Another satisfied service with AirStream! It's always so easy to schedule with them. They communicate before, when they are on their way with a visible tracker so I know exactly when to expect them! I was happy to see Ryan S. this time as he previously managed my airduct cleaning. He made light work of my service request for re-sealing my AC unit shroud. All of AirStream's team is so personable, clean, professional and knowledgeable.

Super pleased with the service I received from Michael today!!! We had a power surge earlier in the day and then our AC unit made a horrible crackling noise and we had assumed the fan went out. Destiny Soto had us on schedule today and within hours, Michael (the technician) was out here and performed a very thorough diagnosis on my unit. Thankfully, no damage done. And service cost was cheaper than any other company I've ever used in the past. Michael made some great recommendations for preventative care, but was by no means aggressive in his "sales pitch". He even checked my air handler while he was here just to confirm all was operating properly there as well. He was extremely knowledgeable and communicated in a way that I could understand the system components. Would highly recommend this company, Michael the technician, and Destiny the customer service rep specifically 👌

Ryan S. provided outstanding service and went above and beyond expectations. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire visit. Ryan climbed up into the attic, took detailed photos, and conducted an in-depth inspection to clearly explain what was going on with my heating and AC unit. He took the time to walk me through the issues, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Experiences like the one I had today continue to solidify why I go to AirStream for my HVAC needs (among the other utility services they offer). Dylan did an amazing and thorough job repairing both of my HVAC units. He really knows his stuff and performs his craft/profession with a detailed eye I don’t often see in a lot of folks nowadays. It’s been said that no one will ever treat your property with as much care and respect as you would, but I’d argue Dylan is the exception. Between this, and a firm handshake, AirStream is very fortunate to have someone as skilled and strong in character as Dylan among their ranks.

Had a great experience with Michael G; he did a great job servicing our HVAC system and answering questions about what additional work genuinely needed to be completed. Update 5/6/2026: Dylan, another technician, came by to complete the work we had scheduled following our initial tune-up a few days ago. He did an excellent job, explained everything he was doing, why it mattered, and when he found he’d been given the wrong part initially went out and got right one immediately. Excellent work!

First off he was very polite and respectful, but the most important thing was his knowledge of my hot water heater, understanding the problem, knowing how to fix it. The best trait I feel he has is his simplicity of yes ma’am I understand I know how to fix it. Let me get you a quote and we’ll talk about it… I trusted him from that moment forward. Please give that man a raise he deserves it. There’s few people on this planet that are genuinely respectful and knowledgeable.

Ryan S. did an excellent job repairing my dryer vent. He was professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. If you need a repair, this is definitely the company and technician to call. He took the time to explain what caused the issue and gave helpful tips to prevent it from happening again. I also signed up for their monthly subscription, which gives me extra peace of mind knowing everything will stay maintained.

Today technicians Ryan S and Michael G came out to do a full duct cleaning and I can’t say enough about the way they communicated and efficiently did the work, while also showing so much care and concern for how my dog was tolerating the noise of the process. I have used Airstream for ten years or so and have always had great experiences. Also, I never feel upsold like many corporate hvac companies I’ve dealt with.

Dylan from Airstream Services came out for my spring HVAC maintenance and did a fantastic job. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to actually explain what he was doing — which I always appreciate. He caught a couple of issues I wasn't aware of and gave clear recommendations. No drama, just solid work done right. Highly recommend Airstream Services and will definitely be calling them again.

This review is for the follow up visit. Once again Ryan went above and beyond and added the extra touches to make sure we would never have this problem again. Replaced faulty pieces, secured and sealed the dryer tube and made sure it couldn’t come loose again. We followed his instructions and it was a quick repair. Would highly recommend him and Airstream. Ryan’s customer service is excellent.

Kai was very professional. He showed up on time, serviced the units, and explained issues he found in a way that was easy to understand. His work was efficient, thorough, and professional, and he made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. Ryan, Jose and Jose’s team were fantastic. I have learned so much from them and I truly feel that they have saved my families health. They explained everything they had to do, walked us through the whole process and got all of the work completed very quickly. Our HVAC tech Jerry was fantastic. He quickly identified the root cause of the issue and fixed it efficiently without overcomplicating things. He explained what was going on in a clear, straightforward way and made sure everything was working properly before he left.
