Brandon was very knowledgeable and completed to job with ease.

Installers were prompt, arriving a bit before the appointment time to install two toilets. They were courteous, professional, and efficient. They explained the process and cleaned the areas when they were done. We are very pleased with their service.

Allen and Cody provided great service. Their work ethic and personalities were awesome. I would recommend them to my family, neighbors and friends.

Had All Clear out Monday afternoon to snake out a toilet. I had used them before and thought I could trust them. They charged me almost $800. After the fact, I checked with other plumbers and discovered normally the charge would be between $300-400. I called them and they said it was the price in their book. What makes matters worse is that I am a furloughed federal employee. All clear tried to hide my post with a positive response. You suck All Clear!

Tried calling several times and left messages, but never received a callback. Their website form also failed to submit. Very frustrating when you need service.

Amazing Service! Allen Provides Great Knowledge on Water and Plumbing Services!! Allen and Cody are very welcoming and approachable as they are ready to answer any of your questions. They move FAST!!! Allen and Cody were Punctual and the installation was quick. I had my water heater replaced and I am very pleased with the end result. Allen came to do my initial estimate and inspect the previous water heater. He was very straight forward with pricing and informing me of everything that needed to be done. I didn’t get work done right away, but All Clear Plumbing didn't continuously harass me or pressure me into going forward with their services, which is something I truly appreciate as so many companies do that!!!! My husband and I waited a while because it’s a large purchase, but when we were ready Allen had such a memorable first impression I knew we HAD to go with him!! Thank you both, Allen & Cody for providing such amazing service! I Definitely recommend their services and I will be using them again when it comes time to service my water heater in the future.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the service I received from All Clear Plumbing, and especially from Juan. When I discovered that my outside garden hose faucet was leaking, I initially considered fixing it myself. However, I quickly encountered a problem: a rusted screw in the handle that I could not remove. Given that the frost-free faucet was well over 20 years old and that accessing it required going through drywall to reach the pipes, I realized this repair was beyond my capabilities and decided I needed professional help. I contacted All Clear Plumbing, and they sent Juan out the same day. Juan provided a very reasonable estimate for the work and completed the job within an hour. The new faucet is perfect and has zero leaks. Looking back, I am only upset that I did not replace it years ago. Juan’s customer service was truly amazing. I would not only use him again for future plumbing needs, but I would also refer him to anyone who requires plumbing services.

Edited to Include Service from December 2025: We called All Clear to finish up a vanity installation and replace our kitchen faucet. Brandon came out between Christmas and New Year and did a great job. I was very pleased with how well he explained everything and how quickly he worked! All Clear will remain our go-to for any plumbing needs. May 2025: Alan and Cody did a great job! From initial quote to installation of our hot water heater, I was impressed by their professionalism and communication. Alan made sure I understood exactly what was needed to do the job, and I never felt like I was being talked down to or treated differently because my husband wasn’t home to oversee the work. We’ll definitely be calling All Clear again for any additional plumbing work!

This company is the greatest! They stuck with me as I called them every day for 11 days straight when I was going through a terrible experience trying to get my water heater replaced through American Home Shield & they were dragging their feet about coverage & outright lying to me & to All Clear as well. I am a 26yr customer of (AHS) so I’m still unclear what their issue was. The lovely ladies in the office Heather & Adela called (AHS) on my behalf several times to try to get the situation expedited. Thank you to Jamie, Alan, Cody, Almicor, Heather, Adela & everyone else at All Clear Plumbing & Drain LLC! I am ever so grateful to all of you for sticking with me & finally getting me hot water again!!!! Here is a photo of my new water heater. Ain’t she a beaut?!

I always request All Clear Plumbing for any job covered by American Home Shield (AHS). For a recent pipe leak requiring a drywall cut and replacement, the team of Juan and Amilcar was great! They were prompt, courteous, and consistently made sure I was satisfied. Though that repair wasn't covered by my warranty, they noticed an additional issue—a loud water pressure noise—and correctly advised me that that problem was covered by AHS. I immediately requested Juan and Amilcar again for the second job. They arrived on time, quickly fixed the water pressure, and even unclogged two of my bathroom sinks! Their professionalism, attention to detail, and use of their own shoe covers are why I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this team and All Clear Plumbing!

Pros: On time, professional, answered questions in email Cons: TOTAL STICKER SHOCK, Would not quote how much a sewer scope would be until after they completed the work. They charged over $800 for a sewer scope I can get done with Homeland for under $300. (BTW, the toilet was already out, so very little labor was needed). The video which was supposed to go from house to street, stopped halfway through the sewer line in the yard. I made the mistake of letting my dad be the one who was present during the inspection. My father doesn't ask questions, question why they didn't go all the way to the street, or why they don't quote before the work, or why they charge over $500 more than market rate.

I had a great experience with this company. My water heater was acting up and losing hot water, and the technician took the time to properly diagnose the issue instead of rushing me into a full replacement. He clearly explained what was going on, showed me the condition of the heating elements, and walked me through my options. The lower element had failed and the top was badly corroded, which fully explained the problem. After replacing the elements, everything is working well again and my hot water is stable. I really appreciated the transparency, communication, and professionalism throughout the visit. No pressure, just clear information and solid work. Would definitely use them again.
