In having a dishwasher installed, discovered 2 shut off valves needed replacement. Installers left, immediately contacted ACP (whom we have used before) & within 30 min. a plumber arrived. Scott provided friendly expert service, fully explaining all he done to complete the repairs. We will always make this business our 1st call when plumbing needs occur.

Scotty had never serviced our plumbing before - he did an outstanding job! He was prompt, courteous and efficient. We had a list including unclogging the kitchen sink, checking the slow drain in the shower and repairing two faucets that were leaking. He kept me informed every step of the way as to what he had completed and what he would work on next. He wore his facemask the entire time, which we especially appreciated. We have used All Complete Plumbing for all our plumbing needs for many, many years now and highly recommend the entire team!

Had a early morning emergency with a copper water line break flooding my kitchen, unfortunately they are not open on the weekend and had two numbers in which you could call for emergencies. No one ever returned my call or even text back, very disappointing.

Was not real happy with my telephone conversation. I needed a second opinion on a slab leak. The man on the phone made me feel like he didn't want to come to check out my situation. Conversation ended and left me with the feeling he had so much work he didn't even want to bother with me. Will not call them again.

Not even a week after I moved in I began having plumbing issues throughout the entire house! Dishwasher would leak water while running, toilets stopped up backing up into showers, showers draining painfully slow with kids waiting to shower. My sister recommended All Complete because she'd used them before and found their prices to be super affordable, which was exactly what I needed. So I called and spoke to a very knowledgeable and friendly young lady who scheduled them to come out later that afternoon. They called me when they were on the way which was so helpful because that way I didn't have to miss any work and could meet them there to let them in and go back to work. Otis arrived exactly as scheduled and proceeded to restore my faith in humanity! This guy is not just a plumber, he is a goodhearted, hard working service professional who knows about EVERYTHING, not just plumbing! Otis and his partner Will discovered that my problem was a little more involved than what we had hoped for. Bummer right? WRONG! They did 2 days of work that could have bankrupt me with some other less ethical company for a price that I could afford and that I know for a fact was at least a few hundred less than I could have gotten it done for elsewhere (believe me I called around) . But wait, there's more. Otis, knowing that I am a single mom and new homeowner, took the time out of his busy day to survey my entire home for me (finding several things that the inspector should have caught by the way) and gave me tips on how to secure my home and maintain it that I was not aware of. One particular issue with my front door could have resulted in a break in had he not brought it to my attention. None of this profited him in any way and was purely out of the goodness of this stellar mans heart. I will never use another plumbing company (that is unless Otis starts his own business : ) and I encourage each and every person who reads this to book an appointment right away!

If I could give 10 stars to this company I would. All complete has been my plumbers for several years and they have handled small repairs as well as large emergencies. Always quick to respond and very professionally finished. Recently after having a major slab leak inside the house and having had to replace all the flooring, All Complete Plumbing installed a leak detection system on my water line. They researched the different systems out there and then installed the LeakDefense Systems. This is amazing. The system monitors my water usage and alerts me by text message and email when there is a leak. If I don't respond immediately it turn the water off to the house. It has already detected a leaking toilet twice. I'm sleeping a lot better at night now knowing that the LeakDefense System is monitoring and another slab leak will be avoided. Thank you Otis and crew you guys are the best!

I've been using all complete for around 7 years. I stick with them because I know the job will be done correctly and promptly. However, there is not a doubt in my mind the job could be for a lot less $$$. I understood that going in. I guess it just depends on whether or not you want to risk getting cheaper versus better. I almost used a different plumber when I had to get my hot water heater replaced because they(all complete) were all out on other jobs and were not able to get to mine when I called them. When I called the office and told them that, they were able to get somebody out.

We called our usual plumbing company for what seemed to be a routine plumbing issue. However, as the issue was beyond their ability, our usual plumber recommended All Complete Plumbing. Otis came out with a full crew right away. They assessed the problem, which was very extensive. Everyone on the crew was extremely professional, friendly and took great care to be clean and courteous. We were beyond impressed with Otis and his team from start to finish. We highly recommend making All Complete Plumbing your go-to plumber!!

Hot water heater will not stay lit & I call two plumbing companies & one was book till Tuesday & the other said to call another plumber they didn’t want to deal with it. I used this one a lot. No more! So I looked online & found this company & its 5 star rating. I called & they came out & clean some little thing & put it back in & told us they would call in the morning to check on it! What ! What! This is real Customer Service which I haven’t seen much of lately. Definitely use them from now on.

I contacted ACP about 20 years ago when I was single living in my first home in Hurst. Otis was my plumber and bailed me out of numerous situations especially when I started renting the home. They have always done an amazing job in a timely and costly manner, very reasonably priced and reliable. Plumbers aren't cheap in general and I feel like I have always gotten what I paid for. Hopefully Otis isn't retiring soon, we still need him :) Thank you ACP for giving us peace of mind!

I contacted All Complete Plumbing to install a sink/faucet/disposal after a problem with the previous plumbing company. They were very accommodating in working around my schedule and the guys who came out were much quicker than other company estimates. I appreciate the professionalism in the two employees and how proficient they were. All Complete Plumbing has now replaced my other go-to plumber. I will definitely give them my future business!!

Watch out for this company. They bid low on the phone then hand you a non-broken out invoice with just a narrative of what they did and a lump sum for three times the verbal amount given. When asked to supply a broken out invoice they would not citing that their auditor told them not to. What kind of plumbing company doesn't supply a broken out invoice unless they have something to hide. This one!

We were having problems with our toilets flushing on a Friday afternoon. My wife called All Complete Plumbing after other companies had told her it would be Monday before they could come to our house. Steve from All Complete, informed her that Otis was going out of town but would stop by and delay his trip to check our situation. He did stop by and he fixed the problem. Highly recommend these guys!
