These guys are awesome. Prompt, respectful, and just great people overall. I had a late in the day service call that ended up being more extensive and required some time spent to track down the location of a compromised pipe. Fixed. Thank you guys!

We had a slight scare when we smelled a bit of a gas odor coming from our furnace room. Affordable was able to get a technician out same day. Their technician, Steve, was an absolute gem. He was very personable and informative. He took interests in our concerns and was easy to talk to. We didn't realize this company was from Colorado Springs and we are in Castle Rock. They were more than willing to make the drive and we are glad they did. This company brought peace of mind and the price was worth the experience.

We’ve been using Courtesy for years. This last time they 100% earned their 5 Stars. I’d give more if I could. Under a time crunch to get through a real estate inspection, they were able to come next day and get our service completed. Jason and Eddie were prompt, professional and thorough. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I apologize that this review is old being that we used them several months ago. Where do I start? On January 24, Brandon and another plumber came from Courtesy Plumbing to install our water softener system. Before they left, they did not run the system to make sure it was working. Brandon only said he scheduled the system to come on and regenerate. After about two weeks we did not notice a difference in the water so we went to investigate and saw that it was not coming on at all. We then called Courtesy back and they sent Derek out and he said the motor was not turning on and we needed a new one. On January 18, 2021, Thomas (Tom) came and installed the new motor. He left the O ring off because the O ring was laying on the water softener system. Water was dripping from the motor down to the base of the water softener system. This caused flooding on the basement floor. Because the hose from water softener system was incorrectly done, we had more flooding due to the hose being placed in the drain incorrectly. Thomas continued to say our draining hole was done incorrectly but after calling another plumbing company, I have had no problems. The other company pushed the hose further in the hole and we have had no issues since then. And let me add this apparently Tom is an expert on how homes are built because he spent his time telling me how the builder built my home wrong. When we called Courtesy to come back and fix the O ring and the hose, Thomas (Tom) said the work he completed did not require him to take the O ring off. When I informed him that the O-ring was laying on the system, he said that that was an extra O-ring because they come off so easily. And because a month had passed since he came out, he was not responsible for the O-ring. They were going to charge us $75 to come out and look at the issue that they created and wanted us to pay AGAIN for them to fix. We did not feel this was fair and decided to call another company. This other company push the hose further into the drain and installed the O-ring that was sitting there this whole time that Tom said was extra. I'm not sure if they feel they can treat women as if we do not know anything or that we're gullible but what I do know is this company is a rip off and had I seen the reviews before I called them, I wouldn't. The only reason I used them was because the company in TX who I bought the water softener said Courtesy could install this particular system into my home.

Excellent experience with Courtesy!! Our furnace stopped working unexpectedly and Courtesy was able to quickly respond same-day and begin diagnosing the issue. Jenna was the 1st tech on site and spent hours assessing the issue. She was thorough, professional and very thoughtful with all of her work. This led us to determine it necessary to replace our 18yo furnace. The next day, David took lead with Jenna and Logan assisting in replacing our furnace. After replacement, we noticed some issues with piping and relayed our concerns. The following day, David returned, observed the issues, and immediately got to work to fix those issues and more. After those issues were fixed, we had Alec come to provide a quote on a water conditioner. He, too, was very professional and knowledgeable about his craft. All in all, while there were some issues, Courtesy was exceptional about backing their work and ensuring true service. Huge thank you to the supervisor, Jason, for his humble handling of my concerns, and to all the techs for their professional attitudes and work!
