Advanced is by FAR are most pleasant, kind, punctual and reasonable plumbing service we've ever used! At my business we need plumbing work pretty regularly and we just used them for the first time for a pretty major job. They were phenomenal. They did a fantastic job and were well priced. Tim was such a kind knowledgeable tech. Couldn't be more pleased! Thank you to the Advanced Team for such a great experience! 10 out of 10 would recommend! They will certainly be our go to Plumbing service!

I’m not one to go out of my way to write reviews, but the work that Advanced Plumbing, specifically Josh, did in my home, deserve something! Advanced Plumbing is incredibly easy to work with, reliable, kind, helpful, and super friendly. Their work is very affordable for the Charlottesville area, as well. I will not hesitate to call Advanced Plumbing for any of my plumbing issues. Customer for life!

Used Advanced Plumbing Services as part of a home warranty call and they discovered that most of the CPVC throughout my home was cracked. Paid them outside of warranty service to replace ALL plumbing in the house...BIG MISTAKE! First, one of the workers decided they needed to use the toilet, leaving a massive #2 just sit in there for two days (because the water was off). Then, as work was going on I noticed they were leaving the unreliable CPVC in certain areas and had to request they correct it. Third, when they finished work, they left all the broken pipes and trash from the job thrown all throughout my crawl space. To add insult to injury, they neglected to properly support any of the PEX they installed, making for a shoddy looking install that I paid a reputable contractor to fix. Finally, while taking a shower the pipe for the shower head burst inside the wall. Cutting into the wall unveiled they had left more CPVC in place after working in side the same access hole. They were only $100 cheaper than my local plumber, but I ended up paying a ton more to correct their garbage quality of work.

Our home insurance sent this company out to help with our claim. We never used this company before but are now loyal customers. We had a plumbing emergency and they were able to come out shortly after my husband called. Dustin and Tim were great and take pride in their work. They identified and fixed the problem right away and even triple checked to make sure it was fixed and done correctly. We highly recommend Advanced Plumbing Services LLC!
