Alf Plumbing responded back the same day as my inquiry. Aaron was who I corresponded with and Enrique came out for the assessment. He was professional and knowledgeable. There was no pressure tactics. I appreciate that. Tha k you guys.

Enrique and Luis were very helpful with some emergency plumbing in our restroom. they gave us a price quite fairly early and were true to that, along with options for add on services to help our situation. Grateful for their service.

Gabriel is friendly and courteous. He was totally focused on customer service. We appreciated the extra time he took to confirm the work he would be doing and to keep us aware of the status of the installations as he worked. He demonstrated excellent skill and knowledge. Overall, Gabe is an excellent plumber and we would not hesitate to call on him and ALF for our future plumbing needs.

Update: Hired First Response Plumbing a week later as toilet was still out of commission. Come to find out the toilet was clogged with a toy. Alf plumbing snaked, made a video of the drain and gave me a quote for $1100 to replace the toilet only to leave it clogged. First Response found the problem in 10 minutes. Rolando was fast, efficient and honest. Phenomenal work ethic and explanation.

Our hall toilet had a leak around the base & our master toilet flusher was leaking & the water kept running in the tank, trying to fill it up so I called Alf Plumbing & the receptionist took all my information, said she would have a technician there immediately today between 10:00 to noon. The technician called at 11:13 am stating he was running late but would be at our home by 1:00 pm. James, the plumber, arrived at 12:30 pm. He politely introduced himself, asked us to show him the problems, checked to see if he had the parts after listening to our complaints that our hall bathroom has had the same problem 3 times within the last 5 years, different plumber fixed it. He gave us a quote, which we felt was reasonable, then asked us if we wanted to go forward, which we said yes! He finished the job at 1:24 pm, after explaining what he did & gave us his business card. He was very pleasant, told us he was a plumber for the past 12 years & so that eased our minds as we told him the companies that our relatives used & some companies are not as honest as others apparently. He said if there was any problems, to call back. He did a great job & would not hesitate to call again if needed. Thanks, James!

I called Aaron, owner, who was able to get me his guy Rolando out to look into my busted water heater that's been producing cold water as of late. Found out the previous owners never bothered to change it out since they bought the house in 1990. Rolando was thorough with details explaining the process of water heater, installation, cost and time. I went with his recommendation and Rolando brought out a brand new water heater installed/tested within the hour. About a month later, I began having water leaking from an open grout on my tile in the kitchen area along with water coming from underneath the oven and dishwasher. Again I called Rolando and he was able to come out and survey the area ensuring this was not an issue with the water heater but rather the pipe in the dishwasher area. They were able to fix the issue but recommended a restoration company in which Aaron referred me to one he had worked with in the past. At the moment, I'm still dealing with the restoration company and my insurance but going forward, ALF Plumbing, Aaron and Rolando are my guys. They are true professionals on top of their work.

I called several plumbers regarding a leaking shut off valve. One company used AI to immediately respond leading me to believe they were on top of my request. However, it has been 5 days and still no actual communication with a real person. ALF Plumbing was quick to answer my call and actually engaged in real dialog. They were able to respond based on my availability, and arrived on time. The work was exceptional, to the degree they made sure the excess pipe sealant was cleaned off the new shut off valve. I'm happy to report the leak has been fixed. I should also mention the technician brought his own new and clean booties to wear in our home! I believe the charge was reasonable, but caused me to question why I did not become a plumber. I would definitely called them again for my next Plumbing issue.

I had an excellent experience with Alf Plumbing. Their team was professional, punctual, and very easy to communicate with from start to finish. A special mention goes to service technician Gabe Barnes, who truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. His hard work, attention to detail, and friendly attitude are a true reflection of the company’s values and commitment to quality service. It’s rare to find a plumbing service that is both highly skilled and genuinely personable, but Alf Plumbing delivers on both. I highly recommend them and will gladly call again for any future plumbing needs.

Thank goodness for guys like these! ALF Plumbing came in, assessed the problem(s), gave me an idea what we were looking at as far as work ("Do you want it to work? Or do you want it done right?" I chose the latter.)-I feel very comfortable and GLAD they're doing this job for me. This ended up being more than I set out to have done: I can do more than spell the word Plumbing. They included me in every part of the diagnostic and the final decision was mine. They dug in, got right to work. It hasn't even been an hour but I know I'm in good, honest hands. I'll recommend this company to anyone who'll listen!

ALF Plumbing came out in the afternoon on the day I requested service. I needed an old gas line in my kitchen tested to see if it was operational so I can purchase a gas stove. Henry came out and confirmed that the line was working and gave me an estimate to update the fittings to accomodate a modern gas stove. He gave me a great deal on the pricing and I've contracted with ALF to do the work next week. I'm very pleased with the service, pricing and professionalism of ALF Plumbing.

Excellent service! Our water heater was malfunctioning and Rolando came out to look at it. His review/assessment of our equipment was thorough and efficient, and he was honest with his recommendations for replacing the unit. During installation, he was professional, clean and meticulous. He had a great positive attitude and answered every question with care and expertise, even giving instruction on how/what he was doing at every step. Would highly recommend ALF's services!!

Excellent service that is out of this world! My mom needed reliable work done on removing the old broken garage disposal, replaced with the classic drain pipe system, and installation of a new faucet in the kitchen sink. The service was excellent at accomplishing this altogether for a great price, and I highly recommend everyone to get your plumbing and repairs done by ALF Plumbing of Fresno! My main sewer line was damaged in multiple areas. Alf plumbing came and used a camera to find all the damage to the line. They gave me different options to fix my damages line. I went with the pipe bursting recommendation. I would recommend Alf plumbing to anyone they were able to see me the same day. The technician team was friendly and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and made this experience less stressful.

Alf came...worked their hearts out fixing pipes and clogged drains from one end to the other... fixing what another company couldn't...even helped man working on sub floor with advice...I couldn't be happier with the outcome... Enrique is right hand to owner and represents company with class and knowledge.... Aaron and Devon.. owners are the best... always accessible and just good people...well done folks!!!

ALF Plumbing was great! Devon was extremely kind, helpful and personable when getting my appointment set up. Enrique was also very nice and personable! When he fixed my shower, he reassured me to speak up if there was anything I’d like fixed numerous times. Also, their pricing is competitive compared to other, larger plumbing companies. Definitely will use again if I have more plumbing issues!
