They were punctual, informative, and let me know all of my options. I appreciate working with a plumber that does not make me feel like I am about to get scammed. They had a colored camera (unlike roto-rooter) and showed me what they saw in the most problematic areas, took pictures, cleared it out, and showed me the after pictures. I will definitely use them again in the future. They listen intently and solve problems. They also told me what to do from now on to prevent this issue from happening again. They're not just after money. They cared about my home. Most importantly, they cleaned up VERY well once they were done.

We used All Island for a leak in our basement. They got us an appointment the next morning and it turned out to be a bad water heater. Santiago explained everything to me so I understood what work needed to be done and why, and All Island’s price was very reasonable. Santiago and Joe came the next day to replace it and they were amazing. They were quick, professional, and very clean. They took the old unit outside for us and even helped us bring up an older unit we had sitting in the basement as well. I’m really glad I found them and we will definitely be using them for any plumbing needs we have in the future.

Joe and his partner were both highly experienced and professional technicians . Came, determined what the reason was for my pipe leak and took care of it. Clean job, no more leak, problem solved. Extremely satisfied with their work, would recommend to anyone.
