The day after a holiday, our drains backed up and getting a plumber to even return my call was frustrating. Marc with Your All Hours Plumber was recommended to me and he responded right away. The service charge was much more reasonable, he was very knowledgeable and courteous, and he took his time to get my issue resolved. We reviewed the video scope together so he could show me exactly where the issue was located. I would absolutely call Marc again when I need plumbing help.

All hours plumber is a timely, efficient company that helped my residents use their facilities without having any shut down. They came out after business hours without hesitation and corrected the issue within an hour. They are super friendly and explained everything. I highly recommend them.

James and Jared were extremely professional and informative. Answered any and all questions that I had. Explained any unexpected phases of the project. Completed a complete re-pipe and update to drainage system in my 70+ years old home in Seminole Heights. Price was comparable to other quotes received.

I had a broken irrigation pipe leaking. I had the main valve off and had started digging as their van rolled in. He came fast and got the job done in just under 2 hours. Total bill for replacement of the broken PVC elbow: $638. Outrageous. I don't recommend them unless you can't find anyone else to do it.

snaked a clogged toilet for my wife tonight while I was stuck at the hospital with my father in law. Charged over $500 and spent less than 1 hour on site. if you think this is fair and reasonable call them today and hire them. I'll never use them again

My ceiling started leaking on the second floor. I had called all hours plumbers because of the wonderful reviews I had read so decided to take a chance. We ended up needing to have our old shower and tile removed and a brand new shower and tub installed as well as the pipes and the toilet flange changed and a pipe that was bad. I cannot say enough great things about Yoan and his work at All Hours Plumber. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. He explained the entire process clearly, answered every single one of my questions without hesitation, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the project. The quality of his work is outstanding — everything looks beautiful and was done with such attention to detail. You can truly tell he takes pride in what he does. Yoan and his helper were both professional, efficient, and respectful of our home. They kept the area clean and worked seamlessly as a team. It’s hard to find a plumber you can fully trust, but we definitely found one. We will absolutely be using him again and 10/10 recommend All Hours Plumber to anyone looking for honest, skilled, and reliable plumbing service. We are beyond happy with the results!

Carrie with Customer Service was amazing with regards to her courtesy, professionalism, and resourcefulness and assisting with our current toilet leak issue with the utmost empathy and sense of urgency, one looks for. She even kept in contact with me, providing estimates of when James would arrive to assist. James, the licensed and insured plumber, was also very respectful, knowledgeable, efficient, and a joy to work with. James also even gave me a free estimate and recommendation for the water heater in the condo unit that was showing signs of aging. I guarantee that if you call them, you will never be disappointed, would definitely recommend All Hours Plumber to all my friends and family, they know how to treat a customer right, with professionalism and respect!

I was at wits end today with a severely backed up toilet, bath tub and laundry room at a house I owned in Largo. Vinny from All Hours Plumber showed up early to accommodate a cat-scan needed by my daughter in law, worked tirelessly until he cleared a massive clog caused by neglect from renters over the years and tree root intrusion. He was able to photo scan the issue and provide crucial knowledge on how to prevent concerns like this one or worse in the future. It was costly but worth it. His empathy and professional, kind demeanor is allowing my grandchildren to be clean and safe and I am truly grateful. His honesty and extensive knowledge were commendable. He is a true asset to the profession. God bless this man and company for insuring the health and safety of my family.

First time using All Hours Plumber, and what an introduction! James was super professional, knowledgeable, and quick. He walked me through everything necessary for my sink repair, and I don't think he was here for more than an hour from start to finish. Although he fast, that didn't imply he rushed; in fact, he was incredibly thorough at each step, removing, cleaning, and then reseating my sink where it had fallen and where the silicone had been eaten away. I appreciate Sarah in the office getting me set up with James! Very impressed and look forward to relying on All Hours Plumber in the future if necessary.

Guy came over did not look at anything or did his own diagnosis. Yes I had another company here to give me an estimate but when they left he should have done his own diagnosis. Basically spike to me outside of what he thinks is wrong and left said he would email me an estimate...based on what? Idk. Called the office poor excuse was told they dont give estimates when there is another company there. I mean isn't the poin is to get the business and to beat competitors prices. Very poor customer service. I am glad I did not go with them would definitely recommend GOAT FOR ANY PLUMBING ISSUES.

I just moved into my new home in Lutz, and James was an absolute lifesaver during an emergency main water line issue. Really happy with the work Vincent did on our main water line. Plumbing work can be complex and not something you want to wait on to resolve itself! With that said, All Hours Plumbing made it easy. From scheduling to professionalism to efficiency.
