I had an outstanding experience with All County Plumbing. Mike, the owner, was kind, communicative, and always followed through on what he said he’d do. A couple weeks ago, he and his team repiped all of my water lines from galvanized to copper and PEX and lined the old cast iron sewer lines with CIPP. It was a big job, but they handled it with professionalism and care from start to finish. When a small delay came up, the crew immediately let me know and then brought the full crew out to wrap up, even working late on a Saturday, to make sure I could move in on schedule with water running. That meant so much to me. Every team member I met was courteous, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. I can be pretty particular about things, so I appreciate the crew being patient with me and listening to and accommodating specific preferences I had about placement while keeping things in line with code. Even the city inspector commented on what a great job they did, which I think says a lot about the quality of their work. They’ve also been incredibly responsive anytime I’ve needed to reach out since. I fully trust Mike and his crew and wouldn’t hesitate to call All County Plumbing for any future plumbing work. I don’t understand how this company has the rating that it has.I called and spoke to the owner, and explained to him about having previously had several plumbers come out to try to find a leak to no avail. I then told him that I had reached out to him because on his website, it was advertised that they do leak detection. He explained to me that the technology that they had available for leak detection was infrared and explained how the process would work and the price of the visit to try to find the leak. He informed me that it would be $350 to come out and find this leak…again, USING THE INFRARED technology that he mentioned. Well, you would imagine my surprise when his employee shows up at my house and the only thing that he did was run the water in my shower and take pictures. His technician did not have to cut into my drywall because the hole was already cut. we ended up paying $150 for the technician to run my water and take photos and sit in his truck. He Didn’t even bring in his own ladder because we provided it. And in the end the infrared was not used, and no leak was found. I feel like it’s very dishonest practices to come out and barely do anything on top of not doing what you said you would do a.k.a. the infrared detection… And then still charge me when nothing was done. We didn’t end up paying the 350 they only charged us 150… For what exactly I don’t understand. I understand that there has to be a minimum charge for coming out but $150 seems outrageous. I was willing to pay the 350 because it wasn’t just a regular plumbers visit. I expected the infrared to be used to actually try to detect the leak but nothing out of the ordinary was done. I had previously explained to him that I’d had plumbers come out and do the exact same thing that his technician had done and I honestly feel ripped off. I will never recommend this company. I feel like I was taken advantage of because that technician came out and half the time he was at our home, he sat in his vehicle talking to God knows who. Just another dishonest company taking advantage of people.

When I needed to find a leak that was getting progressively worse, I went online and found Dunedin Leak Detection(there are lots of companies out there that do this type of work) and read reviews. We live in Dunedin, are retired and on fixed incomes so when we have an unexpected expense like this it hurts. We have had several unexpected expenses in the past two weeks so I was being even more cautious. I called Dunedin Leak Detection and Danny answered and after explaining the situation, he said he would be here later in the day as he was busy with another client. He arrived sooner then i expected, was friendly and reassured me that he could find the source of our slab leak. After about half an hour he pin pointed the leak, explained the plumbing in my house in more detail than I knew, and then he proceeded to demo the concrete and expose the leak and than put a temporary patch and now we are not wasting water. He was all the good things said about him in reviews and more. He owns his company and is it´s only employee. Plus his price was very fair. Please do not hesitate to contact him you have or suspect this kind of leak.

Why only 5 stars?! Mike and Paulo deserve at least 10. We discovered a leak near the meter which required digging about 2 feet down right under a fence, through a 35 year old root ball to find the location and do the repair. I called Friday morning asking for help and Paulo was here at 2:30 (on his birthday). He got as far as he could and came back Saturday to finish the job. During the entire time he had a smile on his face, a great attitude, and both he and Mike kept me informed along the way. I couldn’t be more appreciative of their efforts and can’t provide a higher recommendation for their service. We’ve lived in this house for 23 years and have never needed a plumber. All County Plumbing and Leak is my plumber for anything I need going forward!

Just wow! I had a crusty old metal sewer pipe under my slab and was in bad shape. Constantly having to plunge toilet and shower to move stuff along. I put it off because I didn't want my slab ripped up! I didn't realize All County Plumbing and Leak could remove all debris from metal pipe and install some kind of permanent hard liner inside the pipe! The initial inspection and the two guys that worked on this for two whole days were some of the most decent people we ever met! Great attitudes and seemed to enjoy what they were doing! This is my "go to" plumbing company now! We are so greatful for the entire experience, could have been a disaster if we had to rip up the slab! Special Kudos to Arsun and Jay!!

Had an excellent experience with All County Plumbing & Leak, and their plumber Daniel. We had a copper 90 elbow start to leak in our attic (yay, found out late Saturday afternoon when I walked into a bathroom with a wet ceiling and water all over our vanity.). Called All County first thing on Monday AM, and they sent out Daniel before noon that morning to fix the leak. Daniel was courteous and fixed our issue in no time. It was a warm Florida day, and Daniel was a champ for managing it in the attic. Quote was fair for the work (hot attic in Florida), and we'll be using All County again to service our tankless hot water heater.

As a remodeling business, I use a lot of different Plumber’s depending on where my jobs are. Currently I am working in Clearwater Beach renovating some of the rentals that got flooded from the last hurricanes. I needed a local plumber and that’s when I found All County Plumbing And Leak. These guys showed right up, gave me a fair price and got the job done on schedule and very professionally. I highly recommend All County Plumbing And Leak. My business will definitely be using them on future projects.

I was very impressed by All County Plumbing & Leak.I called to see if they could replace my kitchen faucet. My old faucet was seized up and I had no water in the kitchen. Mike, the owner, said he could work me in that day and quoted a very reasonable price compared to other plumbing companies I had called. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable and the worksite was very clean when he left. I would definitely recommend All County Plumbing & Leak and give them a 5* rating.

This company is on the spot.The technician that came out was professional courteous and went well beyond his scope of work to help me .He never asked for a dime more than he quoted me on the phone and stayed on site to show me different ways to remedy my issue.I was in home construction for 30 yrs here in Fla. and can honestly say he ranks in one of the best if not the best contractor I have ever dealt with .Ask for Danny and I guarantee you will be more than satisfied with his work

Had a dishwasher installed today by Arsen, he was great! Was very polite and neat and even let my mom clean behind the old dishwasher, much to her delight. Mike, the owner, did the consult and was very honest with his assessment, highly recommend as it can be hard to find someone you can trust. Great experience with All County Plumbing!! The owner, Mike Fouse, is exceptional at his profession and is truly a leader of a company that earns your business. Fair and upfront with pricing and prompt, responsive and expert with their performance. The lead technician, Arsen, was awesome. He came in and assessed the work needing to be done and completed it seamlessly. Great to know that there are still contractors out there that take pride in their business and community!

Updated: I had to add on to my previous review - I’ve used All County Plumbing and Leak several times since my initial review, and they have consistently been the same as what I originally experienced with quick to respond, informative, on time, and polite. They are my go to - the only plumbing company I will use because I know I will get good quality and friendly service! Quick to respond, informative, on time, polite - will definitely use again!
