Zach and Cleat were great. I called several larger companies on 1/31/26. During the big snow day. No one was able to come out due to the weather. But Zach pulled out the 4 wheel drive and got the job done just before the weather took a turn for the worse. I was in Atl. and the property was in Athens. If they did not show up the leaking water could have caused a lot of damage by the time the other companies would have gotten to it on Monday. I highly recommend After Hours Plumbing!!

We received great service today! The service Tech was very courteous, and kind in regards to our embarrassing pipes filled with grease. He was efficient and very sweet to us! We will definitely use them again, and recommend After Hours Plumbing to our friends and family!

I have used After Hours Plumbing LLC for several jobs now including new hot water heater, kitchen sink p trap replaced, supply line under the bathroom sink, main water line leak fixed, main pressure valve under house replaced cause city put to much pressure and caused the main line to burst, shower head leak and p trap for the shower, both toilets flanges replaced. And when my parents needed someone to fix their well pump I gave them their number and they fixed it. These guys know what they are doing and are really nice. Clete has been so good for us. We have used After Hours in the past and have always gotten fantastic service, although I should note that my husband usually does the easy plumbing jobs. My husband is currently remodeling our bathrooms. In an attempt to be a sweet, loving wife, I suggested he call After Hours when he discovered that the shut off valve (pretty sure that is what he called it) to one of the toilets needed to be replaced. And, here is where I made my big mistake, I told him to have After Hours install our 2 new faucets (including 2 new p traps) in the sinks in the 2 baths as well. He kept saying that he could do, but I insisted because the tile job hasn't been fun. We noticed one sink was leaking at the p trap that night. I told him to call After Hours back but he said it was was easier to fix it himself. Then last weekend, I discovered the one in my kids' bathroom had been leaking a good bit (thankfully, I had put all my painting supplies in there including a very absorbant dropcloth). At that point, even though my husband could fix it, I insisted he call After Hours because we paid over $700 for this service. The next day, the original plumber returned, said he tightened the seal, and, less than 5 minute in our house, left. Within 5 minutes, we saw it was still leaking. The owner came two days later and insisted it was our brand new faucet and replaced it with another new one that I have. Guess what?!? He leaves and the p trap is STILL LEAKING!! I am not a plumber - heck, I am not even handy - and even I can tell where the leak is. I cannot for the life of me figure out why After Hours will not admit that they bought very cheap, crappy p traps, but they will not. So my trying to be a good wife has backfired. And my husband gets to keep pointing out that he would have done it right the first time for a lot less than $700. Edit: It was the p traps that were leaking. Changing out the p traps wouldn't have stopped the leak if it was a faulty faucet. Additionally, you changed the faucet, and we still had a leak. Thus far, I haven't asked for a refund, but I am about to do. Mistakes happened. It is how you handle it that matters.

I can't say enough good things about After Hours Plumbing. Late Sunday night, I discovered a leaking water heater. I frantically called around to a few 24 hr plumbers...one place's dispatcher informed me that there would be a $500 late night service minimum. But when I talked to Zach at After Hours Plumbing, he didn't even talk about costs - he jumped right into helping me stop the leak myself so that it could wait until the next day and avoid water damages or a high service fee. He talked me through locating the issue (which was a faulty thermal expansion tank), and even went so far as to install Google Duo on his phone so we could work through it together over live video. After we stopped the water flow, we set up an appointment for the next morning. The service technician Jason showed up promptly (a few minutes early, actually), and was extremely polite and professional - he explained everything in detail, answered a bunch of questions for me, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. From this experience, it's clear to me that After Hours Plumbing provides EXCEPTIONAL service that is clearly focused on the CUSTOMER'S HAPPINESS. Late night or in the middle of the day, I will definitely be calling them for any plumbing work going forward. Thanks guys!

