ON R way was trying to make me replace the whole thing, Scammers! And now you say "we don't show we worked for you, Your company was at my house I have a video of your truck on my home camera?!

On R Way Plumbing I had a clogged toilet everytime I flush the toilet water would leak under the toilet and the toilet would gurgle. I went on Yelp was going to pick someone that had more then 100 reviews but I went down looked for someone with zero review to give them a chance. I found On R Way Plumbing the company name is so catchy. I called schedule appointment Jeff the plumber text me 30 minutes before he got to my house. He was on time. The problem I had was the main sewer line was clogged he had to pull the toilet snake the drain about 40 feet he pulled out roots he ran a sewer camera down the line there was some roots. He gave me opinions on fixing it. I told him I'll let my landlord know and go from there. I highly recommend Jeff from On R Way Plumbing he was reasonable, knowledgeable , I felt comfortable. I will call him again.

These men came to help fix a broken faucet in our kitchen and diverter in our bathroom. It's one of the oldest places with old parts and we know it was all a challenge to find the right parts and get creative with how to make modern parts fit old OLD things. They were punctual (even though I know parking in our neighborhood is terrible), had everything they need a week after an inspection check to figure out what they needed, and resourceful (I know they had to work with parts they had to create solutions). In short: if you need plumbing help, these are they guys. Friendly, knowledgable, came into my house with gloves and masks and booties on to protect my young children. Call them! The phone was answered by a lovely and knowledgeable woman. When I contacted, it was almost 5:00 p.m., but she was still able to arrange for a technician to come to our house the next day. Jameson, our technician, was a very polite and knowledgable young man. He worked quickly and successfully removed the impediment that we had been trying to remove on our own. We talked while he toiled. It turns out that he was born and raised in the same area as us! Jameson cleaned the cabinet floor and the floor outside the cabinet once he had done cleaning our pipelines. Can't go wrong with On R Way Plumbing. Jeff is professional and the very best. With long time experience he is knowledgeable and thorough, detail oriented, personable, and prompt. Everything is explained including advice on maintenance and service. The work is complete and neat. Excellent on big and small projects alike. He has completed three different projects for us including bathroom, kitchen, mainline and exterior system upgrades. Recently installed a new water heater, complete with all new fittings and parts. Always up front with costs. No hidden charges or sudden replacement parts. Always a five star ! Will always call him back for any future work that is needed.

Three wash bays at the car wash I own are constantly filling with water. There was no trash, mud, or other barrier that would prevent me from cleaning the drain. I was aware that I needed qualified support. A professional showed up at my car wash right away. Jameson was really kind and gave me a quote right away. I anticipated them to be very expensive, but I am very happy with my overall interaction with them and Jameson, one of their employees. Jeff was able to come out and run a snake through my sewer line on the same morning that I contacted him to do the work. He recommended a no-trench patch repair that would cost about 1/3 of a sewer line replacement. I agreed to have the work done but changed my mind the morning that the work was scheduled to be done. I told him that I had no problem paying for the work that had already been done (snake and replace clean-out_). He did not try to pressure me into changing my mind and even gave me a discount on the work done. I wish that all business's had such high respect for their customers! I would call him again, if needed.

Last year, I had Kennedy install a new shower system.Hayward Plumbing has office personnel who answer the phone, answer questions, and schedule plumbing work, so it was simple to engage them. No phone tag! They provide a four-hour window for the plumber's arrival, but they will call when the plumber is on the way. Kennedy was on-time, courteous, and professional. He performed the installation efficiently and promptly. The price was reasonable. When our kitchen sink drain sprung a leak, I called Hayward Plumbing again and expressly requested Kennedy. Again, he did an outstanding job and left everything spotless and dry!

Jameson and Kennedy were amazing! They arrived the same day within the allotted window, were very courteous, and are extremely knowledgeable. Moreover, they shared what they were doing and why they were doing it. They responded to all of my inquiries and provided maintenance advice. He showed up promptly to install the new water heater, and its delivery was spot on. Sense prevailed. Nothing but hard toil. Everyone showed there on time and seemed intent on getting the job done, which is much appreciated. There were no unexpected fees or charges. Let it snow and freeze!!!

They also responded quickly and gave me a time limit that they stuck to. They either didn't get back to me or said I could start the following week. They not only provided excellent customer service but also quickly identified the issue and resolved it. I will most certainly use them again.
