My dad was a Master plumber so my standards for a great plumber are HIGH😀 but Rod and the whole team at All Phase have never once disappointed me. Dealing with repairs is one of the most frustrating aspects of home ownership and All Phase always goes above and beyond to make repairs convenient, pain-free and done right the first time. Recently a very expensive brand's air switch (the countertop button to turn on the garbage disposal) broke. I contacted them and they made me jump through a bunch of hoops to figure out what part I needed. I got on the phone with Rod, texted him some photos of the issue and he helped me identify the part to order for the repair. The company bungled sending the correct part not once, but twice. 🥴 Each time Rod went to bat for me on the phone. The third time he stood in my kitchen on the phone with their customer service to resolve the parts issue and finally got a whole new air switch ordered to make the repair. That's professional level service, intervening to speak for me when things get overly technical. 📲Do yourself a favor and put All Phase in your phone under Plumbers. You just took the pain and frustration out of any plumbing issue you'll ever have.✅

Fantastic. Did not charge a "show up" fee to come onsite and provide a quote. Gave a very reasonable price quite and did the work on the spot. Did an outstanding job. Cleaned up the work area. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

I absolutely whole heartedly recommend All Phase Plumbing to anyone looking for a responsive, thoughtful, professional, and competitively priced plumber. Any time I called them they answered. Not infinite rings, not pushed to voicemail. An actual humanbeing answered the phone and helped me with my questions. Eric came by to inspect a draining issue we were having and was extremely thorough and answered all of my questions and concerns. He was extremely prompt in delivering a quote and they came in below another plumber who inspected the same issue. When it came time to do the repairs, Eric and Yuri did a fantastic job of explaining what their plan was and what they expect to find. And when the sith got more complicated, they did everything they could to explain their findings and show me exactly what they need to do to fix our issue. They went above and beyond to take great care in taking out my flooring and digging a hole in my foundation. It was a scary site to see two holes in my floor, but when they were all done with their work, it looked as though they were never even there. I would trust Eric, Yuri, and All Phase for all of my future plumbing needs. They are a great team and I can't recommend them enough.

I've used All Phase for a few jobs, and have been pleased with the results of each. Most recently, they installed a new bathroom in my garage (see before and after pictures). Brandon completed the rough-in in a week. All checked out great with the inspection and he finished the rest of the job pretty quickly, with excellent results. I'd been trying to find a more affordable way to transform my garage, and this was a great solution. I coordinated separately with the electricians and pulled the permit for the work myself to save some money. Brandon is super easy to work with, professional, and seems to thrive on finding solutions to tough problems. The office staff are extremely helpful too -- Ami is the best. Prior to this work, Brandon replaced the old, rusty copper pipes in the house with pex pipes. It was a dirty job and he was a champ! He's also helped clear several drains and sewer blockages over the past 6 years. I knew I could trust him with the bathroom install. So glad, it looks great and is now the best bathroom in the house.

From intake through to project completion the entire team was actually great. They were responsive, on time, and we felt comfortable with them working in our home the entire time. Our tankless water heater was in serious need of maintenance that was overdue and it was giving us problems. They diagnosed and fixed the issue and the water heater is working great now. Our shower had a leak in three spots also fixed with no issues. We also replaced two toilets to more water efficient plumbing. We worked with the owner on this project and everything was done well. I just can't recommend them highly enough- also their price point is reasonable and competitive. Thanks to this team. We highly recommend them and will certainly call them again whenever we need them.
