We had an emergency situation. A flood in our basement, due to roots clogging pipes. Jack and Dakota came within the hour on a Sunday evening. They were very courteous and quickly diagnosed the issue. They resolved the problem at a reasonable price. Very pleased with Agentis.

Agentis plumbing excels. They do excellent work at fair prices. The technicians, Andrew and Martin resolved my issue. They were professional, and courteous and responded to all of my questions. They left the job site clean. Thanks, Andrew, Martin, and Agentis.

The plumber who came to our house was so incredibly professional and efficient.

Someone came and cleared the toilet line which was not flushing properly because of a buildup of one ply plant based biodegradable toilet tissue. While it is true that our house is older with cast iron pipes there was no camera used to initially search for potential problems. The whole process took less than 15 minutes to the tune of $450! It took 5 days for the same problem to return. After a return call to them, we were told that they could come out again with a camera this time for an additional charge of $320 which we declined. Why would any sane person agree to that? If you want to be ripped off feel free to use this company. I can certainly not recommend them and if I had the option to give them zero stars I would. I previously used Mr. Rooter and was very satisfied. Regrets, yes. 100%!

My husband called Agentis for an estimate to fix two leaking spigots outside, which leaked when the water was turned on for the hoses. They said they would be here between 8-12. 12:00 no show. My husband called them and was told they would arrive in like 20 mins. They finally showed up and they didn't even check what the problem was with either spigot AT ALL, they just assumed both needed to be replaced. Their estimate was for $790.00!! We had another co look at them the same day, one needed a breaker repair kit, which cost $6.99 and $20.00 to install. The second needed a $70.00 part and $75.00 to install. Total cost for both to be fixed was under $200.00 with tax!!! Complete rip offs!

We had Agentis come out to install a “frost free” hose bib since we had an issue with our previous outside faucet freezing. We paid $639 in April of 2025 (so one year ago) and this year upon turning the hose on for the first time, the internal pipe they installed busted and now we have water damage in the ceiling of our basement. We called Agentis and they said basically that because we haven’t had a winter “that cold” in a while “all” the frost free bibs are doing that. They refuse to back their work or parts and said we will have to pay them to get it repaired. We are now waiting on a call from customer service to schedule someone to come out so we can pay to have it fixed. But we now have not only to pay that means for repeat work but ALSO pay to repair the damaging this caused our home. Beware and use at your own risk— This company refuses to back their work or the parts they use. **update: they came out to look at it and refused to fix it under warranty and said we must pay them to fix it NO WAY are we going to pay this awful company again to do a crappy job that will just lead to more water damage and no one standing by their work. Do not trust this company I stand by this review. We winterized properly and did not leave any hoses attached during the winter. This company just refuses to believe they are at fault at all. Upon further research we found out one is supposed to install these faucets with a downward slope so water doesn’t sit in them. This company did the opposite and actually installed it in upward slope.

One for effort cause it’s been almost two months now and I’m still awaiting an estimate they supposedly emailed three times now… Waste of precious time!!! UPDATE, they responded & even left a number for me to call but guess what… I was told the same BS like the last four times, they’ll reach out to the TECH… Horse Radish! And after a year the BS continues. They did came and did the work but apparently their work only lasts a year, so you’ll have to pay again for the same work every year. It’s been over a week I’m waiting for a call back from a supervisor. Erika ( not properly trained to talk to customers ) just told me the same BS I heard last week. THE WAIT CONTINUES! Well what do you know? They called and of course the manager fed me BS about PVC piping wasn’t made for outdoors… maybe the ones they use. He couldn’t even answer when asked why only one pipe got busted and not both. This company honestly SUCKS! I’m never EVER recommending them to anyone and NOT using them and their lousy service again…

We had a major sewer system issue yesterday. We were unable to use the toilet or sink without it backing up into the basement. The guys who came out were here within the hour and had us back to normal within an hour after their arrival. Pricing was fair and they were very professional, and friendly. They stayed for a good 30 minutes after correcting the problem, just to verify that everything was actually draining correctly. I will definitely be using Agentis Plumbing in the future if we ever need them again! Highly Recommended!!!!! Update: We had to have the team at Agentis come out again for a similar issue. They were amazing to work with and did excellent work. I cannot speak highly enough about the guys at Agentis and will happily call them anytime i need their help. This time, they did point out some issues we will need to correct in the future but I greatly appreciate the advice they gave me and will make sure to use them when we are ready to get this work done.

