Not recommended

The quality of work was poor. The repair failed just four days after completion, and the company did not honor the labor warranty as expected. Communication with the Jarred (owner) and “master” was also very unprofessional. In my experience, interactions were rude and included the use of profanities and degrading comments when discussing the issue. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company!

I’m not a plumbing expert, but I trusted AllSTAR Plumbing to fix my issue as promised. They gave me a quote and assured me the house would be fully usable. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the outcome. After hiring a different professional plumber, I was told that AllSTAR’s work had actually worsened the plumbing issue and improper materials were used. In the end, the work did not meet the professional standard I expected. A few days after I posted the review above, the owner called me and demanded that I take it down, threatening to sue me if I didn’t. I was shocked by the call. During the conversation, he used profanity and made offensive remarks about my background, including calling me a foreigner and saying I didn’t know what I was talking about. I found this behavior completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I am a proud American, and no customer should ever be spoken to this way. The call was recorded. If anything, I have clear documentation of harassment and intimidation. What a shameful way to treat a customer.

I CANNOT recommend, All Star Plumbing enough!!! After spending a mini fortune with another company to “fix” the issue in my salon, I was referred to All star by quite a few people. We called today (10/17/24) at 9am, and they showed up today, (10/17/24), at 1pm. I have NEVER received such fast, precise service from any other company!! And, the guys that were sent to us were super nice, informative, and funny lol they had us all laughing lol an all around amazing service, and the owners are absolutely amazing. I will NEVER use any other plumbing company ever again.

Professional and detailed service. I had a major leak and he showed up fast and ready to respond. Took care of my problem even though it was Sunday Morning. I really appreciated the care he demonstrated in giving me opinions and made sure my family was taken care of. I would recommend and call again if a problem comes up. Thanks!

We were referred to All Star Plumbing. Our kitchen sink was seriously clogged, we had two showers that needed work done on them, and we had a slow drip in one bathroom sink that started during the 2021 freeze.. It really makes you happy when you can use your sinks and showers again. I recommend All Star Plumbing.

Anthony and Dillon did an excellent job installing a new water heater for me. They were on time, courteous, and professional, and did excellent work. They even cleaned up! This is my 2nd time using All Star and will again when I need plumbing work. Efficient and trustworthy. I highly recommend.

Crystal at AllStar has been AMAZING. She has been in constant contact. Helping with a customer over in TYE, Tx. She navigated the difficult construction conversations between city and plumbers on the ground and myself and the customer. Thank you so much for all your help! Job Well DONE!!

We had a gas leak at our store, the call was called into them April 13th and full repairs were completed this morning the 17th. Less than 1 week and they filed everything with the city for us as well. Spectacular service and the price was more than fair. Could NOT be happier!

Excellent group of young men that came to fix the backup in our line. They arrived quickly on a Saturday and did not have any hidden charges. Fine folks, Anthony and his partner are honest plumbers. Thank you very much for your help! Will use them again.
