left a voicemail at around 7am for a clogged basement drain, and Ray got back to me very quickly, he arrived to my house promptly and got the job done ASAP. Him and his assistant diagnosed the problem and finished in around 20 mins. He was very kind and I would recommend the service to anybody.

Ray is Honest, Skilled, knowledgeable, polite, cost effective, Professional, Fast with appointments and fast while doing work, one of the best out there and won't rip you. His skill level is exceptional. He has worked in my home two times and both times he did excellent work.

Ray and his partner Dmitrius did a phenomenal job at installing our water softener. Ray was very professional and always answered calls right away and promptly communicated when they are on the way giving us ample heads up. They even worked over the weekend. Will definitely call them for any future plumbing work. Highly recommend.

Worst driver ever!! Literally drive the speed limit while on the roads or STAY HOME It is seriously a hazard to drive 10 mph under the speed limit

I hired them because of the low price yes, but that's all good I can say about them. The job he had to do was small and anybody could have done it. Left a mess after himself. It was rainy day and he didn't have bags for his feet and didn't clean what came out of the drainage he came for. Didn't present himself when we talk on the phone before coming, so I never got his name. Kept talking about my bad house plumbing hoping to get more job in future even I didn't show any interest and despite the fact I am with fussy baby on hands and little kid running around. From all that talking and advising he left my sump pump disconnected. Even there was a different place for him to plug his equipment, he decided that is good idea to just unplug something with NO PERMISSION, OR ASKING before he started. It was pure luck I had to go to the basement and see all the water in there. Called the company and he was so "concerned" about his mess that he asked first about the drainage and then he said he will show the next day even thought they are 24 hour service!! The next day he was late, but didn't bother to warn me, or excise himself for been late and FLODING MY BASEMENT. Never offer compensation for the damages, or tried to discuss it even thought he spend 30 min talking to my husband. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone. It is a waist of personal time and property damages!!

We experienced a sudden leak from a faulty water heater that we made the mistake of purchasing independently through a "handyman" who did the install for us. (Note: unless they're licensed, your warranty will be void. We didn't know better). The unit was just over 5 yrs old ... yikes. Fast forward to us scrambling to find a responsive plumbing service/contractor because the leak was constantly flowing. After several dead ends over a span of a few days, I found All About Plumbing. Ray and his team were very easy to work with. Responsive. Very reasonably priced. Ray recommended a great replacement and was able to come out on short notice (less than 24hrs). The only downside is that this business doesn't accept Credit Cards (they only accept check/cash/zelle) but I can't completely fault them for that. They're just a little more old fashioned with their operations. All in all, very happy with the service. I'd definitely reach out for any future needs.

Our ejector pump failed on Christmas Eve night. There was a small amount of standing water, but thankfully it was isolated. I called our normal plumber, but they didn’t respond, so I called Ray at All About Plumbing. He picked up, I explained what was wrong & he gave me a price over the phone. I asked if he could come out that night. He asked me our address & told me to give him a few minutes & he’d call me back. About 10 minutes later he called saying he was 10 minutes away. He got there at about 8:30pm & was done with it by 9:30pm. We felt bad pulling him away from his personal life on Christmas Eve, but the entire time he was there, it was like it was any other day. He didn’t show any spite towards us for it being the night before Christmas. He was extremely professional, polite, & efficient. Ray definitely knows what he’s doing. He has gained a new customer in us. Highly recommend using Ray with All About Plumbing. Thank you again!

Saturday morning 7:30 with black storm clouds rolling in my 12 year old sump pump decided to stop working (ha go figure) I actually got it started up again sort of then it starts smoking UGHHH!...uh oh time and on limited funds I called around after using Google (of course) found 1 place but they couldn't get to our home til between 2-4 pm major bummer! THEN!! I called another close by company called "All About Plumbing" and talked to Ray awesome dude really cool very helpful. Ray & his partner Paul came out within the hour replaced the sump pump PVC piping and the old crappy check valve and did a great job for our family AND was EXTREMELY reasonable with the cost. Ray and Paul were very nice explained a ton of stuff as they worked they ran into a couple of minor issues and didn't even blink an eye knew exactly what to do and worked fast. I would highly recommend these guys!

Ray answered the phone when I called to ask him about a possible toilet leak. He walked me through a couple of things to check before he scheduled an appointment with me. He said he didn’t want me to pay for costly repairs if not necessary. Long story short, we scheduled him to come the next day. Late that evening, I discovered it wasn’t the upstairs toilet leaking, but the upstairs bathtub. Ray called at 9:30 am to say they were on their way. When he arrived just a few minutes later, I showed him my discovery. Ray and his partner got right to work, replacing only the necessary parts and resealing the bathtub drain. He even gave me advice on another question I had. Before he left, he reminded me to check the area under the tub every so often to see if it was still drip free. I will totally call his company again for future plumbing needs.

Five stars! A main line clog forced me to call a plumber and I called a few to get quotes. I was shocked to find the disparity between quotes and how pushy those with high rates were to come right out. They also treated me like a dumb woman on the phone. When I called All About Plumbing they were professional, asked a few questions and gave me a quote. I asked them when they could be here. They were here when they said, introduced themselves with business card In hand, they were helpful, and cleared the clog pretty quickly. I initially thought it was the toilet that was clogged, so I had pulled it myself before calling for a plumber. Since they were already here, I had them reinstall the toilet for me. They were still half the price of the others I had called. Fast, fair and efficient, I'm super happy and highly recommend them!

Ray is a lifesaver! I took a chance and called All About Plumbing after not having being able to get a hold of reference from someone else. I read the reviews for All About Plumbing and checked with the BBB and felt confident in contacting Ray through Yelp. Ray got back to me promptly and fit me into his schedule same day as we had no hot water. He's professional , honest, knows his craft and was fair priced. I would call on him again if ever any future plumbing issues and I would highly recommend him.

After playing phone tag for about a week or so (edit, took a month to get a "date" for them to come out. First message was September 13th, appointment date was October 21st and never heard from again), finally had a date set for them to come out for an estimate. They never came. Never called, never showed up. Extremely frustrating since I took the day off of work to be home all day and available for them to stop by. Haven't even heard from them since.

I have had a steady drip from my bathtub spout for the last month or so, and I've dealt with 3 plumbers with no call, no show, and/or no feedback to solving the problem. I called these guys this morning on 7/29/2019, and they were at my house within an hour and half. Very pleased with the work, NO LEAK NOW! Replaced the gasket and reasonably priced too! I am sharing this company with my association/neighborhood! These guys were GREAT!

Ray is the best. He came out one time at 11:00 pm and stayed till 1:00 am until the job was done. And no one else would. He does excellent work and will not charge you for something you don’t need. Plus he is not overly expensive as some are. He has also been able to come that same day or the next depending on the time if it is not an emergency. I us him for all my plumbing needs and I would highly recommend him.
