance claim, my deductible, and months of repairs.
