Matt From Canada was great and completed my service just fine.
They came out like an hour after I called them. They explained and showed me what was wrong with my furnace and he was able to get the part and install it the next day, the part store was closed December 26 as it was observed as a holiday. They were fast friendly and honest. It was fairly priced as well
Hugh was awesome! Got it all fixed up as quickly as possible and was very friendly.
Seriously that reviewer posted 5 stars? I am glad they had a great experience but for me it was completely opposite. Got their information from the Renaii website, Task: to unplug air intake and install flush valves. Flow on the Renaii was stopping mid flow. The first time I called and had an appointment they never showed up. NEVER. I called to find out why I was waiting and no phone call to let me know hours later. Rescheduled time didn't go so well either. I had to cancel the appointment but at least I called to let them know. This last time, schedule the appointment two weeks in advance and made arrangements for someone to be there since I couldn't be there. I specifically asked for flush valves to be installed on my Renaii's. He charged me $159 just to come out, to tell me he didn't have time to do the work and would need to come back. The $159 dollars wasn't even to be applied to work when they could come out and do it. He was to not only charge the $159 to do the preliminary visit but additional $159 + whatever to come back. Crazy! I was told the check would not be cashed when I complained about what happened. It was. Recently received phone call and told money will be refunded. I do not recommend this company at all. I general contracted my home so I have worked with a lot of sub contractors. This was by far the worst experience. Found Any Hour Plumbing Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air better. http://www.anyhourservices.com/our-services/plumbing?gclid=CM7e56L8z8ICFaU7MgodQmMA-g The competitor: Service charge to diagnose $38 and that is applied to the cost of the repair or service and a warranty. Any Hour had to the ability to come out next day not a week out. Please BEWARE there is good service out there. But not what I found at Admiral.
DISHONEST. Seriously one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Charged for work not completed then bullied me into paying after they said I didn't have to (multiple times). Awful to work with. Poor communication, and flat out untrustworthy. If you like being stolen from or taken advantage of, then this is the place for you.
Admiral Plumbing was the company sent by the Home Warranty company after we bought a house in Utah County. We are disappointed with both their punctuality, communication, quality of service, and responsiveness to our needs. They came out on three service calls. The first, for an AC unit that was blowing hot air in mid-summer, took a day for a serviceman to come look at the unit. Meanwhile, we had another company come give a same-day evaluation. He added coolant to the unit but said that because of the many leaks, the coolant likely would not last another day. The next day by 9 a.m., the AC was blowing hot air again. The plumber from Admiral arrived at 9:30 a.m., took a look at the unit, and then refused to even tell us what the problem may be. He said he would need to get back to our home warranty company, who would then get back to us with an assessment. (The home warranty company took 10 days to get back to us, and by then we had called a different company and had replaced the AC, but that's not Admiral Plumbing's problem.) When all the gas pilot lights in the house needed to be relit because their was air in the gas line of the water heater, a plumber from Admiral did come and relight the pilot lights in the gas stove and oven, but he was able to do so only because a serviceman from a different company had responded more promptly to our call and had cleared their air from the line. The third call was for a problem with a small amount of water leaking onto a kitchen window sill. The plumber from Admiral Plumbing didn't even bother to check for possible drips from pipes upstairs, or behind the rather large access panel near the kitchen window sill, to access whether he could see any problems there; he merely indicated that he couldn't tell if it was a plumbing problem (covered) or a problem originating from an outside water source (not covered). And then he left. Frustrated, we had another company come do a check, and they were thorough in accessing the problem, checking every possible inside source before determining that the leak came from outside the house.
John Snider was very knowledgeable in helping to evaluate a problem with a downspout underground pipe problem that clogged and flooded our basement last year. He gave me many solutions, so I can figure out how to repair the problem. Using his camera system, he found the piping was full of tree roots and the pipe was broken in a place. John is a very nice person to work with and didn't try to upsell me on the solutions that would be costly. He gave some ideas that would be reasonable to remedy the problem. Highly recommend him and Admiral for any plumbing solutions you may have. I also had Admiral replace an old ceiling heater in my shop. The old heater was about 50+ years old and had an explosive safety issue when it started up. A quick response from Holland Levao helped to evaluate the issue and suggested it might be time to replace it for the sake of safety and efficiency. Other companies would not attempt removing it from a high ceiling, because of its heavy weight. Shawn Middleton gave me a good deal on a new heater, and Chris Neizer and his crew did the installation the very next day. I was amazed how Chris was able to safely remove the 300+ pound old furnace, using a specialized lift. The old heater originated from the old Kent's Market by BYU. I will feel much safer now and not worry about a possible explosive disaster that the old one presented each year when turning it on. All these people at Admiral were very responsive and professional in their work. It took only a day later from the time Holland did his evaluation to the installation of the new one. A rapid turnaround!
