Exceptional Employees! Excellent work ethic. Humanitarian. I must say, I’m beyond delighted and thankful to have gotten my water pipe work done by this company because of the 3 employees who performed it. Since they arrived, WAYDE, RAFAEL and NOAH were super pleasant and amicable; the job was supposed to be “a regular one” until they pigged open the pipe. The pipe was so corroded that it broke while trying to pull it out. That extended their work hour way above the expected. All of the sudden, a house, up 2 houses from mine, got on fire and they didn’t hesitate a bit to drop their tools and ran inside that house. Wayde and Noah helped bringing couple of people out from one house (my neighbor & I at the other house, twin house). They went all around both houses, back yards, windows, making sure nobody was inside until the fire dept arrived. Then went right back to their work and kept on working on their pipe with the same amicability, pleasant personality. Finishing the pipe work at midnight. I take this time to write this small recognition because, despite the frustration I believe they might of about the broken pipe that extended their job like 5 more hours, they didn’t even blink on hesitation to run towards that house on fire, and then return to his job finished it and still (at 12am) were so friendly and willing to explain the work performed and the next day steps to follow. Always with a big smile….Specially Wayde and Rafael whom I interacted the most. Thank you guys!

On Friday evening we found water in our basement. I called Lehigh County Authority and they had someone out to check it within an hour. It was indeed on the line to our house, and thus our responsibility, but LCA worked wonderfully with us. Thanks to their help, I was soon in contact with Agentis and by 9:30pm, just a couple hours after the initial call, I had received phone calls from Wade with Agentis and he came out in person to scope out the project. Then, by 7am the next morning, both Agentis and LCA were on the scene and serious about getting to work. They did a stellar job, and a few hours later water was restored. The work both outside and in was stellar, and multiple neighbors commented on the quality as well. Wade and Raph and the rest of the team did an amazing job. Agentis will be my first call for any plumbing work, emergency or not. Note: We also have HomeServe insurance in our lines. I had immediately placed a claim through them. Days later, I’m still waiting for a call from the so-called emergency plumber they assigned to my case. Meanwhile, the guys at Agentis actually apologized multiple times that I had to wait until morning and, when their work was slowed by a layer of concrete, totally out of their control, they apologized that it would take an hour longer than they had thought. Hilarious as I had assumed we’d be living without water at least through the weekend. Finally, I should note that they totally cleaned up after themselves, leaving both the outside and inside looking better than they had before they arrived. In the photos you’ll see the tree which they had had to remove and carefully replanted at the end. They also washed off the sidewalk and street. I’m not attaching before photos on the indoor plumbing, but I can assure you that it is now beautiful by comparison. The hole through our basement wall had previously been a hole with foam stuck in it. They properly sealed that and also added the supports to the ground and also I stalled a new meter, removing the one that had been way at the back of the house.

Prices are ridiculous! 1k for a faucet.

Estimator was extremely professional and polite, however never followed up with a quote. Called the store 2 times, once one week and then two weeks later without resolution.

Since the first thing I do is go to the Google reviews when looking for a service, I think it is important to write reviews of companies good or bad. I found water coming from the bottom of my water heater this past Sunday morning. I went into a little bit of a panic and started calling some companies. The first company I called had a weekend emergency service. They agreed to come out and look at it for a large fee. I agreed to that. They came out in less than 2 hours. The guy looked at it for about a minute and said it needs to be replaced. It's 80 gallon, and he started giving me prices. The prices seemed high, so I decided to look around elsewhere. I called Agentis to ask for a quote over the phone since I didn't want to pay for weekend emergency visits. They forwarded the info to a tech. Adam called me a short time later. He was very informative and helpful over the phone. His numbers were much lower for the 50 and 80, but the 80 was still too much. I called one more company but they couldnt answer me until the next business day. So I decided the 50 gallon was the way to go, and I set something up with Agentis the next morning. They came out within a few hours. Adam and his crew were great. The new install was quick and easy. They used press fittings, so no soldering or burning smells. Then they had to haul out the 80 gallon tank with a ton of sediment in it. That wasn't easy but they got it out. The third company called back after Agentis left. They were slightly higher for the 50 gallon, but they were actually reasonable for the 80. I wanted another 80, but they called back too late, and I am saving a lot by going with the 50. Overall, I would recommend Agentis for their professionalism, knowledge, and price.

