First I only rent my condo to enlisted individual, do to the cost of living in the DMV. I purchased the condo from a Major that was stations here at Walter Reed. So I will only deal with organization that will be able to help them. Love this company. Called early on a Tues, had someone at our door at 8:15, that morning. Plumber was awesome and gave a lot of extra advice and tips.
