John and his crew were great! My sewer line was full of roots and starting to back up into my house. The company that I had been using for the last 3 years refused to come out because they said I didn't live in a convenient enough location for them to continue to service me. Then I was in a bind, but John talked to me, I explained my situation and how the other company kept me waiting almost 3 weeks and then refused to come. John came the next day to help me out. He did a wonderful job and now I have peace of mind and no more sewer back up. They were quick and efficient and very helpful. They even checked my water heater for me because it was turned up to high, so they turned it down to a safer level for me for no charge. He has a new customer in me. Thanks All Family Plumbing!