I wanted to share some concerns about the experience I had with the crew working in my basement. One of the workers, Norbert, was repeatedly cursing and discussing politics while inside my home, which I found very unprofessional and uncomfortable. In addition, Norbert did not put on protective boot covers before going under my house, and the other worker tracked mud throughout my basement. I expect better professionalism and respect for my home when work is being performed. I’ve used Agentis Plumbing for many years and have always had positive experiences, so I’m hoping this was just one bad apple and not reflective of the newer staff being hired. I would appreciate it if this could be addressed with the crew so future visits are handled more professionally and with greater care for customers’ homes.

Scammed. They charged us $525 for 10 minutes of work. And the plumber who came hammered my main drain cap with a hammer to get it off before ever checking if it was removable with a pipe wrench first(which is proper procedure for main drain caps). You're only supposed to use the hammer if it's seized or locked. He also put it back in crooked so it doesn't even hold water down in any way. I haven't noticed damage yet but who can say after a hammer was used it's almost guaranteed to be damaged. So to simplify, -charged $525 for 10 minutes and 8 feet of drain clearing work. -used a hammer instead of a wrench even though every main cap manufacturer in the world says to use wrench FIRST and only HAMMER if absolutely necessary since it can and will cause damage. -put drain cap in crooked. -charged $525.

Agentis Plumbing came to our rescue once again! We woke up to no water and called them to come .They were here in minutes! Andrew was the employee whom found our problem and saved the day!! He was very concerned to correct the problem. He cleaned up any spills and was careful not to mark any of our floors with dirt or mud. He was extremely polite and very qualified to do the work. We are so happy with your service that we took the time to write this review. Your company does excellent work and your fees are very, very fair! From Andrew to Manager Paul and even Kelly the office help, all of you deserve our special thanks for a job well done!!!! Thank You, Steve & Marion S.

Called agentis at approximately 9:30pm on Sunday while snowing nothing draining into septic. Jake the technician was here shortly after 11pm , i live in country setting, trudged his machine through snow, while snowing, no complaints did the job got me opened and draining again. My wife (disabled vet) has severe mobility issues, explained situation to jake he seemed to take on a failure is not an option. He weathered the adversities of icy roads bad conditions to work in and having to stop multiple times to reset his machine due to icing up from snow. Jake is an asset to yourcompany & a genuine nice guy. Thanks for getting it done . Joe M.

I had a total disaster when my laundry room radiator line just blew apart and water was pouring out everywhere. Called Agentis Plumbing in a panic, and Dave and Isaac showed up super fast—like within 20 minutes. They were really nice guys, super polite, and careful not to mess up my house. They shut the water off in like 2 minutes, and then had a brand new pipe installed and everything working again in under half an hour. First time using them, but they were awesome. Would definitely call them again if I ever need a plumber. Thanks Dave and Isaac you guys were amazing!

I had a washer delivered yesterday and the washer wasn’t getting water My husband googled plumbers and chose Agentis because of their 5 star rating and Vinny & Ryan didn’t disappoint !!! They were here first thing this morning !! They had to replace the valves and in no time was finished with the job and I had a working washer !!!! Vinny and Ryan went above the call of duty and cleaned behind the washer for me. I would highly recommend Agentis plumbing and ask for Vinny or Ryan, you won’t be disappointed.

Our appointment was for late afternoon or the next day, but Patrick showed up not long after we called, to unclog our tub drain. He worked hard but had to call in their drain expert, and they were able to clear an extremely stubborn clog that even chemicals could not clear. They were very polite, professional, and careful to keep our home clean and sanitary. We have been trusting Agentis for decades. They give you an estimate up front and prices are reasonable, including appropriate discounts.
