Four years ago we had Dave install our plumbing fixtures for our new shower and he did a wonderful job. He came out once to disconnect all the plumbing for our old bathtub which we took out, and then after the tiling was done, he came back to install the new shower fixtures. We’ve been very happy with our shower and the work that Dave did and he charged a fair price. Now we are ready to remodel our kitchen and two bathrooms and we’ve called Dave out to do that work and I’m sure he’ll do a wonderful job.

Dave is fast and efficient in taking care of his community! He fixed everything exactly how it needed to be done and when he said he would. He even came to check on us before and after he did the work. Great customer service! Hard to find someone that goes above and beyond for their customers anymore. Thank you Dave!

Called for a service call and was denied because I own a mobile home

I contacted Dave as he had done some work for my wife when she had a house in Prescott. Now that we had a place in Chino Valley we have a well with a high level of arsenic. Our first conversation with Dave was that we should go ahead and purchase the equipment we need and he would do the installation. Over the next month or so we did the research and purchased a water softener, reverse osmosis system and a couple of other items including a new kitchen sink. We made an appointment and Dave came out. Three-steps out of the truck he calls my wife a "cougar" but I let it go. Whatever? Next, he tells me I should not have bought the water softener as there is a better product on the market that he sells. I'm sure he is correct; however, my softener is not returnable. Dave also tells me my Wellmate water pressure take is no longer working, that the bladder is "shot." He can tell this be just "feeling" the tank. He has to rush off and we consider all of this. The next day I text him and ask for a written estimate to do the installation and he DECLINES the work. I the meantime I purchased a replacement Wellmate tank and retained a new plumber (review coming). THE KICKER... MY OLD WELLMATE PRESSURE TANK WAS JUST FINE! It just needed to be re-pressurized. Yet another follow up with Dave. Dave once again to the rescue. As always, he is a great communicator and arrives as scheduled. This was a difficult in the wall shower waterline leak. Since we had such great service previously, we contacted Dave to install a pressure reducing valve and water shut off on the house side of the City of Prescott water meter on our new home. This was a very challenging installation, as Dave had to dig down to and below the city water line. He installed a high performance PRV and water shut off gate valve on a riser… so that the water could be shut off easily and access to the PRV for adjustment or replacement. A very professional high quality installation, was well below the bid price, and was completed in less than 3 hours. Amazing service all the way around! Dave set up our appointment at 8am. He called at 7:30 to see if it was ok to come early! YES, please! He was here at 7:40am. He took care of our problem in less then 10 minutes!!! Our sewer pump alarm went off and our toilets began to back up. I called Affordable Plumbing Sol.and left a message. Dave called me back within 5 minutes and told me that he was sorry but couldn't get to me until 6 days later. I called another company who came out and gave me a ridiculous estimate of $14K to replace the sewer grinder! I called Dave (Affordable Plumbing) the next day. He said the price was totally outrageous....He explained to me what needed to be done and that it would be closer to $1500-2000. He had just left for vacation but called me back from his trip and answered all of my questions even though he still was not able to come out for about 4 days. I wanted to get our system fixed immediately since the toilets couldn't be flushed, no shower, no laundy until the sewer pump got fixed. I ended up with another company who was able to come out and replace the sewer grinder and get us back and running. Dave was so polite, informative and spent the time to explain details to me even though he was not able to help with my sewer problem. Affordable Plumbing will be the first plumbing co. I will call if in the future we need a plumber. Their customer service is excellent and Dave is very knowledgeable. Thank you Dave, for your help, even though you were so busy, you couldn't come immediately....I certainly see why!

I'm 75 years old and I've used plumbers in six states and in multiple cities in some of those states. If I hade to rate Affordable Plumbing Solutions compared to everyone else I've used, there is absolutely no comparison. I recently had to replace all hardware on top and underneath a bedroom sink due to a leak. Two plumbers couldn't find the leak, a third gave me an estimate of $1700 and a fourth $750. This problem went on for weeks. I finally found Affordable Plumbing Solutions and he gave me an estimate of between $300 and $350. The spread was due to not knowing how much the Faucet would cost. He went to the house late Tuesday to see what he would need and fixed everything first thing the next morning. My tenant called me to tell me how great they were. Best deal in the area! I received four estimates from three local plumbers and one of the big box stores for a new water heater and recirculating pump. Dave with Affordable Plumbing Solutions was the best price of the local plumbers and his reviews offered a lot more peice of mind than the big box store installer. All the bids were for the same items and we saved a lot of money using Affordable Plumbing Solutions. One of the most important reasons we chose Affordable Plumbing Solutions is that if we were to have an warranty issue or another plumbing issue Dave will be there for us. The new water heater and the recirculating pump are a great upgrade, we could not be happier with the install and the installer.

I was going to have a filtration system and water softener installed. He recommended a whole house filter that his customers have loved. I love mine too and way less expensive. Gals if you've been having trouble with your hair and you don't have a water filter - get one. Life changing! The water here is hard - a filter - the right solution! Integrity is obviously at the top of Dave's list. He's completed three projects at our home and I'll call on him again.

I spent 20+ years as a general contractor and I wish I had someone like Dave working with me on all of my projects. He is a professional to the truest sense of the word. He was on time, extremely knowledgeable with everything that needed to be addressed. He explained everything completely to me and my options and performed all work quickly and expertly. When we needed a water heater replaced quickly, Dave and Mitch came through. They did top quality work for a great price. We also had two toilets replaced and another job well done for less than half the competitors price! We appreciated how they arrived on time, focused and ready to get the work done efficiently both service calls. A really nice touch is while they were here for the water heater, we had a leaky faucet and Mitch actually took the time to show us how to repair it ourselves as it's a common leak! They are definitely are go-to plumber for any future needs.

I’ve had so many trades people working at my house I’ve lost count. However, of all of them, I’ve only been able to write a positive revue about two. This will be my third. Dave has helped me out on two occasions. Both times he’s been prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable about the job at hand. I was impressed from the start with Dave. He prompt in returning my first phone call to fix a constant toilet leak and arrived on time and quickly discovered the problem and had the parts needed. I told him about another broken handle with a toilet and he purchased and replaced the handle within a couple of day. He installed new shower and faucets in my bath to correct a constant drip.
