Pat at Affordable Plumber, LLC is fantastic! We were looking for a whole‑house water filtration system because of all the chlorine in our water. Pat came out the same day I contacted him, gave us a clear quote, and had everything installed in less than a week. I had a ton of questions about softening our water without using salt or spending a fortune, and he took the time to look into options and find the perfect solution for us. His professionalism, honesty, and follow‑through are unheard of these days. We’ll absolutely call him again for any plumbing needs—we’re actually trying to think of more projects we can hire him for! Highly recommend!

Background: woke up to my garbage disposable leaking every time I ran water. Researching plumbers and called Pat. He had me text a few photos of what was going on, immediately diagnosed the issue, quoted a flat rate (which included the cost of the new disposal). Told me he could fit me in same day. Throughout the day, Pat kept me updated on his expected time of arrival. Once he arrived, immediately saw that some of the plumbing setup was poor, fixed that as part of his bid, outlined another best practice idea, quoted me the cost and let me decide if I also wanted to include the work. He completed the job with great attention to detail, explained everything to me and left the sink area cleaner than it was when he arrived. 100% recommend Pat and Affordable Plumber CO LLC. Very expensive. They will hit you when you need a leak fixed and they will really take you for a ride. Good work, but make sure you know what they are going to charge you before you let them in your home.

The Yelp reviews on Travis and An Affordable Plumber seemed sincere and legit. Unfortunately we did not have such a good experience as the others. We purchased 6 faucets with 5 costing us $70 each and the sixth at $250. Travis quoted us $2,800 to install them, which is about $467 to install each. We were not expecting that at all so we politely declined. We then immediately called 2 other local plumbers for price quotes, which both came in under $950 and also included removing and installing new water lines as well on all 6 sinks. Travis did not mention installing new water lines in his quote. We of course went with another plumbing service due to the major price difference. A few days later we received an email asking to write a review on our experience with An Affordable Plumber, so we gave them a low rating and explained why. Last night at 9:40 pm we received an email/text from Travis offering a 10% discount (not to exceed $100) for any future plumbing services. He was apologetic and polite, which we appreciate, but basic math still applies here. Look, Travis may be a quality plumber, but we wouldn't know because of his extremely high price quote. We wrote this review only to inform future customers that sometimes its worth spending some time to quote around. Our new faucets look and work fantastic!

I wouldn't call this company in a million years after witnessing a man driving one of their vehicles committing a road rage incident. As it is, I'll be reporting it to the police. The man jerked his huge vehicle into the lane he wanted to merge into without regard for the fact that there was already a car in that lane. The man driving the vehicle he almost crashed into had to slam on his brakes and stop to avoid being hit or forced into oncoming traffic. On top of this, the jerk driving the Affordable Plumber vehicle leaned his arm out the window and flipped the man off, despite the fact that he was the instigator. All of this was completely unnecessary as I was behind the man he nearly hit, and was leaving plenty of room for him to merge. I would never want someone with so little regard for life, property, or business reputation working in my home. Disgusting! Report has been filed with the CRPD, including date, time, location, description, and license plate number.

After my neighbor highly recommended me to Affordable Plumber LLC, I called and was immediately scheduled with an appointment to scope the problem and urgency, give me an estimate and insert me into his schedule. He was affordable, knowledgeable, and prompt. On the day of my appointment, he called and confirmed the scheduled time. Time is important to me and when he texted to let me know I would be next and another text when he was leaving for my job with an ETA, I was really impressed, what a courtesy! Very efficient at getting the job done and when done, walked me through the completed work being proactive with my responsibility to maintain. AND, another plus I never experienced, “if you have any questions, call me and I can walk you through, free of charge!” Never had that caring comment. Can’t wait to turn on that new sprinkler system plumbing and also know, I have a five star plumber for any future plumbing issues!

