Josh Jones did an outstanding job working on our fuse box and installing a surge protector. He is an experienced electrician with great people skills. He explained what he was going to do before he started the work. He showed us the work afterwards and made sure we didn’t have any questions. He explained the warranty and gave us a copy for our records. I appreciate Tyson for making arrangements for Josh to come do the work.
I have been very happy with Whipple and their warranty service. Furnace recently had an electrical issue and stopped working. Called and dispatch was very kind, quickly got a team to come out and fix the problem. Tech. George Nevarez and electrician Kanyon Hurst were professional, friendly, fast, and got it running in no time. Very happy with my experience.😊
Priona Misa and Jacob Durrant were outstanding - they came and performed the drain clean and camera inspection included as part of my annual club membership. Both were very professional, cordial, knowledgeable and they worked quickly leaving everything neat. Thank you so much for the excellent work, honesty and care!
I used to use these guys all the time. They are now Whipple. Overpriced and horrible experience. Tech came put to visit. Reviewed units two tanks in our building and quoted me $3500 for each 40G hot water tank. I quoted with another group that quoted $2300 for SAME unit. Then, i checked myself, turned on gas, lit pilot light and BOTH units work Great. No repair was needed. DO NOT TRUST Whipple.
All Hrs installed a new Rheem water heater for us 3.5 years ago. This weekend it failed. The water heater was under warranty, but they charged us $1700+ in labor for 1.5 hrs of work to replace it. We feel taken advantage of.i would never do business with then after this.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Their website has a customer service satisfaction guarantee that they do not honor. We hired All Hours Plumbing to fix a broken heater. They sent a "professional" out to fix it. We were aware that it was already broken, which is why we hired the company. My partner and I both work full-time jobs. My partner works in the trades. The last thing we wanted to do on a weekend, was trying to fix a broken heater. So, we hired All Hours Plumbing. They seemed nice enough and sent someone out within the week. This person was a certified "professional" trained to fix heaters. The "professionals" approach to fixing our heater, which they claimed he was "trained" to do, was to watch YouTube videos for two days, then proceed to announce that our unit was broken. He did not fix the unit and charged us USD $650.00, which was how much the heater was brand new. I know for a fact, that if my partner was hired to do a job, and showed up to the job site with zero tools, spent hours on YouTube to figure out how to do the job, and had no idea how to execute the job, that he would not be a professional. He would, in fact, be a hack. After realizing we had been scammed, we reached out to All Hours Plumbing to discuss options. After having been avoided and given the runaround, a manager finally communicated with my partner that they had in fact, undercharged us, and should have charged us more. We hope that no one is unintelligent enough to ever hire this company and we hope you see through their false marketing. We regret not reading the reviews before hiring. All Hours Plumbing is not only providing false marketing, but they are doing fraudulent business. Do not hire them. They are not professionals. They do not care about you. They do not know how to fix heaters.
Updated review: As this may be the only way I get the attention of someone that can help me, I'll update my previous review. Apparently this company merged or was acquired by Whipple. As of today, it is now the WORST customer service. I have scheduled HVAC service on, yes, my 1 year old system to have it evaluated due to extremely noisy operation. It may be entirely normal but I didn't pay attention in HVAC class in highschool so I want a professional to evaluate. I scheduled 3 weeks ago and every single week I get a call 30 minutes to their latest arrival time and they cancel. So, I am going to see which other company can service my HVAC without jeopardizing the warranty. Goodbye 👋 All Hours or Whipple, whichever you are. Knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional. I put knowledgeable first because when hiring someone to do something I know little to nothing about, I need a person that knows it all. It builds trust to have a technician with that depth. Finally, they have to be able to communicate what they are doing. Isaac, Randon, Blaie and Elijah called to let me know they were on their way and arrived on time. They dressed professionally and wore slippers to keep the dirt tracked in down. They greeted my dogs! They spent the day installing my HVAC system and worked until it was done. They explained everything about the system and included some expert tips. They deserve a bonus for this job! I interacted with a total of 7 people from All Hours and they know their stuff. They listen and respond quickly. I had another tech come out for home warranty requirements and he did not compare to All Hours. Excellent experience.
