Advanced Plumbing, AC & Furnace Repair

I hired Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air to replace a shower head, and two bathroom sink faucets. Jamaul and his colleague arrived on time on the day they were scheduled to come (a weekend, which worked well with my schedule). They came right in and evaluated the bathroom fixtures. They went over all of the options I could choose from, and answered all my questions. I had initially inquired about also replacing two sinks, however, Jamaul let me know that changing my sinks could cause me to have to change many other things, like the mirror on my wall, dry-wall, and more plumbing. He let me know that the sinks were in good condition to keep-which saved me money. He also kept safety a priority. When evaluating the faucets, he and his colleague discovered that my emergency shut off valves were not working (which makes sense because they are over 20 years old). They were able to replace everything including the valves, and the price was great. Jamaul and his colleague worked hard from start to finish. They had excellent customer service and communication. I would highly recommend Advanced Heating and Air!

From start to finish, it was a good experience. I had a 30 year old natural gas unit that was on its last legs. Daniel came out to inspect it and told me what I already knew was coming, I was on borrowed time. We were able to schedule Mark to come out the same day and go over new units with me. I had already known I wanted to upgrade to a heatpump system amd Mark was great at explaining the differences and patiently answering my questions. We were able to schedule the install within 3 days. Chris, Justin and another gentleman whose name I didnt get all were wonderful. They were fast, efficient and very polite. They also cleaned up and didn't leave a mess. Everything went great and I had a new unit within the week. Special shout out to Enrique who was also great at quickly answering my questions via email and helping me out as well. Thanks a bunch to the whole APHA team!

The best experience ever. The receptionist was wonderful and Ivan the gentleman who came to my house was exceptional. The friendliest and most professional gentleman ever. He even went to Home Depot with me to pick up the new toilet. The experience was second to none and I highly highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. Please recognize Ivan for his exceptional performance. He installed a new toilet and unclogged the main area that almost flooded my house.

Overcharge me did only half of what they charged me for left me with sheet rock repairs a backed up system, which they had to come out and unplug the waste and vent work. They said they were gonna do. They didn’t do they trashed. My carpet would not recommend them to anyone and I paid $9500 for this work.

Nearly three months ago, I paid Lee's Sheet Metal $140 to review my existing HVAC set-up and provide a quote to improve the performance of the A/C to the top floor of my house. Despite over a dozen follow-up phone calls and emails, they never provided the quote. Each time I spoke with either Tiffany or Angela, they assured me they were "working on it" that day and would "definitely" have it for me by "end of day." Total rip-off.

Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air exceeded my expectations on many levels. My thermostat died on Easter weekend! Called and had Arlen at my home in 30min to help me out. Arlen ( HVAC Technician) had me back in business quickly with a repair on my AC unit, blown fuse and thermostat revival. He did, however, inform me that my Furnace was not looking so good and that some attention would be needed before winter. He explained to me in detail the issue , took pictures and even invited me to take a look for myself in the attic ( I did). Not the news I was anticipating. The following week, at my request , I had Alex ( Project Manager) come and spend an entire afternoon with my husband and I , to explain our options in regards to our furnace , along with other items I had expressed interest in to improve the function of our home. He was patient , informative and thorough in making sure we understood our many options available to us. I never felt rushed , influenced one way or another or uncertain of any aspect of our next move. The following week I had Rene and his team come and install a new HVAC system. They showed up on time and ready with floor protection for the many trips back and forth from my attic. Each team member was able to answer any questions I had, the job was completed within a few hours, and when done they cleaned up any boxes , old unit debris etc. It looked as though I had not had work done ( except for my new AC unit in the backyard which is whisper quiet!!!) Rene walked me through my new equipment , gave me a tutorial and also provided me with ample pictures of the work done. Finally , the following day Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air installed a new water softer / filtration unit . Again the job looked great! ( Sorry I can’t remember the technicians name). I feel I clearly made the right call to this local company in Vacaville ( Female owned 😉) to take care of my problems and make things right again!! Thank You

Advanced Plumbing is top tier. Not only is it a mother and daughter owned company, their customer service is impeccable. They listen to their customers and are straight forward, no sugar coating. They do their analysis, provide an explanation of what needs to be repaired and why, and breakdown their recommendations and different options they offer. We have the annual membership and they notified us to schedule an appointment which is great because I would've forgotten- so that's a plus they have their clients in their books and remind them of these services. Alex checked our HVAC system and he gave us the analysis of what needed to be updated. He provided numbers and he was able to work with us based on our budget. Then we scheduled an appointment to replace our system and have a more energy efficient system installed later that week. Chris, Bobby, DeAngelo and Gabriel came to install the new system. Not only were they friendly and professional, they were very respectful and asked if it's okay to enter other rooms or use outlets to get their work done. While they were doing doing the installation, they all worked as a team and communicated well with each other from what I observed and seen as they did their thing. They did an amazing job and did everything so promptly. They worked diligently to get the work done and cleaned up afterwards. Once everything was up and running, they showed me how to use the new system and how to use utilize it using the app on my phone. All in all, Advanced Plumbing does it all. They work hard to get the services done and they show customers that they care and ensure that they are in good hands. I definitely recommend them!

