I've been using Albemarle Heating & Air for several years and have always had a great experience with them. Every technician has done a great job and solved any issues I had. I specifically want to thank Kyron who not only did an exceptional job making sure my system was working great he was also a pleasure to speak with. He is a wonderful young man, I highly recommend him as a technician and using AHA for your HVAC needs! Update: I just used their plumbing service for the first time and was very happy with the results. Joe and Trevon were knowledgeable, respectful and did an excellent job getting my water heater running smoothly! We had great conversation and I highly recommend them!
Albemarle Heating and Air has provided maintenance service for my HVA system for many years. Their technicians are well trained, knowledgeable, and professional. Having regularly scheduled maintenance appointments gives me peace of mind and allows me to address any issues the technicians detect before they get too big or before total system breakdown! Highly recommend this company!
We had a quick start capacitor blow on our heat pump unit. Scott Hamner came out and had our system up and running in no time. We would recommend Albemarle Heating and Air to everyone. The two times we have used them their technicians are on point and get the job done quickly and efficiently. They also take the time to explain things to you and recommend future maintenance issues.
Consistently attentive. On time or early to appointments. Dependable. They service my rental property and I’m out of town and thats a great peace of mind for me. They take great care and bill me and we have great trust in each other. It’s like a family business between friends. Truly recommend this company to anyone!
Kenzie did a great job!! She’s very friendly, personable, and polite. Introduced herself to me and shook my hand, then shook my hand when she left. She was very efficient and explained what she did. I pay an annual preventative maintenance plan so my price was zero.
