Wes and Mike removed my concrete well top and took old neutralizer out of basement. I wasn’t present but was informed of time frame and arrival time. I like their automated text system for that reason. Mike and I talked and he told me would take a water sample. I just had an expensive new submersible well, water softener and neutralizer system put in by Alexander. Mike has been right there checking every detail out for he. Oh and about Marc, the owner of the company. He listens and helps you with any plumbing concern. He is awesome businessman. Mike and Wes are the best team to come out to your house! I noticed the pressure gauge in our well system in the basement was continually cycling, indicating there was a leak somewhere. Alexander Plumbing had Mike M. ‘on it’ 3 hours after I called. Mike has been here before and _Absolutely knows_ what he’s doing. He diagnosed the issue, after we discussed the cycling…. He helped me understand one small issue I had not considered, which is the toilet tanks were over filling, in three separate bathrooms.😔…. That minimal leakage, every 20 minutes or so….was causing the pump to cycle over and again. Mike was respectful, focused & professional. Alexander’s has covered us for 30 + years…. My first experience with Alexander Plumbing Services they responded within an hour to my emergency call and made the repairs necessary on the spot so I could turn the house water main back on. I especially appreciate the responsiveness, explanation of options, quick work and friendliness of the technician (especially as a first time customer). My second and more recent experience was just as good. A next day appointment that luckily was a pretty simple fix to what I worried may be a more serious issue. Really appreciate the same quick response and honest resolution.

We had a great experience from start to finish with Alexander Plumbing. We had our well pump replaced and everything was flawless. It was easy to make the appointment with Amber in the office and I appreciated the follow up reminder texts leading up to the appointment. On day of service, I got a text that the technician, Wes, was on the way. He arrived with a smile and explained the steps he would take to complete the job. He was extremely polite and friendly. I would definitely call Alexander Plumbing again for any work I needed done.

We came home from vacation to find we had a pipe leaking somewhere behind a wall. At the recommendation of a friend, we contacted Alexander Plumbing. Their response was fantastic. Mike Moffitt showed up and diligently went through all possibilities and uncovered exactly where the problem was located. Within no time the pin hole size leak was uncovered, repaired and the drywall replaced almost like new. We could not be happier! Much thanks to Mike and Alexander Plumbing for all your help!

I was pleased with the prompt response to our service call to have a propane gas line disconnected and capped so we could remove our gas fireplace. We appreciated the communication and updates from the Alexander Plumbing Services office staff and the plumber, Wes, was nice to talk with and got the job done in short order. They’re at the top of the list for future needs in this category.

Septic pump issues fixed!! Fast same day service. Knowledgeable and friendly. Ended up just being the system floats. Awesome job!! Had a leaking pressure tank. Old one was undersized for the home. Tech was knowledgeable and replaced with largest that he could given crawl space is 3ft. Alexander plumbing is simply the best hands down!!

I needed a septic repair because I was selling my home. Alexander Plumbing Lined up with my septic cleaning company and they both were at my home the next morning. They fixed the problem in 2 hours and it was very reasonable. I got a receipt emailed to me and the Closing company the same day. Great people to work with. Jack Worrel

Needed a new water heater. Technician Mike was on time and very nice to me and my family. Replaced the water heater after giving me the option to have it repaired. Price was cheaper than any other company I had come out for an estimate. Definitely will be using this company for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Mark was absolutely terrific, as usual. It was an involved plumbing issue. We've had him service our home before. Alexander Plumbing is both very responsive and all their techs have been competent in our experience. A pleasure doing business with them (except for writing the check, of course!).

Wes installed tankless water heaters for us and helped clear up an issue with our tub. He was very personable, punctual and logical in problem solving. And the office staff was pleasant to deal with. I would definitely use Alexander Plumbing for any future plumbing issues that arise.