Travis at An Affordable Plumber has expertly completed a long list of jobs at our house over the last 3-5 years and we've been impressed and grateful for the quality work he's done on each of them. Among them, Travis has fixed leaks, replaced outdoor spigots, serviced tankless and traditional hot water heaters, replaced sinks/faucets, installed a complete Halo water filtration system, replaced irrigation back-flow valves, serviced/replaced our sump pump, fixed valves on our main line, installed new toilets in all bathrooms...the list goes on. He has always left our house's plumbing better than he found it and we appreciate the expertise he has as a Master Plumber which noticeably distinguishes him from other plumbers. Apart from his high-quality work, he is trustworthy, communicative, and professional. We will certainly continue to include him in our many house projects.

From the moment I reached out to Kelly at An Affordable Plumber, I received nothing but outstanding service. Kelly worked to quickly understand the plumbing issue we had and told me that I would have somebody out there that day to figure out what was going on. Within 20 minutes of talking with her I had a phone call from Travis letting me know he was on the way. Upon his arrival, he quickly determined what the two issues were, explained them to me in an understandable manner, provided me multiple quotes on how I could fix the issues at hand, lower, middle, and higher quotes depending on which way I went. He placed no pressure on us to decided and when we made our choice he immediately went to work to fix the problem the way we asked. The service from this company is just outstanding. This is the only plumbing company I will call in the future.

I called Affordable plumber to find a water leak at my rental as we could not trace the source of the leak. When I called for an appointment I was told they come to the house and give you a free estimate. When Travis arrived at my house he called me to tell me that he charges $250 an hour to look for the leak. I told him I thought you gave free estimates. He said that was his estimate. I asked him why did they not tell me that you charge that per hour when I called since it is a fixed price. He said that they do not give estimates on the phone. Anyways I told him I did not want him to do any work for me as I felt that they should have told me upfront that is the fee. He kept asking me how much did I expect to pay for someone to find the leak and that he would have to put holes in the sheetrock in order to locate it.

Pat fit me in next day to help with some shower issues. He took my call right away and troubleshooted my issue over the phone. Was super friendly and empathetic to the fact that I knew nothing about my plumbing issue. He was transparent on pricing with an instant quote. It was the 2nd quote I got and he fairly quoted competitively with the market. He reached out and gave me an eta for his arrival and showed up in that window on time. He got right to work and got it done quickly. Was super friendly and even explained what he was doing along the way. Great, down to earth guy! I already have him coming back for some other work I need done. 100% recommend his services if you’re looking for quality and professional service.

Unexpectedly, our water heater died. Knowing the common concerns related to plumbers and never needing one before, we obtained 7 bids before making a decision. Affordable Plumber CO LLC was without question, the best choice! They went above and beyond. The work they completed included more than the others were offering to do and for well over a grand less. Pat and his team were very responsive and able to obtain the water heater we wanted and mended other issues we did not realize were causing problems in our home. I would highly recommend this company, and we plan to continue to use them for any future issues.

Pat from Affordable Plumbing just finished 2 plumbing projects for us. Though they were complicated projects, he and his apprentice, Eddie, completed them so quickly and professionally! Plus, they were so nice to work with and completely cleaned up afterwards. But maybe best of all, it cost us 2/3 less than our other estimate - seriously!!! We're going to have him come back to replace our water heater. We've been procrastinating because the bids were so high! But Pat is going to do it all for 1/4 of the other bids. Pat was FANTASTIC. Straight forward, honest, no BS!! I love that. He installed and piped in a water softener in our home. I had some expectation of what my last water softener install was, I was half expecting that. Ohhhhh no! My 50 gallon electric water heater couldn’t keep up with my family of 5, so was looking to replace it. Then it was dead when I returned from vacation on Thursday afternoon. That evening I called and spoke to Pat. He was at my house in 15 minutes, gave me a quote to swap out my 50 gallon electric water heater with a 75 gallon gas heater in about 15 minutes. He came back less than 2 days later on Saturday morning and completed the job! The price was better than a quote I got from a larger plumbing company, and the responsiveness and work quality was great!