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a plumber! I can’t believe I let them do this to me twice: The first time we used Admiral, they were supposed to come at a certain time, first thing in the morning (which is important to me because my wife and I work 8-6), so my wife carved out time from her job to make sure she was there. What ended up happening? They never showed up and no one called to tell us where the technician was. We called the office and apparently he was behind, which would have been great information for my wife. He finally did come and fixed the issue but he pointed out some other issues we needed done. We scheduled with Admiral a second time, and made sure to stress that we needed the technician to come first thing in the morning so my wife could switch around her schedule to be there. Once again he didn’t show up, at least this time he communicated to my wife that he would be late that day, at a time neither of us would be there so we gave him the code to our door to let himself in. They never came!!!! Again!!! Both me and my wife have been texting asking if someone came and what was done and what still needs to be done and they never answered. So unprofessional, ridiculous, wish I could give them 0 stars.

The technician was great! came out and cleared line, found break in line and used camera. Said they would send quote for repair. then sent us the bill for clearing the line and they camera work. But never sent the quote. Called their office (during normal hours) and got a call center person, obviously not in US. They took my info said they would get me the quote. Instead I received the invoice we already paid for the drain clearing and camera. Called again (during normal hours) got a different call center rep (not in US) and they took the same info (this ones accent was much harder to understand. Still waiting for quote. So Admiral Plumbing....you lost our business for the main drain repair, mostly because your "phone service does not understand what we are saying and we are needing and they repeat themselves like a parrot with no personality or clarity in the conversation. Try answering the phones in your office or hire someone in the US who can help you keep your business clients happy
They showed up with no notice. I was in the middle of a work meeting on zoom and had to leave to work with the agent came in told me that it was too much to expect the home to be at 74 degrees even though it was 82 in the house. then told my insurance company there was a sizing issue I had to call another hvac company to come look they said there was no issue. So I called them back to let them know. They never called back so I called back again and got the manager who said yea they knew there was no sizing issue but they they were going to inform the insurance company that someone had cleaned it improperly and that why it wasnt working. This was the third time they had been out with the same problem no one has been in there. The reps that came out never notated in the past and so insurance claimed that because the previous agents never mentioned it in the past it must have been done by me. Look other places very un professional and lazy
My warranty company was having trouble finding someone to come out and fix my plugged up garbage disposal and it had been days. I finally told them I would find someone myself. I called and called and no-one could come out for several days. It was a nuisance to not be able to run water, or cook and it was starting to stink. I was desperate. Finally one company referred me to Admiral Plumbing. When I called she said, "We can get there tomorrow (Saturday) at 9." I told her it could even be earlier if she could find someone. She did call around and called me back saying a technician ( Maloni) could come at 7:30. He came out and within 20 minutes had the problem fixed and even some good tips on how to prevent future problems. I was so grateful. I would recommend him again for sure. It was great having running water, and disposal use again, and the sink clear for cooking and daily use. Thanks again.
Update: Although I had a wonderful experience with their HVAC, I will now have to take my business elsewhere. I was promised a free diagnostic on the phone when I scheduled and then could decide what to do with my garbage disposal, as is custom in the service industry world. The plumber told me they don't offer free diagnostics after spending five minute pulling out a piece of debri no smaller than a pea. I ended up having to pay $189 for this "free diagnostic". I spoke to the plumbing manager who did give me a discount down to $150 but he was snarky and rude as I was crying on the phone because I felt so cheated and decieved. Admiral Plumbing, get your whole team on the same page about offering free diagnostics. I got one from your HVAC team a year ago but apparently your office staff doesn't know your plumbing doesn't offer it. This was an awful experience.
Admiral installed our water heater in 2024 (I forgot to write a review then about the great experience we had with the gentleman who came to give us the estimate as well as the installer). We had an issue of a strong smell in the utility room and thought we had a gas leak from the water heater. John Delaney was able to come on short notice today to make sure we were safe. He was awesome and double checked every connection, used the gas leak detector and did some troubleshooting. Turns out our exhaust for the utility room was blocked by a wasp nest! John gets extra points for removing the nest and giving me recommendations to keep the wasps from blocking it again. Admiral is my preferred vendor after several great experiences with them. I stupidly thought they only did plumbing so we missed our chance to do our HVAC with them a few years ago.
These guys are dishonest. They kept pushing me to buy things only to find out I did not need them. They insisted they I had a crack in my line and recommend a friend of theirs to scope the line who was even more dishonest and clearly was only out to make a buck. They wanted ten thousand dollars to fix what they insisted was wrong. Admiral would not guarantee their work because he knew it was a broken pipe. Got a second opinion who did the same work as Admiral plus scoped the line. Funny, there is not a break in the line just a bunch a sludge that has built up over the years. The line just needed to be flushed. That cost two hundred dollars. Would warn people to stay far away from these guys. They only want your money and tell you lies about what is wrong with your plumbing.