Highly recommend Zac and the team from After Hours Plumbing! We had the main water line to our house break yesterday and I came home to a solid foot of water on the side of my house and a ruined yard. There was water and mud EVERYWHERE. It took us four hours to clear up all the water. It had been running for a minimum four hours straight before we found out the pipe busted and I was completely clueless as to what to do. We had the help of a couple amazing neighbors who got the water turned off and then the pipe was dug up so we could identify where the leak was. Zac had Jason come out to us right away and he had it fixed within a few hours. We called other plumbers in our area and no one could come help us. The soonest we found, until AHP, was 8 days. EIGHT DAYS. I’m so thankful for AHP and their prompt assistance. Price was reasonable and cheaper than others around. I highly recommend them and will be recommending them in the future to anyone I know who needs plumbing assistance. Thank you Zac and Jason!!!

Late afternoon, water from our washer backed up into our tub which flooded our bathroom floor. I called around and was struggling to find someone to come out the same day because it was so late in the day (completely understandable!). I had special circumstances that made it even more important to get help. When I called Zac at After Hours, I explained my situation and he contacted one of his coworkers, Ed, who made the decision to help us while on the way to another call. Fortunately, the fix was fast and he gave my partner more information so we could find a better maintenance routine. Ed graciously took care of our problem and identified the underlying issues so we were better informed. This is service. I am so grateful for their efforts to help us. Not only that, their prices were extremely reasonable. I will absolutely be using them again for our plumbing needs and recommend them to my local framily.

I am late writing a review, but wanted to give kudos to Zac for being absolutely wonderful! I had a problem with my bathroom sink, which turned out to be a result of something a previous plumber did that had almost entirely blocked the drain pipe with masonry. I've had about 8 different plumbers out over the course of ten years, including some of the most well known and expensive ones, and they've just put a snake down there and declared it clear. Zac put a camera down there, figured out the problem, removed part of the wall, replaced the pipe, and I now have a functioning drain! He is the only plumber who made the effort to diagnose the real problem when told that it was a chronic issue. He is also possibly the nicest person in the world, and his prices are very reasonable. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Zac and Heather came to our home and fixed our clogged toilet that had been giving us problems for weeks and i just a few minutes of being there Zac had our toilet flushing in no time. We were so elated that that he fixed our problem so quickly. He even checked our entire plumbing system informing us that we had a great plumbing system. Not only did they book us the next day. They were able to come after we got off work so when they say after hours they really mean it. They are so family oriented I enjoyed their professionalism, care, and we are so happy that our toilet works even better than it did before it's flushing like a charm!! Thanks After Hours Plumbing I will be calling your guys for all our plumbing needs, Oh yes did I mention their incredible rates!!! I wish I could give them 10 stars just Amazing!!!

Could not have asked for more from Zac and Heather. I had water pouring from my water heater, and they came as soon as they could. Zac diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed the immediate issue, and then explained the situation thoroughly. My repair included replacing our broken heater with a new one, and Zac did all the leg work to locate a replacement and even drove down to pick it up for a extremely reasonable fee. Both Zac and Heather were extremely friendly and kind, and their prices were better than the two other competitors I contacted. I will absolutely call them again if needed.

Overcharged me for a simple fix on my toilet. Then tried to charge me an additional $150 to finish the job. After I refused, he left only to return minutes later to say he felt bad and didn't want a negative review so he decided to "finish the job" as if he was doing me a favor. Over $200 later, my toilet still needs repair! I also requested for them to sign and state the repairs so that I can return to the water company for a price adjustment but I have yet to receive which further indicates I was ripped off. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I needed help fixing my water heater and upon calling Zac he answered and responded immediately. I could not be happier with his quick response even so late in the evening and so last minute. He was professional, very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job! He even spent his time explaining to me what he was doing since I was curious. I have never had a better experience with a plumber let alone any professional working on my home. I highly recommend After Hours Plumbing. You will not be disappointed in this service.

What a great group of people,-- After hours Plumbing is amazing! This review is written today much later than when the young men came by, months and months & months ago, like probably a year ago, :-))but they were so dedicated so gentlemanly... So very careful about what they needed to do to fix our toilet and got a new seal and it really worked great and they were very kind and nice and very careful about it and extremely respectful. Just love this company,... just cannot say enough good things about them !

Thank you Zac and Ed for making a house call on this cold rainy day. It was great to have a person (Zac) answer the initial phone call and give an appointment time that you kept to the minute! After solving the problem with heroic-under-the- house efforts, you took a bit more time to make sure that it wasn't a double trouble situation as these things can often be.
