I first reached out to another company who asked an astronomical amount to fix my issue when my neighbor recommended All Sacramento Plumbing. Eduardo was able to come out the very next day and get started. He kept me informed the entire time of everything going on and was so polite and helpful. Definitely recommend this company!

I had the absolute and best experience today with All Sacramento Plumbing! Matt, the owner, came out to my house yesterday to access the situation. I was so impressed with him and his reasonable bid that agreed to have the repairman install it today! Manny was the repairman that removed my old water heater and installed my new one. He’s one in a million! He handled the job completely by himself. He explained everything to me and gladly answered all my questions. He was meticulous with all of his work and cleaned everything up before he left. He did a great job getting it all working. It was a great experience and I never felt like I was in better hands! Have a twenty year old home with two bathrooms. One toilet was leaking and water consistently running. Called at 8am on a Sunday and was pleased Ken could stop by around 11am on a Sunday. Ken arrived, provided the cost to replace both toilets and remove all old equipment. Ken drove to store and purchased the toilets requested with all parts. Very professional job and I was happy with the price. This is my plumbing company I will use in the future should an issue arise. Great job, very pleasant to deal with.

My toilet was running, so Frank came over to fix it. He said he rebuilt it, so there wouldn't be any further issues. I was at the time impressed by his efficiency and professionalism. Two weeks later the same toilet started running again. So I called Frank. He picked up and told me that that shouldn't happen, but he would call me back the next day to schedule a time to fix it. He then ignored my calls and text messages and never called me back. The next plumber I called came out and identified that Frank had rebuilt the wrong part of the toilet (the tank lever and fill valve and not the flush valve), so the work he did was not sufficient to actually solve the problem I had.

A Better Plumbing Company is the worst company I have ever did business with and I'm 54 yrs of age. First off they do not inform you that the company hires subcontractors. I hired the company for a repiping 06/16/21 and today 08/05/2021, nothing has progressed besides prepping for the job. I provided a 30% down payment of $4,500 dollars and I have asked for a refund, nothing yet. The owner Ken will sale you a pipe dream with no lubricant. He plays the blame game on the sub-contractor that at least shows up to complete the job. Also the office assistance Yvonne is in on the whole scheme, so don't listen to her as she will drop the ball as well. I'm a disabled veteran and wheelchair user and Ken takes no consideration for that so don't fall for the Military Discount Veteran love he will give you. I will never recommend this company to anyone and I will be reporting them today to the State of California and the Better Business Bureau

Like many of you reading this review, any major home repair sends shivers up and down my spine! What a pleasant surprise in dealing with the owner Ken and his staff member Levi on my sewer issue. I had a home inspection done on my property and they discover some blockage in the sewage system. We contacted all Sacramento emergency plumbing to have them come out and re-scope it and give us an estimate on what the repair would be. They gave me a quote and proceeded to do the work. They did find some additional issues with some roots and some of the connections from my property to the city. Levi contacted me and explain what was going on. He had mentioned that they are known for giving solid advice and not looking to rip people off. I told him go ahead and do what he needed to do because I trusted him and I trusted the people who referred Sacramento emergency plumbing. They are a locally owned business not one of these big shops that advertises on the radio, television, billboards, and etc. Do yourself a favor and do business with local mom and pop types of businesses. In my experience they give you a fair shake and as a consumer I know they need to make money to stay in business! All I ask is to give me a fair shake. Thank you Ken, Levi, and anyone else who worked on the project. You guys are number one in my books and I will use you and refer you to all of my friends and family.

Ken was phenomenal to say the least. He responded to my inquiry within minutes and then took the time to speak with me on the phone about the issue, just to get a feel of what was going on. I had previously had two other companies come out to work on my clogged bathtub drain, the snakes were not successful and both companies told me I needed to replace my pipes and then left, leaving the drain still clogged. :-/ Ken was confident that he could fix the problem and if not, there would be no charge. He contacted me at the promised time, he showed up as promised and proceeded to crawl under my house in 102 heat! He spent over 2 hours working on the issue and sure enough, the tub now drains!!! He took the time to explain what the issue was and how he resolved it. He did not try to upsell me for other services, however when I inquired he stated that he would gladly be available for other plumbing needs at a later date. He is quite friendly, knowledgeable and shoots from the hip. So if you're in need of a plumber, this is the guy to call! As a new home owner I feel better knowing I now have a go-to plumber. Should rename his business The Best Plumbing Co! :)

Kevin and his apprentice just completed their job at my home which entailed removing the siding to my house and replacing a cracked drain which was embedded in the foundation of my house, not your typical job to say the least. They also replaced the main house shut off valve and irrigation valve because they didn't completely work, being that they were thirty year old gate valves. I now have new ball valves and you can tell Kevin takes pride in his craft because he reconfigured my house shutoff valve so that I could access the spigot in a much more comfortable fashion, his soldier work was clean too. Another detail I picked up on about Kevin's work is he is very detailed in his clean up, his ability to putback the siding back, to caulk and nail it all together was excellent. The main reason I chose Kevin to do this work out of the five plumbers we received estimates from, other than his demeanor and thoughtfulness when tackling a project, is that he has a history working with concrete and the others didn't or wouldn't put the concrete back in our foundation after replacing the cracked drain. In short, hire him he's great!