Julius was very professional and prompt. I was given a range of 12-4 for my dishwasher installation and was expecting closer to the 4 just from past experiences with other businesses that give such a range. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the call telling me Julius would be to my house by noon. He came in and gave me a quote on the work but it was out of my price range. So after being disappointed, Julius came back and said he was able to do the job for $100 less than the original quote! I was obviously satisfied with that as it was closer to the price I was hoping to pay and moved forward with the work. He worked efficiently and professionally and myself and my wife are so happy with the work he did. Thank you again to Julius for working with us on the price during the holidays and the tough times with COVID.

If I could give a thousand stars, I would! I called the emergency service because my hot water heater broke and was causing flooding in my basement. Right from the start, the professionalism was outstanding! From the dispatcher to the technicians, they exceeded my expectations! I had a competitor come out for the same make and model, and they were $1000 more expensive. Jake, Jack, and Jonathan D were incredibly courteous, kind, and professional! I was so impressed with the service that I spoke to the supervisor, Bruce, to let him know how wonderful my experience was. Thanks again! I will only be using this company for my future plumbing needs. I have already recommended them to a friend!

My water heater was emitting a burnt order. Jack and Dakota quickly arrived at my residence and Jack promptly located the source of problem. Main power to tank & water supply was turned off Dakota pumped all water from the tank. Early the next morning Matthew and Zach arrived to install a new water heater. All Agentis plumbers were professional, efficienct and completed the work flawlessly. All took great care of my flooring and property. I have used Agentis Plumbing several times and will continue to do so. Thank you for your great work and peace of mind.

Within 2 hrs. of calling Agentis Plumbing to request service, Eric L. arrived at our house. After evaluating the nature of our floor drain problem, he took considerable care in protecting the floors in the house as he brought in his equipment to clear the drain. Throughout his time here, he was very professional and informative about what he was doing, and the job was completed quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure to deal with such a professional and personable representative; we will definitely use Agentis again for any plumbing services we need.

This is my first time ever using a plumbing company and I’m so glad I chose this company. They don’t charge you for coming out, and they call you before the appointment to make sure you’re still available. They are so quick and efficient, and tell you exactly how much it’s going to cost. They’re super friendly and make it very easy for someone like me who’s never had to call a plumber. They also keep testing it to make sure you’re all in the clear and were very, very easy to talk to. I would definitely use them again!! :)

Cocky plumbers with a know it all attitude. I felt the run around with these guys, definitely up-charged for the ridiculously small job, which wasn’t even fixed properly, just bypassed to circumvent a leak. Not to mention the mess left behind afterwards. I don’t expect a cleaning service but there was no consideration for the dirt tracked across my floors. The only thing that can be said is they were fairly responsive. I’ve since had better service with a small business and will NEVER go back.

Honest, professional company with integrity! Called them for a quote to replace a water heater. Another company gave us a price that seemed very high. Agentis was not only less expensive, but determined our six year old water heater was fine! The water in our basement was coming from another source. Their honesty saved us from an unnecessary expense. We will definitely be calling Agentis Plumbing when we do need a replacement and for all of our plumbing needs!

Extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Easy to schedule visit right from website in a timely manner. Courteous with a phone call providing more specific time of arrival and timeliness of technician. Highly recommend as he went above and beyond for all my issues, even ones that weren’t specifically plumbing, to assist in next steps for repairs. We called Agentis at 4 pm on a Sunday evening and within 2 hours, they were at our house and quickly repaired our problem. Our plumber was Matt L. and he was SO NICE, honest, professional, caring, personable and really great at his job. We now know who we can rely on for any needs down the road and would recommend this company and Matt to anyone! Also the price was very reasonable, especially for an emergency call.
