I texted owner Steve at 7:30am regarding my leaking toilet to see if they could come out the same day. He immediately replied with a yes, between 10-12pm. I got a text the Victor & Alonso would be coming out. I received text updates regarding their arrival time. They arrived, immediately assessed the issue, fixed it quickly- in less than an hour, and were on to their next call. As always, Victor and Alonso, were polite, professional, and efficient. Great service by Mauricio and Jose! They came in for a water leak, assessed the situation and fixed properly. Everything under 2 hours and at a reasonable price. I was very frustrated but they took care of it profesaionally. Steve the owner was checking in with the team to make sure thinga are going smoothly. My main sewer line (under the house out to the city sewer) was clogged, and they showed up on a rainy morning without a single complaint and got right to work. Jose was part of the first-day crew and helped get everything started quickly and efficiently. What really impressed me was how well-equipped and tech-savvy they were camera inspection and tracer on the spot. Kyle quickly found the root cause of the blockage, explained everything clearly, and provided a fair estimate for what turned out to be a major repair. The major job was scheduled for the next morning, and they returned with even more impressive excavation equipment. Oh boy, they were fast, organized, and highly professional you could tell this team knew exactly what they were doing. They also saved me a lot of money by lining and protecting the clay pipe that goes out to the city sewer, which prevents roots from getting in. That smart solution alone saved me well over $15,000 in potential replacement costs. Jose and Mauricio came to replace our super old and dishwasher from who knows when our prior homeowners installed it. They did a phenomenal job, and we are so thankful because they worked with our old kitchen that was outdated and not even the standard dimensions.
