I had a problem with an emergency over the weekend when our home was completely clogged up during a family reunion and everything turned to disaster when , we couldn't flush the toilets, after calling several companies nobody answered, finally Julio, the owner of advanced plumbing, answered our phone call, and I was able to talk to him and explained him our situation. After talking to me on the phone for seven minutes, explaining me what to do upon his arrival to our home. 35 minutes after he showed up at the house with two helpers and where able to unplugged the main sewage an even provide a camera inspection right there where we were able to find what the problem was inside our pipes, they found a section of our Drain pipe broken with tree roots, and they were able to fix it right there. Even mopped the floor and clean up everything after they finished . This company, especially Julio the owner and the Helpers were amazing and I would recommend them 100% and use them in the future for anything with Plumbing. Julio literally saved the day and my sanity. Had a complete blockage in my main line causing backed up sewer water in my toilets and shower drains. After calling a different company who came out to fix the problem but failed to. I called Advance plumbing and spoke with Julio. Long story short, he fixed my problem, did a thorough inspection afterwards and actually showed me on a camera where there is damage to one of my pipes. He did not try to upsell me anything and was so transparent with everything from our very first phone call; which I can't tell you how much that means to me not being a Miami native and I often get taken advantage of. 1000% I will suggest this company, and especially Julio to everyone I know down here who needs a fantastic plumber with tons of experience. Whereas the previous company failed to fix my problem, Julio had all kinds of advanced tech/materials he used to find my problem without digging up my yard, fix my problem, and inform me on how to keep it from happening again. Really am super grateful, because I was so stressed when the last company couldn't fix my issue and still charged me. I won't name the company but it doesn't matter when you have Advanced Plumbing :)
