We did not have a great experience with Sewer Solutions. They didn't finish the job in the timeline they said they would. Then, before any of the trench they'd dug was filled in, their office staff was calling me three times a day asking for payment. We asked them to leave a small portion of the trench partially open for electrical in a garage we were building. That was a mistake because they left WAY too much dirt behind, and even though the garage contractor filled in what he could after the electric was complete, we were left with about a ton of dirt to spread around our yard on our own. That's because Sewer Solutions wouldn't respond to any of our emails or messages asking them to help with the dirt. Overall, our experience was pretty poor.

Had several estimates from several different places and Sewer Solutions wasn't the cheapest. But the service, response, and comfort we felt from the initial call through the site visit made choosing them easy. We had a basement bathroom that needed to have the sewer replaced along with the line outside the house into the street. They arrived on time and had the bulk of the project finished the first day. The street was repaired and the basement finished the next day. The only thing keeping them from the full five stars was that the shower drain in the basement floor was off by 1 1/2 inches. It was either pay our plumber extra to make a custom shower pan or cut up the floor and move it. My only other issue was the guy who poured the concrete in the basement bathroom cleaned his bucket out right off our patio. The area is mostly dirt but didn't expect to have to clean up chunks of concrete from my backyard. Still, given the seriousness of a project like this I would recommend Sewer Solutions to anyone.

When selling our home and flat out of time a crack in our main sewer line was discovered on a second sewer scope. A traditional repair of removing flooring, jack hammering concreter etc..was not a viable option for a timeline although cheaper. This technology though rather unknown to many has been around for some time and is proven, plus in many situations is the best and sometimes the only realistic option. I will not lie...there was a fairly big glitch with the install on my house but the important part is that the problem was taken care of 100 percent, costing the already busy company time and money. People make mistakes, equipment will fail and materials don't always cooperate but how a person takes care of the problems is a huge deal to me and in this case the "people" and company excelled. They were fair, courteous, prompt and professional and I have and will continue to recommend them to friends.

I can't say enough good things about this company and the crew that did the work at my property. After cleaning out a plugged sewer, I had that contractor run a camera down the sewer line only to discover the pipe exiting the building was clay. It was still in good shape but it ran under a building and another structure built on top of a concrete slab. If the sewer pipe had failed, it would have cost thousands and disrupted my business tenants immensely! Sewer Solutions came out to look at the job the next day and provided options immediately. The next weekend, they arrived and completed the job in an 11 hour day. Doing this job on a weekend was so helpful considering the 4 tenants would have been unable to use the facilities while work was done on the sewer. Who does that these days? Great guys, Great company and most of all Great product and system.

This company has been amazing! I have used them for my house and some of my friends have used this company as well! They are very efficient and amazing about communication, they explain everything in depth and it was very clear what the problem was and what needed to be addressed as they communicate every step of the way! I had a main line clog and it needed to be cleaned out but there was an additional problem which was causing the clog. They found the problem and fixed it! Amazing price as well! I had a company come out previously and they were 2X the amount for the same scope of work. They have been amazing from start to finish! Had to have the sewer line completely replaced for a home purchase as there were numerous cracks and rooting in the original clay line from the 20's. Sewer Solutions came out and had the entire thing fixed in one day with new piping, and was able to get the city inspectors out the next day to fill in when they gave the OK. I also had the line re-scoped by an independent third party, but it wasn't necessary as the re-scope determined the new line was replaced perfectly, and the scoping technician said it was one of the best replacements he'd seen. They do great work, and for a great price; they were one of the few companies that didn't come in four times over the predicted cost by the home inspectors or licensed contractors, and the quote was exactly what the cost ended up being.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this company — especially Ben, Eloy, and Waldo — absolutely deserve 5 stars. I had an issue with my main line and sewer line, and they were great from start to finish. They took the time to explain what was going on, went over different options with me, and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Their honesty and professionalism really stood out. The work was done efficiently and with care, and they made a stressful situation way easier to deal with. It’s not often you find a team that clearly knows what they’re doing and actually cares about doing the job right. Recommended 170,000%!

All sewer crew arrived at 8 AM and worked tirelessly throughout the day. Covered my driveway with plywood. The inspector allowed them to re asphalt the street as well. The job was finished around 6 pm. They cleaned up all the dirt and all looked good when they left. Waldo was here 1st thing in am to go over plans with his crew and to let me know what to expect. He came back in evening to let me know he would be back next day to do a scope to confirm all was done with correct slope, etc. I would highly recommend them if you need a sewer line replaced.

All Sewer and Plumbing Services was the only company of 5 that was able to find a solution to fixing my sewer pipes while saving my cast iron tub. They were also the only ones who caught an additional broken and blocked pipe that desperately needed replaced. They were thorough with their inspection, even fixing a clean out cap that had fallen into my floor drain, they were able to be scheduled very quickly, and made the repairs in one day. I am very satisfied with the service and knowledge of All Sewer and Plumbing Services!
