All Pro Plumbing

We have used All Pro Plumbing for a few jobs now, and I don't hesitate to call for all of our plumbing needs. Bob is responsive and coordinates plumbers around our schedule. The plumbers are communicative and get the job done well. Importantly, they take the time to demonstrate and explain the problem and their solutions. Prices are always fair. I'm grateful to have access to a reliable plumbing service.

I called and spoke with the Bob, he got his guys out the next day. They were on time. They analyzed the problem, told me a price and it was not robbery, very reasonable and affordable! My God, I couldn't believe it. I wanted to cook Joey, Michael and Alvin breakfast, lunch and dinner and bake some cookies! But, they completed a new pipeline job within a few hours and wait they cleaned up everything and even threw my trash away! All Pro Plumbing exceeded my expectations! You guys are amazing!! Thank you and Have a wonderful Christmas!

First I want to start off by saying, if I could give these guys 10 stars I most definitely would!!! Bob, the guy I scheduled with for same day estimate, he was able to send someone out at my convenience which was perfect for me and my schedule. Mike, Joey, and I believe the other guy name is Alvin are the guys that came and saved the day. Bob, Mike, Joey and Alvin are all amazing and very professional!!! They did an outstanding job with the plumbing job needed in my mom's kitchen. I highly recommend All Pro Plumbing for any plumbing needs, questions and or concerns. I look forward in having this company to take care of any future plumbing issues I may come across and I'm also going to pass their information on to others as well. The pricing was great, and it comes with quality work. Big thank you to you guys for coming out and getting my mom's sink and water running back to normal. 10/10 is my rating

I've been a long time customer of these guys and hired them multiple times before. Been a year since I needed them, but the first red flag was they tried to charge me double the price they charged the year before for a simple rod out and more then what's even advertised on their website. When I brought the huge price increase to the owners attention, he adjusted the number closer to what I paid previously, a special price for "returning customers", so we scheduled the rodout for the next day. That's where the real problem started because the plumber that was sent out tried to scam me to make a long story short. This is not opinion it's a fact. The short version, he was supposed to do a simple mainline rodout. The man showed up at 10:00 and by 10:20 he was sending me pictures of the roots that were pulled out the line on the rod. When he sent me the pictures my first thoughts was that was quick. He cleared the line that fast. BTW, I been doing plumbing work since 1993, I'm just in another line of business now so I outsource. He follows up with a call and I'm thinking he's calling me to tell me the jobs done. Why this man call me telling me it's roots in the line like that's usual, which it's not, and he couldn't clear the line. Mind you, this is only 20 minutes after he first arrived on site. He goes on to tell me the only way to fix the problem is to dig up the front lawn and install some "special pipes" that the roots can't penetrate. From a plumbers perspective, giving up on trying to clear a line in less than 20 mins is insane, and to immediately switch to such a drastic and objectively unnecessary solution is even crazier. The man tried to turn a $200 job into a $3500 job. Straight up scam. Then had the nerve to want to be paid for the rodout that didn't clear the line, if I didn't want to pay the $3500 for them to play in my yard. I went back and forth with him, then he referred me to the owner. I told him have them call me and the owner, Bob, called trying to back his guy up on the scam. Now it doesn't take sherlock to figure out how this guy learned these scams in the first place. At the end of the day when I started telling him I know plumbing, and I know this is bs, he then gave up on trying to get paid for this scam they tried to pull... Proof it was a scam: I came back later that day with the proper rod, hired some guys to work it, (cause I'm too old for this ish), and we cleared the line in no time at all without even the slightest issue. So yes, objectively speaking, they were running a scam without question. Beware of these scammers, there's no telling how many people's lawns they ruined installing unnecessary pipes and turning a molehill into a mountain.

It’s a shame. After reading so many great reviews I had a very disappointing experience with this company.I hope it was an isolated incident but I would never recommend this company. It really is a shame.

I don't know why Yelp is saying Allpro is closed because I was just serviced by them today. As a matter of fact they just handed me my receipt complete with company name and address and left 5 minutes ago. Anyway, here is my story. We called last week about our commode because it was not letting the water go down. They came out and discovered that I had accidently threw a replacement kurieg cup in the toilet and it had stuck. All 4 men; son, husband, including the plumbers have banned me from my Kuerig. (Yeah right; it was a 125.00 mistake not a life sentence) . In the process of fixing the toilet however, one of the gentlemen accidently broke the lid. I didn't know. I paid them. As I was handing them the money, they lead plumber told me of the accident and it was their duty to make me whole. They were very professional calling me keeping me updated. They finally came out again and explained that they still couldn't find a lid to replace mine, but would I mind them replacing the whole unit? That was integrity. They brought out the taller toilet which we previously had), and the toilet was better quality. I know because we put the previous one in. They didn't try to charge me one red dime. Also if they apologized one more time for the lid..... let's just say I finally understand why my husband gets at me for apologizing more than 2x. They were kind, sweet, hard working and filled with integrity. I didn't have to beg and plead for them to come out like I did with big named Sears who had me hanging for a month. I tell you, I will hire them for our next home should the need arise

I recently purchased a home and inherited a first-time buyer nightmare. I had all types of water issues that was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. I had foundation issues where the water was coming in from the walls and plumbing issues. My plumbing issues only got worst after the heavy rain we received. My basement flooded very bad causing me to remove all the carpet. In the past I have called several plumbers and I would get a lot of no shows and no call back. I had one plumber come out and rodded and fixed a leaky toilet, but give me a crazy quote that was 3 times higher than All Pro. When I called, I spoke to Bob, he was very nice and was able to get his team to come out the next day. That is when I meet Bob son Michael. Michael was super cool and very knowledgeable. He was able to walk me through what the problem was and how the were going to fix it. Bob came out with his team and located the broken pipe. Which by the way was not where the first plumber said it was. That plumber was just full of mess. After Bob team was done, Michael and his time got to work. I am so happy that I called All Pro and got Bob, Michael, and their team. They were very professional, knowledgeable, on time, cleaned up behind themselves and nice. I would recommend them to anyone who is having plumbing issues small or large. They made me feel like family and solved my problem. You would have thought that Michael and I knew each other the way we were talking outside of my plumbing issue. I am praying for his family, and I am so glad that I met Michael, Bob and the whole All Pro team.