We had a broken main sewer line. We called multiple plumbing companies. All Hours was the only company that got to us right away, took the time to explain everything to us and was upfront with their prices. They were efficient, professional, and had excellent customer service skills. They were also very kind and sympathetic to our situation. Everything that was not supposed to happen, happened. It was taking longer than originally planned not due to All Hours' fault, but Paul offered to pay for a hotel room for all of us anyway!! They spent a week with us and their qualities never wavered. They worked effortlessly around the holidays to restore our pipes so we could run our water (we have 3 children under 5). They tried their very best to work around issues to help with the total cost too. I not only recommend All Hours Plumbing to everyone I know, but I also TRUST them which is priceless when it comes to plumbing when you have no clue. It’s rare to find a company that is honest, hard working and has integrity. We use them always now, and are grateful to their entire staff. Paul, Alex, Shay, Anneka, Josh; all of their employees are amazing, thank you!!! Update: These guys have been bought out by another company. I’m not impressed at all, and looking for the people who helped us originally as they have started their own company. They charged us over $20k for a new HVAC. Promised free filters for life and rebate options. Don’t fall for it! The follow up is non existent, there’s ZERO accountability or resolution for mistakes. Shop shop around! Don’t fall for their sale$ pitch
We had Whipple / All Hours Plumbing (same company) come out to assess a back flow issue with our main line drain system. The first tech was great. He ran an auger and fixed the immediate problem. It did cost $700 which is pretty outrageous. We then had another tech come out to run a camera through the line to see what needed to be fixed. He didn’t record or take pictures. He gave us three quotes with three options. The lowest being $11k for a bandaid fix and $25k for a full pipe replacement from house to street. This pricing is way beyond industry standard. I received another quote the next day from a reputable plumber for $8k for the full pipe replacement. Super frustrating to be taken advantage of. Also suspect that they don’t provide you with footage to review further. Customer service said they should take pictures at the least but the techs manager refused to redo it without charging us again. I would never use Whipple or All Hours Plumbing again.
Brett Averett did an outstanding job installing my sauna today. He took his time to make sure every part of the installation was not only done right but also looked clean and professional. His attention to detail was impressive, and he made sure everything was neat, level, and perfectly finished. He was careful with my ceiling tiles and put them back exactly how they were. When he finished, the area was spotless. It honestly looked like no one had even been working there. Brett ran two new lines from my breaker panel, about 75 feet, to my outdoor sauna and another line for a future hot tub. He wired everything beautifully, tested the setup with me, and made sure it was all working perfectly before leaving. Thank you so much, Brett, for your excellent work, patience, and professionalism.
We just had a new furnace and air conditioning system installed in our house. These guys were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process!! They quickly responded to my request for quote. They immediately had us scheduled for a FREE in-home inspection & quote. (We highly recommend Technician MIKE👍🏼) The financing was a piece of cake!! It was unbelievably fast & easy. (We highly recommend Gage👍🏼) The installation was scheduled within 48 hours of completing the financing. The Installation Techs showed up on-time and fully prepared. They worked hard & fast, and they completed the entire job that day!! (Highly recommend Emerson & Orlando👍🏼) GREAT JOB ALL HOURS PLUMBING! YOU GUYS ROCK!
All hours is a great company. We have used them for about 5 year now. The service they provide is top notch,, the techs are great and punctual. Plus the prices they offer are very reasonable. Since my review I learned the Whipple bought out All hours, which saddened me. I had a negative service call from Whipple some years ago and felt like I was screwed on the price for what they did. Today 4/8/24 , Whipple came out and once again I feel I was oversold on the service. Unfortunately I bought a 5 year service plan thru All Hours, and now I will have to deal with Whipple for 3 years, which is a real bummer. Then I will find a different plumbing company.
We just had a ver thorough duct cleaning by the hood folks at Whipple/all hours. Colin was insanely meticulous with his work and super nice and respectful of our house the entire time. After going through a renovation, the ducts were very much in need of a big clean and Colin delivered. Can’t say enough about the professionalism and excellent service we received. Can’t recommend it enough. Thanks again! Great service! Answered my call at night, showed up first thing the next morning and were able to diagnose a problem with the sewer main missed by previous plumbers. Super nice and responsive. Highly recommend.
HOLY, do your homework before bitting any bullet! If they say something is wrong, ask what part and the name of it and do a quick google search before saying yes. We called for a tune up for our furnace, everything is working fine just preventative maintenance. The technician pulled out our ignition sensor as well as the hot surface igniter and told us it would be ~$850 to replace. Literally Grainger has that part for $25-75 for both. Don’t get scammed, that’s $700 dollars in labor for a 30min job and maybe $100 in parts. I get it’s a business but pretty steep at those prices.
We had a slow leak in the house we moved into 4 weeks ago. Had a tech come out from another company and wanted a second opinion. Lee came out and was so helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. Really took his time with us and gave us so much information! We decided to go with them based on that. They got us in the next day with a new water heater with a great warranty, and Conner and Brady were SO KIND and thorough and helpful. The work looks great and they assured us that if we have any issues at all, that they’ll come right back out and take care of it. Definitely recommend!!