I just had bathrooms remodeled and a new flooring installed. Imagine my surprise as I'm walking down the hall and see water coming out of my bathroom and even seeping through into my closet and in my bedroom. After I shut my water off I grabbed my wet dry vacuum and got the water up as soon as I could then I turned to Yelp to find a plumber. Ken the owner of this company reached out to me and we set a time for him to come out. He had already given me a quote by text and even though it may have involved a little more work he just charged me the quoted price. Ken also showed me a problem with my sewer clean out and fully described what it would take for repair. I will definitely have him do the job once I have my budget under control from the remodel! His apprentice Jessie was very courteous and professional just like his boss. Ken did not try to upsell me or any of the other things that some plumbing companies do. As the owner of an older home (because it was affordable) I need to have honest and reliable service people to help me maintain it. Thanks again Ken!!

Main water line leaking without much warning. It was in late February. Ken, the owner, came on Saturday to check it out upon urgent request. Few companies would send people on weekends. Ken proposed to replace the whole line instead of testing and fixing leaking. By doing so, his company can guarantee the work for three years, which we prefer as nobody would warranty against future leaking by doing just repairing leaking spots. The cost is reasonable comparing to spending on testing, patching and yet no guaranty. Ken stayed on top of the project and informed us every step to happen. His company has all the tools for the project without the need to break open the driveway for installing new line under it. He explained the excavation law to be followed. No other people would mention such law before digging. His crew did a great job and did it right. We're very satisfied with this new copper line and would recommend Ken's company for similar jobs. It's really a better plumbing company!

If you have plumbing issues, Ken is your guy. I discovered my water heater was leaking all over the laundry area at Midnight. Called a few numbers that advertised emergency repairs, 24/7 service; they either didn't answer or didn't call back and I was running out of towels! I dialed A Better Plumbing Company; Ken, himself answered the phone and was at my house by 1:00 am. Got the water heater to stop leaking and we discussed my options for replacement and pricing. After leaving at 2:00 am, Ken came back at 10:00 am to install a tankless water heater. He fixed all the shoddy and potentially dangerous workmanship on piping and connections, installed the tankless, arranged for the electrician to install the necessary outlet, and charged a very reasonable price. He and his assistant were gracious and courteous. They cleaned everything up from the water heater leak and the new installation. I couldn't be happier!

I have nothing but good things to say about the skilled service and customer service of these two guys who came and replaced my broken gas pipe. First, Tim came out and gave me a free estimate. He was thorough when describing what needed to be done. What type of material he was going to use and even how long he estimated the work would take to complete. Him and Sam were very professional, showed up 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. They were very respectful of my property, had great personalities, and even actually pretty funny. They did a great job of cleaning up after the job was completed, which was very impressive and highly appreciated. If you're looking to have a gas pipe line replaced knowing that the work will be done properly and you don't have to worry about any future leaks I highly recommend this company. And just for reference I added a picture of the two fellas that came out to do the work .

OMG! They saved the Day!!! We decided to change the shower head and hot/cold nob and recaulk the bathroom before guest come this week. The shower head went as planned but the hot/cold lever was broken. My husband got it off but couldn't get the broken part out that was stuck in the copper pipe. We had the water shut off for hours already but we couldn't turn the water back on because water was coming out of the wall. Here it is Sunday late afternoon. Who do we call? We went down the list and Ken Stephenson of All Sacramento Plumbing was 20 minutes away!! He arrived, saw what he was up against and then left for Home Depot down the street from us. They were out of the parts and so he drove to Power Inn Home Depot. He found what he needed and got back to us. He got the job done and was on his way! Thank You for being there when we needed you! Your service and price was unbelievable. Thank You so much!

On Monday, I requested bids from several different companies to clear my landscape drains. I received text bids from all but All Sacramento Emergency Plumbing Inc. That's because the owner, Ken took the time to call me to discuss my issue to gain a better understanding of the problem. He quoted me a price that was 1/3 of the other companies. We were off to a good start, so I scheduled an appointment with him today. Ken arrived on time and went right to work. He worked for several hours and provided a level of service over and above what we discussed. When he was done, he charged me exactly what he had quoted. Ken was great! He was very personable and a true professional---as he took the time to explain all the steps he took to address my problem. I would have no reservations in recommending Ken and his company for your plumbing needs! He was transparent and reasonably priced. Five stars !

This is the second time that I have hired this company to make repairs and/or replacements in my home. My house is just over 20 years old, so it has been time to replace some items that have just worn out. The first was my hot water heater this past spring and today was my garbage disposal. Both had just reached the end of their useful lives. Both Ken and Jessie did the work on the hot water heater replacement. All good, no issues at all. And today, Jessie replaced my garbage disposal. Again, the repair went great. I made the appointment on Saturday for today, since there was no urgency. Jessie showed up exactly on time and did the repairs quickly and expertly. He was in and out of the house in less than 30 minutes. Super friendly guy. Cleaned up everything when he was done. I will definitely hire them back again if I have need for plumbing work in the future.