Don't second guess just pick up the phone and call. It will be the best decision you make in caring for your property and mental health. I recently purchased my first home and a few months in the basement drains began overflowing. I called and left a message. SInce it was well after 7pm I did not expect a call back until the morning and to my surprise I get a call back same day! I scheduled a time for the next morning and was quoted a very reasonable price (for the service you get I would have paid more no questions asked). Bob, Nathan, Mike, and another amazing gentleman (forgive me for not remembering your name) did an amazing job while it was snowing and cold! They explained everything to me and gave me a temporary solution for a problem that will require more extensive work. Prices are very reasonable. They saved me an insurance claim for a flooded basement. Did I mention they diagnosed the problem within seconds of me explaining? A company that cares about their customers and treats you like your family. Thank you so much for your help! I will not be searching for another plumber. They will forever have my business and my families.

Thanks to All Pro Plumbing We will have a great Easter after all!! We had Plumbing issues and a broken pipe we had two other companies come out previous before All Pro It was horrible work done. Mike and Nathan came out yesterday and they did the catch basin and in our utility room. The drain was backing up an awful lot. They found out what the problem was. One of the main pipes broke. They reassured me that they would come back today. Mike and Nathan were so very nice. I think they seen the look in my face of fear, not knowing what we were going to be faced with. Mike and Nathan came back today and Julian and Niko was also with them. These guys knew exactly what they were doing. They fix the problem. I will never ever ever go with another plumbing company again. These guys went above and beyond for me and my family!!! Mike explained everything to me before they did anything. He walked me through everything.I thought we were gonna have to cancel Easter, but I guess these guys saved Easter for us. We are truly blessed To find excellent workers like this. Very, very hard workers.

I had the pleasure of working with Mike, Nate, and Bob, who came out to remove a tree root from my main line and install a cleanout. They arrived promptly and were kind enough to wait for me when I was running slightly behind, without any fuss or frustration. They immediately got to work, quickly locating the root issue and beginning the necessary excavation. Throughout the process, they kept me well-informed—clearly explaining each step and walking me through how the issue would be resolved. I truly appreciated their transparency and willingness to show me the progress as they worked. The job was completed efficiently and at a very competitive price, which was greatly appreciated. Their patience, professionalism, and extensive knowledge were evident, and they answered all of my questions thoroughly and respectfully. I’m extremely satisfied with the outcome and thankful for the excellent service they provided. If I ever experience plumbing issues in the future, I will not hesitate to contact them again.

I would give these people a -0 if I could. I called for a leaking bathtub on our second floor that was leaking into our hall closet and our downstairs hallway. They came very promptly and looked at the ceiling of our drippy closet. Told me it needed a replacement for a drain pipe from the tub. He gave me a quote of $2500. That sounded too high to me and I told him so. My husband came over and looked at what they were showing me and I suddenly got a senior discount to $2200. it still sounded too high to me and now it was a flat $2000 for cash. I said still too high. Bob said get other quotes and get back to them. I called 2 or 3 more and found Pittman Plumbing who came and gave me a free quote of about half what these bums wanted. I gave Pittman the job and they did a great job. All Pro may be good at plumbing but I think they were trying to scam me because I am an elderly female person and they think I'm gullible. I just got a creepy feeling from them. Caveat emptor.

Yesterday ALL PRO PLUMBER came to my home regarding rain water coming into my basement, it had been 25 years since this occurred. Mike and Nate came to my home they explained and showed me why the water was coming up through the two floor drains. After making sure I understood they showed me exactly how they could correct this issue. I was fascinated at how they showed me that when they complete adding the new unbreakable pipes no tree roots would cause this to happen again. The next day my daughter and I watched as they worked digging, pulling old roots out and putting that beautiful pipe in that extend from my house to the street.The owner of the company Bob was there and another plumber, Juan worked with Mike and Nate. Their worked was impeccable. I'm pleased with everything, they were so polite.Their was price was so reasonable, I recommend All Pro to anyone who need a plumber. I'm happy to say their company will serve me and my family in the future.

We called All Pro when our 21 water heater finally gave out. I called and spoke to Rob who asked if we wanted to install same day and I said ok. He forwarded our info to one of the plumbers and said he would call back in 5 minutes. Don did call at that time and asked me to send some pictures of the old heater. Within minutes he texted a cost for the job (heater, labor, remove/haul away) which was reasonable. He then called again and we made payment arrangements. Don kept in communication as he was running a litle late from his previous job. Then he stopped by to look at the heater and then proceeded to pick up a new one. He later called to ensure the model of water heater was what we wanted as there was an updated model and I agreed on that. He was able to remove/haul away and install the new heater in about an hour. Best plumbing experts. Nathan, John and Nico were friendly and very professional. They came out to assess my plumbing issue with a camera and showed were my real issue was. Two broken pipes. They were very reasonable and the price was better than most other plumbing that wanted to charge $1300 just for looking with a camera. Im so happy I found them. I met the owner Bob, real nice guy. If I ever have other plumbing issues they will always be my first call. After all the work was done, the gave me tips on how to keep my plumbing clean. I will use them yearly for general maintenance of my plumbing lines. They are a wonderful family owned business. If you are looking for plumbing that will tell you the real truth and are outstanding with their work ethic choose them.
