I can’t say enough good things about All Star Plumbing and Rooter. Hire them Need more? One day my ‘regular’ plumber hydro-jetted my drain and had very bad news for me. He was seeing mud come out. I had a broken drain/sewer pipe under my slab. At my request my plumber jack-hammered a hole in my floor and got me ‘functional’ again. I had Franken-Pipe sticking out of my laminate, but water drained again. My plumber would have to cut a trench, potentially the length of the inside of my house, until he found the collapsed pipe to repair. He doesn’t do trenchless repair. This is when I contacted All Star Plumbing and Rooter Jose and Tony came out to my house with Ridgid Inspection Camera System. They went to my Franken-Pipe drain and started running their camera, explaining what they were looking at the entire time while I watched the screen. They found the collapsed section of pipe. It was only a few feet from where the hole in my floor was. This was great news for me. The closer the collapse the less of my floor gets torn up As Tony was gathering up the gear and buttoning up the equipment they brought to properly inspect my situation, Jose let me know exactly what would need to be done to fix my problem. He explained the steps that would be taken to repair/replace my existing pipe that collapsed, how the rest of the run would be lined with a durable material to strengthen the internal structure of the remaining pipe, and how my plumbing would all be rebuilt and my slab would be good-as-new again. They did my repair in just over a day Less than a week later the house failed me again This time it was a Saturday morning. I had a clog in the Main Sewer Line. It had nothing to do with the other run All Star Plumbing and Rooter serviced for me a few days earlier. I get roots from neighbor trees from time to time, and the dang roots decided to cause me grief on a Saturday…and…my ‘regular’ plumber only works Monday through Friday. I called Jose at All Star Plumbing and Rooting and asked him if there was any chance he could have my clog cleared that weekend. He told me he had a crew that was finishing up another job and would have them stop by my house when they were done. In about 40 minutes my doorbell rang, and Tony was there with another couple of guys Tony pulled the Ridgid from the back of the truck, showed my ‘sketchy spots’ in my pipe and my current problem, a root invasion As Tony and his crew were bundling things up Jose pulled up at the front of my house…with his family in the car! Jose took some of his day off with his family to get my issue handled and make sure my house was OK. Jose also talked to me about my cast iron, 60 year old, Main Sewer Line. He let me know that Tony called him because Tony was concerned that the main Sewer Line was showing signs of deterioration and was worried I may experience something catastrophic in the near future…next month…next year…two years…sometime soon. It was then that I asked Jose to schedule me to have my Main Sewer Line trenchlessly replaced all the way to the city hook up, and to line the entire main sewer run for my house. A week later a small army of All Star Plumbing and Rooter experts showed up to do work These guys don’t stop! Every one of the guys had a part of the job he was working on. My job required a hole in my concrete outside my front door, a hole in the sidewalk at the end of my driveway, and a hole in my back hard sidewalk because Tony found a cleanout with his camera that a prior owner had covered up with sidewalk concrete. Jose, Tony, everyone on the crew, and I all agreed it’s silly to leave that cleanout buried, and since they were doing concrete work anyway, why not unbury the cleanout and put a proper in-concrete cover over it with a new sidewalk section? I can’t believe it only took the crew a couple of ways to do all of the work they did. When the job was done Jose got that Ridgid out of the truck again to show me my sewer pipes. Every inch was so clean! These guys are fantastic, the work is second to none, and their pricing is very fair

Fantastic plumbers I’ve ever worked with they saved me hundreds of dollars in my repair I had a Major drain pipe that had a lot of cracks and instead of digging up my whole dining room to replace the pipe they use a new high-tech technology of epoxy. They’re able to rescale and coat the inside of the pipe and not spend the money and labor cost of trying to replace the pipe. It turned out fantastic. This plumbing service came prepared four guys two trucks and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this service to anybody having any kind of plumbing issues they do residential and commercial plumbing don’t look elsewhere. Call them first You’ll be very happy. They are honest trustworthy and excellent service . Trust me don’t look around just give them a call. let them save you money and provide the best service ever I would give them 10 stars if I could

They’re professional, knowledgeable, and show up on time ready to work. The plumber clearly explained the issue, offered fair pricing, and completed the job efficiently with great attention to detail. It’s hard to find reliable plumbing, but All Star Plumbing truly delivers quality work and great customer service thank you guys

DO NOT HIRE All Star Plumbing & Rooter This company is an absolute nightmare. I brought them in to fix a simple leak, and they managed to turn it into a full-blown plumbing disaster. Not only was their work completely shoddy, but it also caused more damage than what I originally called them for. Their so-called "technician" showed up late, reeking of cigarette smoke, and clearly had no clue what he was doing. He spent hours wandering around my house, messing with pipes he didn’t need to touch, and when he finally left, the leak was worse. A day later, my ceiling started leaking — from a bathroom they never even mentioned working on. When I called to complain, their office staff gave me the runaround and refused to send anyone back unless I paid again. I ended up having to hire a real professional to undo their sloppy, borderline dangerous work. The second plumber was shocked at what he saw — loose fittings, cheap materials, and an entire section of pipe that had been installed backward. Yes, backward. It’s beyond me how All Star Plumbing & Rooter is even in business. Sloppy work, zero accountability, and a customer service attitude that basically screams “not our problem.” Unless you enjoy flushing your money down the drain — pun absolutely intended — avoid this company like the plague.

Jose and All Star are AMAZING ! Reliable, trust worthy but most of all affordable and reasonable. Came in the pouring rain, hydrogetted and cleared a line, another plumber spent 8 hours the day before and couldn’t do !! I was so impressed and will be recommending them going forward.
