We had a great experience with All Clear Plumbing today. Zach & Karson were professional, knowledgeable and arrived on time. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly and completed the repair efficiently. The work was done with care, and the area was left clean when the job was finished. Excellent customer service from start to finish. We appreciate the honesty, quality workmanship and prompt response. We would definitely recommend All Clear Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services and will use them again in the future. And Katie, the customer service rep was awesome too!!

Service was outstanding! Sam from All Clear came out in a timely manner and throughly explained as soon as he got there the services they offered as well as what he would do prior to even starting. He communicated the entire process to me after that my inspection and explained every thing as he went along. He was very personable and articulate and broke down everything individually in what he saw and recommended to have fixed. I was so impressed that I went ahead and paid to have everything fixed and he even got it done the same day of the inspection and it wasn’t just one or two things but a multitude of things that needed repair. Overall I’m extremely satisfied and impressed with the service I received and I highly recommend anyone living in the Lake Martin/Eclectic area to give them a call for their service needs.

My plumbing was backed up. Toilets wouldn’t flush and sewage coming into tub. I called All Clear plumbing and spoke with Katie. She was very polite, professional, and helpful. She had a technician at my house with a loaded truck within a couple of hours. The technicians (Wallace Wyndham & Tyler Pressley) were professional as well. I told them my problem, they checked things out suggested snaking drain and using the camera system. They located the clog in the old galvanized steel. They cut that section out, and replaced with PVC piping and also brought it up to code. Upfront transparent pricing before every stage of the job. Very reasonable rates and they even offer financing. I’m new to this area but have definitely found my “Go To” company. They also offer other services as well. They beat the other companies quoted price by a longshot. I would definitely recommend you give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

I called at 8:00 am today and a septic pump truck was at my house within 2 hrs. Zach took the time to explain the setup and mechanics of a septic system, how he was going to approach the issue and the cost associated. He provided several suggestions to improve the functionality of the septic system. Zach and Joseph were professional , friendly and efficient. I highly recommend All Clear Plumbing and Air. You need to add septic to your name too!