I just wanted to express my appreciation for the Moen Roman Tub valve and trim replacement job that Ivan and Miguel and the entire team at Advanced Plumbing and Heating and Air completed for me last week. Like most jobs it turned out to be a lot more difficult than we had planned. In order for the valve and trim to be replaced and access had to be cut through 2 inches of tile, concrete, and chicken wire not to mention having to deal with the extreme heat. The initial appointment was fast and they had a plumber at my residence in only a couple hours. Getting the valve and trim for this tub had a couple twists and turns which resulted in having to reschedule the final installation appointment several times. This was not a problem for the scheduling staff, they were wonderful. To help me determine the correct valve and trim for the job they put me in touch with a local expert that provided me with the information I needed. As for the price, I thought it was a good value for the work performed. I’m not just paying them for their time but also for their expertise and they came prepared. I felt that they cared about my situation at that time, and also their other customers I heard them talk about and that impressed me.

Advanced Plumbing was a lifesaver. They came through to take care of our plumbing issues when two other plumbers gave us the run around. Ivan was assigned to take a look at what happened and he listened to our frustrations and he was able to explain what happened, what he was going to do to get our water going at least and then came up with a plan to resolve the issues. He was able to get us started so we can use the water at least and he came back in two days to replace the valve that was old and backed up, and replaced it with modern and approved parts. And Advanced Plumbing offers a great yearly service where they inspect your plumbing three times a year to mae sure things are up and running. That is top notch customer service in my opinion. As a first time home owner, we learn about our home as we go especially if the home is slightly older and need some tlc. Advanced Plumbing got the job done and helped us understand what was going on and explained what was needed to do. Big shout out to IVAN!

Regrettably, my air conditioner stopped working, and I needed to call for service right away. I’m incredibly grateful to Advanced Heating and Air for their quick response. The representative I initially spoke with (whose name I unfortunately don’t remember) was exceptionally polite and courteous, which immediately gave me confidence in moving forward with their service. I’d especially like to thank: • Jake for providing an honest and accurate diagnosis • Mark for easing my concerns about the cost of repairs • Chris, Bobby, and DeAngelo for their hard work and dedication—spending most of the day carefully assembling everything and making sure everything was cleaned up before they left Overall, I truly appreciate the professionalism, efficiency, and quality of service from the entire team.

We recently had a new heat pump and air ducts installed, and I can’t say enough good things about this company and their team. While there was a small hiccup during the process, they truly went above and beyond to make things right—and did so without causing any additional issues, which we really appreciated. From start to finish, they were responsive, communicative, and incredibly easy to work with. Justin, Deangelo, and Donovan were all professional, kind, and respectful of our home. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. It’s rare to find a company you can fully trust, and this is one of them. We’re so grateful for the way everything was handled and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services. A wonderful team all around! :)

It is my pleasure to give Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air a 5 star review. From start (receiving quotes) to finish (new ducts installed) they have been extremely professional and friendly. Phil and Rene' came out to do the work. They communicated with each other every step of the way, asked if I had any questions, explained in detail what they did, and vacuumed any areas of the floor that had insulation, that had fallen off the tarp. I need 10 stars!!! We had a true emergency last week and we were unable to get an approved vendor from our home warranty on the phone after hours or over the weekend. So we sent out requests to multiple shops and hoped. Advanced Plumbing responded within an hour, on a Sunday!!! A tech was in our garrage, old out, new in, we had hot water just a few hours later. From the very first call they showed increadible compassion and professionalism. There are simply not enough words to express how appreciative we are of this company and how they far exceeded our needs.

After many years, it was finally time for us to upgrade our AC and furnace, and the team at Advance Heating and Air took great care of us. Alex came out the same day, walked us through all our options, asked thoughtful questions, and made the entire process simple and stress-free. The installation was completed just a few days later by Bobby, Chris, and Gabriel. They took their time, made sure everything was working perfectly, and were professional throughout. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’re very happy with the service we received.

My water heater went bad and Jamaul got me squared away with a replacement without issue. He explained all the work he did before and after and ensured I was all set when the work was complete. From the time they arrived it was less than 2 hours to diagnose the issue, get the parts from the shop, and complete the replacement. This is my 3rd time using Advanced for either plumbing or HVAC related issues and I haven’t been disappointed yet with their service, and I’m always happy to spend my money with a local business.
