Airco Service

Great service, Great work! I'm a VIP member to care for the new Lennox HVAC that replaced my 25+ yo Lennox and a new Navien tankless water heater. The install last year was seamless and fast. Drake managered the project and almost a year later still helping me fix some issues. Chris gave me the best estimate for the work I wanted and saved me thousands of dollars. I was also able to finance the new installs interest free for 60 months. My friend Lucas works for AirCo and I'm glad he recommended them. Both Techs that have come to service the units so far have been great, the latest being Corey. He was very casual about his work, seemed very knowledgeable, efficient and ensured to give me recommendations for preventative maintenance.

Skyler, Chris, Adrian, and Josh are great employees. Josh and Skyler explained everything that was going to happen; answered all of my questions, concerns, and worked non-stop. They cleaned up and made sure we understood everything. Chris Scotto with Airco Service was also so helpful and knows exactly what is needed. He even came by during the installation to check on things. They show up when they say they will, there's no wasting time, and they are, ALL, extremely polite and respectful. Prefoessional, courteous and polite. From the tech to the sales rep and the install team, everyone was awesome. Install guys completed an entire HVAC system removal and install in hours, including the duct work! When they were finished, they walked me thru the whole process, showed me all of the work done and equipment installed, explained all the new features and answered any questioned. Huge shout out to the entire Airco team for getting us set up before the major winter storms!

From the on-site supervisor down to the installation techs, all were fantastic! They came in this morning and worked diligently until the installation was competed. I thought by them having to take out the air conditioner and heater that was instslled in the 1960s when the house was built would take at least two days. I am impressed with the professional attitude each worker displayed. It was a pleasure to see dedicated employees such as the ones working for your organization. Kudos to whomever hired the techs and supervisor. All ensured I was completely satisfied with their completed work product.

Workman were Great very neat insulation. Professional. The Only problem I had was I bought from Lowe’s and should Have gone directly to Airco. Would use Them Again But I would go directly to airco
