We worked with Juan for gas line installation. He did the job professionally and also coordinated with Xcel energy very well without any followup. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing work.

I would recommend AE Plumbing to anyone in need of service. Juan was fast in his response time to my initial inquiry and helped plan for a technician to come out the very next day. Isaac was my tech; he was kind, professional and thorough with his work. When he asked if my water could be turned off via the bathtub water shutoff, I was unsure and told him I could go into my crawl space to turn off the main line, which he quickly offered himself to do. He checked that the drip from my bathtub faucet was fixed multiple times before having me confirm. 10/10 service and will absolutely be my preferred plumbing company moving forward.

Juan was very professional, the new water heater install turned out great and he was able to fix a floor drain as well! His price was lower than the other plumbers I called and he offered me a better brand than Home Depot offers. 10/10

You know GOD will send people your way and he will also not send people your way My momma home is very old we got foundation issues my husband walk around the house and seen there was a puddle of water up against the foundation we follow it to inside the house look like to us the HOT WATER TANK 😔 went bad Being that it was the holidays we call a lot of plumbers only one was able to come AE plumbing GOD IS SO GOD This young man came and he was a very BIG BLESSING TO US Austin I really THANK GOD FOR YOU He came and inspect the job area and SAVE US A LOT OF MONEY THAT WE REALLY DIDN'T HAVE TO GIVE thinking we had to purchase a tank and get it installed ⁰ He told us our Tank was ok it was a leak in the pipe that needed fixing he check underneath the house to make sure it wasn't leaking my momma house is on slabs so most plumbers always got a problem checking outside for a leaking pipe and out of all of that he did some extra and still just charge us his coming out price Austin was sent By GOD BE BLESS US TO BE PATIENT and I just want to say THANK YOU Austin THANK YOU for your honesty and THANK YOU for being such a kind and caring young man Because you could have came and charge us an outrageous price and half way did the job I THANK YOU and will definitely be using you again and I recommend anybody who got any kind of plumbing issues to call AE Thank you so much ❤️

We had repairs done on 3/16/22. We called on the past Wednesday and Juan was very professional and reliable. First he scheduled on Friday but was unable to come in because he forgot about another project so called called and asked if he could come out Saturday. It was not an emergency so we agreed. The problem was that water was coming up from underneath the cement in our laundry room. He came out and new want exactly it was. It was a broken pipe. They got here around 830 set up all their equipment and started around 9. It was Juan and I believe his associate Carlos. They were very professional and respectable of our house. Juan walked me through everything that he was doing and showed me all he was doing. I was allowed to take photos. The entire project from start to cleanup for about 6 hours. They even had to leave halfway through to get more parts. They had to get more parts cause once they broke the cement they know what they needed. Again, he walked through everything. He showed me the pipes that needed to be replaced and also the good pipes we had. The prices are very reasonable. We called a big company before here and it was almost triple what Juan charged. Definitely recommend this company.

I came home late from an out-of-town trip and the toilet in the bathroom wasn't refilling when flushed. I tried a few things to see if I could fix the problem, but they did not work. I was concerned that the pipe was frozen and needed a plumber to come look at it. I called AE Plumbing Services and Juan came right away--within about 30 minutes. He was professional and courteous. He did a little sleuthing and immediately figured out that a vent had blown off the outside of my house, exposing the pipe to outside air. The pipe had indeed frozen up. He thawed out the line and temporarily blocked the vent hole--until I can get out there and implement a permanent fix. Given that he came out on a cold night late in to the evening, I felt like his fee was very reasonable.

I recently hired AE plumping to fix a leaky pipe leak in my bathroom and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From the moment I called, the team was professional, friendly, and responsive. They scheduled an appointment quickly, and the plumber arrived right on time. He took the time to explain the issue and even showed me what was causing the leak. The repair was completed efficiently and with minimal disruption. The price was very fair, especially considering the quality of work. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the extra care they took to clean up after themselves. It's rare to find such reliable, honest professionals, and I’ll definitely be calling AE plumping again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

As I wrote in a previous review, Juan, the owner, was so helpful over the phone the first time I needed help that I said I would continue to use again. Juan and Carlos have both been to my house now to do subsequent plumbing jobs and they always do it right at a decent price. This last time, Carlos repaired leaking water supply lines to a sink and toilet and replaced one of the valves, too. Service was quick after I called and Carlos was professional and friendly. The toilet was still leaking from the tank and he didn't have the part on hand, but gave me good tips for changing it out myself. I did and it no longer leaks.

These guys though. So we had friends coming into town and something my grandmother had done 8 months before was blocking some line in the house. The first time they came out it wasn't totally cleared because it was so far down and they didn't get it, but it wasn't known until I try to take a shower the next day. So I call and that day they come and he's like 'I'm going past the house just to make sure it's good to go' yes sir thank you so much you guys rock. If you need things done, these guys are totally the guy. Plus the tech that came out was so sweet and easy on the eyes. 13/10 will call if I need anything again.

We had an issue occur in our bathroom project and needed an expert to come in mid-project and re-do the drainage plumbing so it can pass inspection. From the estimate Juan was prompt and answered all our questions and concerns. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable that he will address all issues. When it came time to perform the work, it was clear that Juan is excellent at his craft and went above again by talking us through the changes he is making and answering many of the questions we had. We easily passed the inspection! I would highly suggest AE Plumbing to anyone needing any plumbing services.

Our main drain flooded our basement with sewage over night and I called Juan the next morning. He was able to send his brother, Christian, over within an hour and quickly turned a disaster around so we could use our toilets normally again. Christian was very clean, polite, and friendly (even to our two barking dogs). They were able to adhere to their original quote (which was also the cheapest quote around!) and answered all my question thoroughly and honestly. Thank you, guys! Incredible work! After having a horrible experience with a leak, I must have called 15 plumbers trying to get some immediate help. Finally, I called Juan and he was over right away. He was very professional and knowledgeable, easy going, and did not give any indication that he was rushing to get to the next job. He was also willing to connect me with the right people for additional repair services. AE Plumbing Services will be my go-to from now on and I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Carlos made it out to us within an hour of me calling at 7:30am to have our mainline unclogged. Carlos was very friendly, professional, clean, and fast. He explained to me what was going on. He gave a couple tips for follow up, too. The cost was reasonable. I don't recall the name of the man who took my call but he was also friendly, professional, and completely upfront about pricing. I wouldn't doubt we will need their services again based on the age of our house and I would gladly hire them again.

Stuffed up kitchen drain. I tried pulling the trap off to find the clog but it was down the line in the wall. Called AE and he was willing to come out later at night 8pm at a convenient time for me since I'm getting ready to go out of town. Answered his phone right away. Answers texts timely. Super reasonable pricing. Rootered as far down the line as he could to do it right the first time. Cheerful and efficient. Check the other reviews under not recommended they are accurate!
